Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Absolutely Extraordinary Doctor - SO SO HAPPY with Results!!!
Like most people I had to save to get this surgery - and in hindsight would have paid double. It literally changed my life.
I wanted this surgery because my labia suddenly grew. Not after childbirth but 10 years later - and I found myself peeing sideways.
Dr Jason and his team (Vered is an angel - Dr Jason is exceptional) made this a wonderful experience overall and of course, anyone considering labiaplasty is going to feel anxious. From my very first appointment - Dr J spent so, so much time with me, reviewing my medical history and also going over treatment options. I decided to do the procedure under local.
The day of the surgery there was a huge snowstorm, but the team moved heaven and earth for me to come into the office and move forward with the surgery because I was so distraught about potentially losing the date. Aside from a tiny pinch from the numbing injection - the procedure itself was totally painless and took just about an hour.
Recovery isn't a load of fun - but that has nothing to do with the surgeon. It's just a delicate zone. It was both easier and harder than I expected and here's how:
Easier:
1) There was virtually no pain at any given point. I never took pain meds. I was afraid of getting backed up from them (given the area - not ideal!) but just didn't need them. I took Tylenol once, and took Xanax 4 nights in a row to sleep.
2) I didn't swell - AT ALL. This might be unusual, and maybe I was lucky but as you can see in photos - virtually no swelling
3) I saw what my after would look like pretty quickly - and was SO HAPPY!
Harder:
1) if you're an active gal (and I am!) NOT moving for 4-6 weeks is HARD. Dr J (like all doctors) insists that one keeps walking to a MINIMUM for 6 weeks. (I'm so sorry Dr J cover your "ears" for the next sentence LOL -- I actually broke the rules and started walking at about 3 weeks. BUT my results are perfect!!! Anyone reading this - I strongly advise to follow your doctors rules - this was irresponsible of me and I was prepared to accept consequences. I have a very very hard time staying still.
2) I did get the dreaded yeast infection - the first one I've ever had - thanks to the antibiotics. I would rate the yeast infection a 10/10 for pain/disgusting/annoying. The surgery was a relative 1/10 for pain - if that helps put it in perspective for those who (so sorry) know what a YI feels like. I would get this surgery without anesthesia vs EVER having one of those again. ugh!!
3) The sound of the scissors crunching through my labia. I couldn't feel it at all but I could HEAR it. The horror!! Wear headphones!
Otherwise - Dr J called me EVERY day to check in (unbelievable!!) and Vered was always available if I had questions or just wanted to enthusiastically share progressions pics (poor Vered).
Dr Jason is a MAGICIAN, and a true artist - not to mention soooo kind, responsive and brilliant. I feel so lucky I found him - I just wish he operated on other parts of the body too :) - I'm almost sorry I have only one set of labia LOL
