I think you will be a great candidate for a MM. Your BMI will be lower by the time of your consultation making surgery even safer. You appear to have a rectus diastasis and some extra skin that would be treated with a TT. Regarding the breast treatment of a MM - it varies and this can entail implants, implants and a lift or a reduction/lift.

Plastic surgeons will vary in their recommendations for a BMI cutoff for abdominoplasty and body contouring surgery.

Judging from your photos you have some jowling, prominent nasolabial folds, and submental fat and skin. You have also lost some volume in the midface. I think you are an excellent candidate for face and neck lift, possibly with facial fat grafting. There are numerous different "types" or techniques of facelifting and how to address the neck. The recommended approach depends on the surgeon's preferences and the patient's anatomy. See a PS who can evaluate you and give you a comprehensive evaluation. Best of luck!

Congratulations - it is wonderful you are remission! You appear from your photos to be a very good candidate for a full abdominoplasty/tummy tuck. I would recommend your weight be stable for at least 6 months prior to surgery. However, it's important to put things in perspective with regards to your cancer diagnosis. Are you getting any long term chemo or other therapies. I recommend you see a board-certified PS who can evaluate both your abdomen and full medical history and have a frank discussion about the risks and whether or not it would be prudent to proceed. Congratulations on your weight loss! Looking at your photos you would appear to be best served with a FDL. You have excess skin in the epigastric area and no back rolls. I do not think a standard abdominoplasty is enough and a lower body lift is not needed. A FDL will narrow your waistline in a way that extended abdominoplasty. There are always trade offs so check out your options. If you like a fuller bottom, a belt lift may be a better option. Best of luck with your surgery.

You appear to be a good candidate for an abdominoplasty. A tummy tuck with tightening of your abdominal wall (rectus plication) and some liposuction should give you a flatter abdomen.

You appear to be a good candidate for a breast lift (mastopexy). Whether or nor implants are a good choice depends on your goals. You mentioned you are happy with the size but not the appearance of your breast. A lift will elevate your nipple and can create a perkier breast. Implants can give you more volume and create fullness in the upper part of your breast. However, In regards to your lactation in the absence of breast feeding (galactorrhea) I think its important to get some additional workup prior to breast surgery. It can have numerous causes including medications and the treatment depends on the cause. Lactation increases the size of your breasts and your situations similar to timing for MMO after pregnancy. I recommend waiting at least 6 months to do breast surgery after lactation is complete to allow the breast volume to go down. You might actually have much smaller breasts after the lactation stops. Unless you wanted a tummy tuck alone, I recommend waiting on breast surgery until you get more answers on your galactorrhea.

In regards to your body reacting suture material. Some patients have wound infections that often look like the body is "rejecting" absorbable sutures. In other cases I do think patients have an actual allergy to the material in the suture. With that being said there are several different kinds of absorbable sutures. I did send one patient to an allergist to check numerous suture types for a reaction but it was inconclusive. In closing, I cannot imagine doing a MMO without using absorbable/dissolving sutures. Using numerous non-dissolving sutures in their place can create even more problems. You would have to assume some degree of risk you may have problems with suture material.
