Very pleased w/ everything about Dr Munro-Wilson and my new and improved face. Definitely don’t think I look 74! I would highly recommend the doctor and his skill. We also thoroughly enjoyed our time in Monterrey.

Best experience in body contouring ever. I will never go to anyone else! From my arrival to my departure, I was treated very well, taken care of, fed wonderful food etc. I did have a companion with me on my journey which did help. He is meticulous at his work and so knowledgeable. I was shocked to see such great results just a day after my surgery! I had an upper arm lift with lateral liposuction of the (bra fat). I do have bruising but pain has been very manageable. Bonus pain pump was also inserted in my upper chest which I did not expect. I was there and 5 days from start to finish. Hotel was nice and the area of town was very nice as well. Uber to anything you want. We went to the mall on Sunday and saw a movie, got my hair washed, and my nails done.

I recently had an arm lift, breast reduction/lift and tummy tuck. I have had some procedures done in the past and the care I received from Dr. Munro is beyond comparison. I don’t know how he does it, but I had no pain with this surgery. The recovery was easy and the care given to me was outstanding. I can already tell that I am going to be very pleased with the results. Without a doubt I would do it again.

6 weeks after tummy tuck and breast reduction! I had surgery with Dr. Munro and can’t believe the results. The main thing that is hard to believe is the results without any pain! I highly recommend Dr. Munro.

Dr. Munro and his staff were wonderful at answering all of my questions and concerns before, during, and after my procedures. He comes highly recommended from family members and friends of family that have also had procedure by him that I felt very comfortable in moving forward with my surgeries (breast reduction, breast lift, tummy tuck and back liposuction). We flew in from the U.S. to Monterrey, and it all went as I was told. From the transportation to/from the airport, to hospital, to hotel which was located across the street from his clinic, which was very convenient.

I am 3.5 weeks post surgery and I am very happy with my results thus far. Dr. Munro is a great surgeon and very professional. He is very meticulous in his work and my recovery has been a breeze overall (with caution). My incisions have started to heal and the scaring around my breast is very minimum and looks very natural as it continues to heal.

My tummy tuck recovery has also been pretty easy going and with caution I have been able to move around and keep up with my toddler and kids (again with caution). Overall, very happy with the incision and how the healing is taking place as well. Any questions or concerns that I've had post surgery he has been very prompt in answering them. Just overall a great experience and results!

I lost 90 pounds after having a gastric sleeve. Because of this I had a lot of sagging skin and rolls around my mid section. I was still unhappy with the way I looked in my clothes. I heard Dr. Munro-Wilson speak in Memphis about his expertise in plastic surgery after major weight loss. Even though his office is in Mexico, he makes it so easy to plan your surgery and consult with him. The consultation was very fast and efficient. All of my questions were answered personally by him or a member of his staff. I flew to Mexico and was greeted at the airport by one of his drivers. The driver took me to Swiss Hospital where I was again greeted at the door by one of his staff. I checked in and received excellent care during my stay. Dr. Munro’s work is exceptional. He accomplished more than I could have of imagined. I am so happy with my results. After my hospital stay, I was booked at a hotel across the street from his office. All of my needs were met, and him and his staff checked on me daily. I was given medication for my after care to manage any pain I might have which was a lot less than I expected. He even squeezed me in for some Botox and filler before I left. I left feeling good about myself thanks to him. I highly recommend him and his staff. I wouldn’t want to use anyone else for any future procedures I might have.

Dr. Munro and his staff are the best of the best! They handle everything for you to make the whole process so simple. We flew in from the U.S. and there was someone waiting to pick us up from the airport. We were in the care of his staff the entire week we were there. So friendly and accommodating. I have other health concerns that made having surgery worrisome. Dr. Munro and his team of doctors reviewed all my medical records and made a successful plan. I had implants and augmentation done 17 years ago that left a lot of scar tissue. He was able to remove the old implants and do a reduction and lift that turned out beautiful. They went above and beyond for us in every way. Wonderful experience.

Dr Munro-Wilson has put together a team of professionals that make you their priority and are there to answer all your questions/concerns before, during and after your procedures. I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years and he and his team are amazing.

59 y.o. male 3 years post gastric sleeve surgery.
Needed abdomimoplasty, gynecomastia with skin tightening and extensive lipo. After several local consults, I received conflicting recommendations on the need for abdominal muscle plication and the need for skin tightening with gynecomastia procedure. I also did not want general anesthesia for a prolonged procedure. I found a surgeon with specialized training in weight loss plastic surgery. I opted for a surgeon in Mexico . I had gastric sleeve in Tijuana. Although the surgeon and hospital were US Board Certified and JCI approved, I opted against a return to Tijuana. I selected a very upscale and safe city, San Pedro Garza Garcia in Monterrey. Direct flight from home and picked up by the driver used by the Drs office. I traveled for a consult in December and was quite impressed with the surgeon, staff and facility. I booked the procedure for August 2017.
I went alone and stayed in a pleasant hotel across the street from the surgeon's office. Driver picked me up in the evening and the office manager, Toni met me at the hotel. She checked me in and made sure everything was in order.
I spent 12 days in San Pedro Garza Garcia and was seen at least once a day by the Dr or his nurse who was awesome and made sure I had everything I needed.
The day before surgery I met with Dr Munro Wilson, was taken for lab tests and was cleared for surgery by a cardiologist. The morning of surgery I met with the surgeon again as well as the anesthesiologist.
Surgery: extended abdominoplasty with liposuction, gynecomastia with skin tightening. The anesthesia was epidural and IV sedation. I spent 2 nites in the hospital and spent 8 or 9 nites at the hotel. So far so good! Results are excellent and I am back to normal activities. I will post updated photos and progress in the next month.

One of the best decisions I have made in my life.

So let me start by saying I am soooooo impressed with my results! I have lived with huge amounts of back skin all my life and since losing 175lbs it has only gotten progressively worse.
I first emailed dr. Munro-wilson after he was reccomended to me through an online support group. I called and actually got to speak to the doctor off the bat, which gave me a lot of confidence in choosing him. His website has a lot of before and after massive weight loss patients, which was really important to me because I wanted to make sure that any doctor that touched me had experience in dealing with massive amounts of skin. the before and afters on his website really impressed me, his arms were all perfectly shaped and that was probably my deciding factor in going with him.
I flew into Monterrey, Mexico from California and they had a chauffeur there ready to pick me up. everything was very easy from the plane ride to the Hotel, etc.
his office is located directly in front of the hotel that I stayed at, and its in a beautiful neighborhood.
On to the day of surgery, everything went exactly as I had hoped, And my recovery was very simple. I stayed in a hotel for a week after my operation, and the doctor is very attentive and coming and checking that I was okay and making sure that my wounds were healing the way that they were supposed to.
I did an arm lift, brachioplasty, & a full upper body lift.
