Finally got my breast done. Was thinking about going to tijauana Mexico for procedure but after going for a consult in my town I found a doctor that does breast aug through belly button. I have no scars and no open incisions. I was worried about the time I needed off and risk of infection if I had if I was to go through under breast or nipple Updated on 9 Feb 2018: Post gastric bypass I needed volume back in my breast, I had no lift
I have been Dr. Yoho's patient for 11 years, and this was the 3rd of 5 procedures I have had at his office. Please refer to my other reviews (liposuction, 2 breast augmentations, & varicose vein treatment) as well for a full picture of how Dr. Yoho has made a difference in my life. This procedure was pretty intense. I had tried MANY other procedures on my skin before doing something so hard-core. I had done everything from Levulan acid peels to milder lasers. I had multiple sets of photo facials (5 per set). In addition to that I got regular facials, I tried microdermabrasion. I used what I thought to be great skin care products (the Obagi Nu-Derm line). Nothing helped. Nothing worked. I was so frustrated. I had nearly given up hope and had simply resigned to the fact that I'd just have to live the rest of my life hiding my skin behind my make-up. The day of my laser treatment at Dr. Yoho's office, I was relieved to have been given medication to help me relax prior to the procedure and numbing cream as well. I remember the soreness and a bit of oozing for days afterward was not especially fun. I remember having to go out and purchase a hat that day to ensure my raw skin got NO SUN. I didn't feel very well. My skin burned. It was a strong sting. However, as uncomfortable as it was for just a few short days, it was of course ALL WORTH IT for the outstanding results I received. This procedure greatly improved my overall skin texture/some acne scarring I had from when I was a teenager. So much so that Dr. Yoho actually helped me achieve yet another 1st in my life. After this laser treatment, I was able to leave my home for the 1st time without wearing my foundation. On the surface, this may not sound like a big deal, but to me, this was HUGE! Before, I wouldn't even go to the gym or go for a run around my neighborhood without wearing my foundation. Updated on 28 May 2016: Adding Photos per request - no makeup other than the eyelash extensions I cannot remove. ;-) Updated on 28 May 2016: Photos with makeup post procedure.
I had 2 children before coming back to New Body Cosmetic Surgery again in 2/2016 (please see my other reviews on 4 other procedures performed by Dr. Yoho), & with my pregnancies came varicose vein/spider vein problems like I had never experienced before. I had spoken with a couple of vascular clinics here in Scottsdale, Arizona, regarding this problem prior to taking the flight to California to see my favorite doctor again. These vascular surgeons quoted me thousands to fix my problem & that only after I jumped through several hoops. They wanted me to come in for a consultation, get an ultrasound of my legs, & wear a compression garment for 3 months before even trying any treatment. NOT Dr. Yoho! NO - he not only improved the appearance of my legs for MUCH LESS with a few injections, but he did it then & there. No ultrasound needed, no compression garment purchase required, no 3-month wait, & once again an exemplary result! Updated on 28 May 2016: Having my varicose vein injections was not the most comfortable process, and it did sting a little bit, but what marvelous results. Go see Dr. Yoho! This solution works! I promise! My before pictures are from when I was still pregnant. Unfortunately I didn't think to take any immediately preceding my injections. After I gave birth, the veins had calmed down, but they still were very much present and bothered me a great deal. I did not want to wear shorts or a swimsuit until after Dr. Yoho worked his magic. I have only received 1 vein injection treatment from Dr. Yoho so far. Keep in mind that every case is different and sometimes more than one treatment may be necessary to get results you will love. Updated on 31 May 2016: Adding additional photos of my right ankle after vein treatment procedure. I just took these two photos 5 minutes ago because someone commented and happened to notice that my before ankle photo was of my right ankle and my after photo of my left. I'm pretty detail oriented most of the time so I apologize for this oversight. I am posting these after photos of the right side so that you can see I did have an equal improvement in both ankles. :-) Updated on 31 May 2016: I just wanted to mention one more thing that I neglected to point out earlier. Dr. Yoho's consultations are ALWAYS free whether they are for cosmetic surgery or something less invasive such as the vein treatments. In Phoenix, I got some quotes over the phone to fix my problem, and I even went in person to one "vein institute" (will not mention their name as they are still in business), and they charged me $99 just for a consultation, and did nothing for me. They barely even looked at my legs. I came in smiling and friendly, but despite my best effort, I didn't get the sense that they really cared about me as a person. I felt like a number so to speak. The cold doctor that saw me for literally 2 minutes simply told me I needed an ultrasound before they could do anything. (Conveniently, they had a lady from the specific company they wanted me to get the ultrasound WITH right there sitting at their front desk next to their receptionist ready to book that appointment on the spot.) They also told me I needed to wear compression stockings for 3 months before they'd attempt any treatment. (Again, they had a relationship with a specific company they wanted me to go to in order to be sized for those & they were going to cost over $100 per pair). It just felt to me in the pit of my stomach like a scam. I didn't book the ultrasound. I flew out that door. It doesn't have to feel that way. Please, save yourself time, money, & potential disappointment. Go see Dr. Yoho in the Los Angeles area or the Fresno area. Even if you need to travel from out of state as I did, it is SO WORTH IT. Call him today: 800 804 5476 I only needed a single treatment in my case, and I was able to fly home the same day. Since I would not agree to book the ultrasound on the spot with the "vein institute's" referral company, that lady sitting at their front desk that day continued to call me weekly trying to schedule me for that "critically necessary" ultrasound of my legs. I always let her calls go to voice mail UNTIL after my treatment with Dr. Yoho. Imagine her surprise when I answered the phone and exclaimed, "You know what? Thank you, but I really don't need that ultrasound anymore because my cosmetic surgeon who is completing my breast augmentation in May, has already fixed my varicose veins for me!" Let's just say, she's stopped calling. ;-) Happiness reigns. Updated on 6 Jun 2016: I received a question via private message from a reader asking me how I thought her legs would look approximately 3 days post-treatment. This is a difficult question for me to answer being that I have not seen this particular person's legs. I don't know what her starting point is, and I can only speak from my own experience. In my case, it did take longer than that to see my final results come to fruition, but the treatment itself did not make my legs appear any worse immediately following the treatment than they were with the vascular issues that existed pre-treatment (other than some extremely minor bleeding which was taken care of by some band-aids). Here are some photos taken just days after my treatment. You can see a significant improvement in the veins and my legs do not look bad due to the procedure/the injections themselves.
I have been Dr. Yoho's patient for the past 11 years. Throughout that span of time he has performed 5 procedures for me, all of which have contributed to a greater sense of self-worth & emotional well being as well as produced aesthetically pleasing results. Please feel free to browse through my other reviews to get a feel for the full effect this skilled surgeon has had on my physical body and my life. Three weeks ago, I had my breast implants replaced with larger implants (this time under the muscle). If you refer to my prior review, Dr. Yoho previously performed a breast augmentation for me in 01/2008 with silicone implants above the muscle which gave me an end result of a C cup. It was time to replace them as I had since given birth to 2 children and breastfed them which caused a natural atrophy of the breast tissue resulting in a bit of rippling at the top of my implants. When my breasts were not being supported by strong bra, the rippling could be easily seen by myself and others. I understand this is a common occurrence after breastfeeding. When I visited Dr. Yoho & staff for my pre-surgery consultation, they agreed to allow me to increase my size to D cup size breasts. Dr. Yoho's wife, Nurse Judy, helped select the perfect size and shape of implant for me for the 2nd time. She does an excellent job of taking into account one's activity level, lifestyle choices, as well as the desired end result (the appearance you're aiming to achieve) when selecting the perfect implant for each patient. I've been happy with her selection for me, not just once, but twice. This, my 2nd breast augmentation surgery, was done on 05/05/2016 and went as smoothly as could be expected. I had come from out of town for my surgery (as I had for all previous procedures), and afterwards was able to relax comfortably in my hotel room without a great deal of pain or discomfort. It was truly amazing that there wasn't more bruising or more of a scar on each nipple where my implants were inserted. One really has to closely examine my nipples even this soon after surgery to notice that anything had been done to them/through them. REMARKABLE! Dr. Yoho works miracles. It has now been 3 weeks since my surgery, & I know the end result will be equally incredible. I'm already impressed with the appearance of my new breasts as is my husband. Dr. Yoho was able to achieve increased cleavage as well as an improved positioning of my nipples while still keeping my breasts symmetrical. Oh - and of course - no more rippling! PROBLEM SOLVED. Updated on 28 May 2016: Photos Updated on 31 May 2016: These are photos from BEFORE either of my 2 breast augmentation procedures performed by Dr. Yoho. I apologize for the quality of the photos, but I did not keep any photos pre-surgery, and I got these from my parents so these are photos of photos OR photos of digital photos. However, though they may not be of the best quality, you can certainly see the HUGE difference the breast augmentations made. I encourage you to call Dr. Yoho's office today (in the LA area or Fresno area) or visit his website if you are considering a breast augmentation or any other cosmetic surgery procedure. I would go nowhere else (and I don't even live in California - it's worth the flight)! ;-) www.DrYoho.com or (800) 804-5476. Updated on 6 Jun 2016: Yesterday marked one month post-surgery for me. My swelling has come down, and I'm not sore anymore. I'm loving my results (as is my husband). Here are some photos taken yesterday from different angles of how my new breasts are looking at this point in time. Updated on 11 Aug 2016: I LOVE my new breasts. They still need to drop a bit but looking fantastic! Thank you Dr. Yoho & New Body Cosmetic Surgery!!!
After having a prior successful procedure performed by Dr. Yoho (liposuction in 2005), I trusted him to perform my breast augmentation surgery as well. We elected, at the time, to do silicone implants over the muscle. I wanted my breasts to be significantly larger so I requested a D cup. However, knowing I led an extremely active lifestyle, Nurse Judy recommended for this reason we only increase my breast size to a full C cup not wanting me to go too large as they could be too heavy, droop prematurely with all of that repetitive stress/impact, if I were to have children in the future they would grow larger during pregnancy/breastfeeding, etc. 2 children, 9 half-marathons, & 1 full marathon later, I am so grateful for her counseling & that I took her advice. The results of my breast augmentation were more than impressive! My new breasts looked & felt natural, & for the 1st time I felt confident wearing swimsuits. I didn't feel as though I was physically lacking in the upper portion of my bikini anymore, & I know (per my husband) that many individuals who met me after my surgery did not know these were not my God-given breasts (a compliment to my doctor for sure). Updated on 28 May 2016: I just wanted to post some details regarding the surgery itself/recovery. As mentioned above, this was the first of two breast augmentations Dr. Yoho has performed for me (8 and 1/2 years apart). This surgery was performed with an incision made in the creases underneath each breast which I loved because my scars have never shown. Implant placement was above the muscle, and we used silicone breast implants. I believe the implant size used was 375ccs which made me a full C cup. The pain following this surgery was not bad at all. Please, do not let fear of recovery pain keep you from having a breast augmentation procedure. My second augmentation was done earlier this month and that one was done under the muscle. I was more sore after the recent surgery of course, but it was still nowhere near as bad as I had feared it might be. Dr. Yoho's uses tumescent anesthesia for most breast augmentation procedures. This technique has the dual purpose of numbing the area and inhibiting bleeding. Not all surgeons use this technique, and when tumescent is not used, there may be more bleeding during surgery and more swelling and bruising during recovery. Back to the discussion of the breast augmentation I had in 01/2008 - I was not in great pain or distress following surgery at all. I even felt well enough to go out to eat dinner at Cheesecake Factory on Colorado Blvd the night of my surgery. Again, I must stress that I clearly remember the fear I had pre-surgery regarding the anticipation of great pain during recovery. As described above, I was surprised to find I was not in nearly as much pain as I expected throughout the entire healing process, and I didn't even need to use all of the prescription pain medicine I had been prescribed. I also neglected to mention in the body of my review that though I had my implants for almost 9 years, I had NO PROBLEMS with them other than the rippling which resulted from the atrophy of breast tissue following breast feeding. I had no hardening around the implants (capsule contracture) nor any other issues with them. They were nothing less than beautiful right up to the day that we switched them out. In fact, it was a little bit tough emotionally letting go of those beautiful breasts though I had full confidence in Dr. Yoho's ability to replace them with another set of implants that paralleled their beauty. Updated on 29 May 2016: Dr. Yoho's breast augmentation allowed me to feel confident in a swimsuit for the 1st time in my life! Thank you Dr. Yoho! Dr. Yoho also did my liposuction surgery so please see my review regarding that procedure as well to learn about my experience. Both Dr. Yoho's breast augmentation procedure and liposuction surgery provided me with outstanding results (superior to what I expected). I traveled to Dr. Yoho's Pasadena office requesting liposuction of the waist, thighs, rear, etc. The waist was particularly important to me as my 1st boyfriend whom I'd been with for 9 years had always told me I'd had a "tree trunk" shaped waist. Though we'd parted ways a year prior to that, those words had stayed with me, & I did think I could benefit from a more "hourglass," feminine figure. The technique used by Dr. Yoho was not nearly as painful as I expected. I did wear my compression garment following surgery for the length of time I was directed to do so. I did not need to take a significant amount of pain medication nor did I need to take many days off work. It was really incredible! I expected to be "down for the count" so to speak. The liposuction results were amazing. It was true - like magic - Dr. Yoho had done it. Like the title of his book (which I had purchased and read a year or two prior to my procedure), I had A NEW BODY IN ONE DAY. 11 years later, the body contouring he performed has lasted and remains fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. Yoho to anyone considering a liposuction procedure. Updated on 28 May 2016: Someone from Real Self contacted me and requested I post some photos that reflect the caliber of Dr. Yoho's work. Here are just a few: Updated on 29 May 2016: I am new to Real Self, and I just realized I did not have any photos of the results from the back in my original post. I am adding those along with a couple of additional swimsuit photos. Dr. Yoho also performed my breast augmentation so please see my other review regarding that procedure to learn about the process and those fantastic results. Updated on 4 Jun 2016: The before photo to the left shows the thicker waist and no breast implants. The photo to the right was after I received my new hourglass waist and my first breast augmentation. Seeing these 2 photos right next to each other really shows you the full impact of the changes made to my body.
I use to be a 34 B, Im a 34 BIG C/D. I got seline round bag above my muscles im 110 pounds 5'1 height. Dr. Robert Yoho did my procedure. I like his work , the way my boobs feel real and how natural they look. Guys think they are real and woman always ask me if they are real. One thing i didnt like about dr.Yoho is that he kept trying to convince me to get huge breast , i told him i wanted 300 cc on each boob and he said NO that i should go with a 375cc 400 cc on my other boob cause my right boob was smaller than the other. He kept insisting for me to go with that size cause if i dont i wont be happy with the size after surgery like most woman who complain and go back for a revision to go bigger " i thought to myself, im NOT those woman who want to look like a [RS bleep] / stripper 24/7 i want to look hot and sexy when i want and look like the girl next door when i want. Anyhow he convinced me to sing off on the 375cc 400cc. The surgery was then schedule a week from the day i signed off. Durin that week i was stressed out on the size cause i knew i did not want that size even though he said every woman goes back to get bigger cause they aint satisfied. So i went to my sisters house who is my size in height and weight and had a boob job done a while back and i asked her how many cc did she have ? She said 400 cc. I thought to myself ' nowonder you look FAT and you really arent. Thats the day i put my foot down and called dr Yoho and told him i was NOT going through with the size HE wanted , i told him again i wanted 300 cc but again he argued and said no that he suggest atleast 320cc 350cc on the right boob. I agreed even though i didnt want to. But hes the "surgeon" and he knows better. I went through the surgery everything went well i came out alive , my boobs were bigger than what I wanted but felt soft and looked real and well placed NO big gap in my cleavage like ive seen on other woman. Till this day i still want them smaller even thoug they look nice and real which i give him props for. With a lightly patted bra they look huge and with no bra or no pad i can kind of get the girl next door look. If you go with dr Yoho dont let him convince you on what size put into your body. Therefor if youre not satisfied with the size , well thats your fault and not the surgeon. One more thing , if you are afraid of getting put to sleep like me at the time , i asked him that i wanted to be awake and he said ok lol so the day of surgery they laid me on the operating bed with these big lights shining on my face it felt like i was on a spaceship and i was an alien that they were gonna study on lol he started nubing my boobs with some kind of cream and as soon as i saw this BIG ass niddle pointing right at my nipple i screamed Noooo and we both freaked out! Lol he tried to calm me down with his nurse and he tried for the second time and i was not having it. He said he had to put me to sleep or he wasnt gonna continue with the procedure , he also said it would be the best sleep of my life, he promised not to put me fully asleep that i will be breathing on my own. Next thing you know this guy walks in and injects me with this white milky looking liquid and im out!!!! Woke up asking for more of that white stuff. I was out his office like nithing happend. No pain only soreness. I didnt take any of my pain killers he prescribed cause i didnt need it. Hope my story helps
Well I am scheduled for my BBL on March 30th. I'm so excited but a little nervous at the same time. I'm 26 years old with slightly elevated blood pressure. It is controlled with medication and I've had it for over 10 years but otherwise in perfect health. Anyways, I have always wanted more projection to my booty and I'm so happy that I am finally going to get it. I will not be under general anestesia just sedated with a local anestetic. Is there anyone here who has had surgery with high blood pressure? Care to share your experiance?
