A Journey Back to “normal”

I have been where you are. I too fell into the bbl trend and went to Miami in search of an even bigger butt. I went into it thinking I would feel better about myself and I ended up feeling worse. I was self conscious about how big my butt was. The looks and attention it brought made me feel like a prisoner in my own body. I was desperate for a way out but I wanted to be smart this time.

For years I searched how I could reduce my butt with the least risks of sagging. I also had some very depressed areas where too much lipo had been preformed.

One day I came across the name of Rodrigo Rosique (a doctor that was preforming miracles in Brazil). Rosique was fixing people who had been botched and the pictures /reviews were amazing. For the first time in a long time, I had hope that I could be normal again.

I contacted Dr. Rosique’s office and after our zoom call I knew he was the guy for the job. I scheduled my surgery and the office staff helped me in preparing for my trip to Brazil. I decided to go much earlier than my surgery date to ensure that I had enough time to do everything. Ladies my advice is to go the with enough time so you don’t have to rush and stress yourself. Plus, while you wait you get to eat the great food Brazil has to offer, see some beautiful sights and even do some shopping .

After getting all my exams back I was ready for surgery. If you can buy a Faja and bring it with you, do that. If you don’t have a compression garment the doctor has some places he can recommend. After getting all my supplies, I made sure I set up my little condo in a way that would be comfortable when I get back.

Recovery was ok especially after the anesthesia gets out of your system. I was so happy to be in the hospital that first night. The nurses that took care of me were so kind. The doctor came and checked on me too and addressed any concerns I might have had.

I am now well past a month and I am so thankful I found Dr. Rosique. I am back to having an athletic physique that moves normally. The bbl was restricting my motion. He addressed any concern I had and the aftercare was top notch. I would like to thank Dr. Rosique and his wife (whom he works with); my husband for being so supportive and Dr. Rosique’s staff for being so helpful.

Ladies after going through this journey I have learned to leave well enough alone. Had I never went to Miami, I would have never been in this situation but you live and learn. Please do your research before doing anything to your body and really weigh the risks.

I do not feel comfortable at all sharing pictures but I can tell you before I looked overdone and asymmetrical to now looking healthy, curvy and best of all normal. Ask any questions and I will try my best to answer.
