I’m 5’2”, 30 years old and approximately 170 pounds with 4 wonderful children. I never had big breasts, even when I was pregnant. My before size was probably a 36b, even though VS had me in a 38c (they’re obviously way off)

Got to take a shower today (yay) but let me tell ya...it’s not very easy. I could hardly wash my hair because it hurts to raise my arms too high up and fixing it was outta the question. Went to my check up appointment and the nurse said I looked great (Dr. B was on a flight to Cali to her SurgiCenter there). I was cleared to wear a sports bra or a cami with a built in bra, no underwire or push up. I am beyond bloated and feel so fat; I knew I needed to lose 25 pounds but the bloating makes it even worse. I go back to work tomorrow so fingers crossed I can function enough to get through the day
