Considering what there was to work with, Dr. Paulson did not disappoint. Staff at both locations were friendly and vibrant. My decision to go with Paulson wasn’t determined by price, but the price of the surgery was pretty reasonable and that’s always a plus. Recovery was a piece of cake. I expected to be in a lot more pain and helplessness in the days that followed surgery. It really wasn’t that bad.
Dr.Paulson and his staff have been absolutely amazing from the start. Going in I was pretty nervous and his staff has a way of making you feel important and well cared for. And Dr.Paulson himself... Everytime I have seen him he has had a smile and ready to explain and help in anyway he can. He is also completely honest!! Dr.Paulson and staff thank you!! 10/10 for sure!!
Dr. Paulson was great! His staff took such good care of me and he made me feel very confident in his abilities. They answered hundreds of my questions beforehand and continued to check in with me after. Other local physicians also recommended him saying his surgery scars are some of the best they’ve seen. That also made me feel confident with choosing him. Thank you so much to him and his team!
Dr. Paulson is wonderful, very professional. Definitely worth every penny. I will visit again. His customer service is great and is thorough in his care. My results made me so happy. My sister already has an appointment for a consult for her treatment.
From first point of contact throughout the whole process Dr. Paulson and staff were great. At the start of the process they helped with insurance and gave me a clear estimate of what the out of pocket expenses would be. The staff in Minot and Bismarck were patient and understanding with all the questions and follow up treatment. There were no surprises, I felt they prepared me very well for what I went through . If I had to do it again I would definitely go to them again.
I had an augmentation with 605cc implants. Dr Paulson was so great to work with and the ladies in the office are simply amazing. I never felt rushed and was able to come back to try on different size implants before I made my final decisions. Thank you Dr. Paulson and staff.
Great experience! Helpful and friendly staff. Easy to get ahold of. Answered all my “silly” questions. Was able to bring my children with to follow up appointments! Have recommended to others looking for similar service!
I underwent a breast lift and tummy tuck, performaned by Dr. Paulson and his wonderful team. Each staff member was helpful and kind throughout my experience. My results turned out better than I even thought possible, I am blown away by Dr. Paulson's abilities. I can now feel comfortable in my skin, thanks to Dr. Paulson and his team. I am forever grateful. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr. & staff! -Yvonne
Dr. Paulson and his nursing staff as well as the reception staff have all been amazing throughout this journey and I could not have had the results I do now without them! I am a 33-year-old with 3 children and after breastfeeding and pregnancy, my body was at its worst. No amount of dieting or exercise could have helped my tummy. I had a mommy makeover with a full TT and bilateral breast augmentation in 07/2018. The breast augmentation took a turn for the worst 2 weeks post-op with my right breast incision opening up and exposing my implant so back in I went to get that removed. I am now 1 week status post replacement of the right implant and rhinoplasty and so far, so good! I love the results of my rhinoplasty as well! I am due to get married in November and Dr. Paulson and his staff were so amazing working with me with this timeframe. I would recommend Dr. Paulson 1000x over! I will post pictures once I hit the 6 week mark of my implant replacement on the right. Updated on 23 Jan 2019: As promised, I have updated this review with pictures 6 months status post my Mommy Makeover (sans rhinoplasty pictures). I am beyond happy about how well my bilateral breast augmentation incisions have healed--you can hardly tell that they are there! I will update again with 1 year pictures.
A few factors motivated me to have the miraDry procedure done. Throughout my life I have been a "nervous sweater" which can make a person extremely self conscious and lower their self esteem. My line of work can also cause excessive sweating with the amount of physical activity and layers of clothing. I had a few friends that had done the procedure and said the results were life changing and they would do it again without hesitation. I was a bit nervous/apprehensive having the procedure done. I was very concerned about the pain of the procedure and recovery time. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the procedure. As with most medical procedures, I was concerned with the discomfort of the procedure. Pain and/or discomfort was minimal (Would rate at a 2 on a scale of 1-10) due to the area being numbed prior to the procedure. Post procedure I did have a fair amount of swelling the next morning. I would recommend following the doctors recommendation of using ice packs and Advil for the inflammation. I am currently one week post procedure and am still slightly sore but able to work without any accommodations. Results have been phenomenal. I can honestly say I have not experienced and sweating since the procedure.
Thank you for your question. I don't require the patient be a certain BMI prior to surgery as people come in all shapes and sizes. That being said, I do strongly encourage the patient to be at or very close to their goal weight prior to performing surgery. Typically the higher the patient BMI the risk increases for wound healing, infection, bleeding complications etc. My suggestion to you would be to try to get closer to a healthy BMI prior to having surgery. It would be safer for you and you will be healthier overall. Good luck to you!
You should be able to have a breast lift after a breast reduction as many patients require a subsequent surgery to the same areas due to aging, weight gain, weight loss, etc Be sure when consulting, to make the surgeon aware you had a past breast reduction. They may request surgical records if possible to verify the approach used. Otherwise, when choosing your surgeon be sure to choose one that is board certified. I would recommend completing a breast lift first, and if need be, adding an implant months after. You may feel a lift was enough. Good luck to you!!
Hello and thank you for your question and supporting photos. You do look like a good candidate for a breast lift and tummy tuck. I would recommend consulting with a few board certified plastic surgeons as everyone's approach may be a little different. Good luck to you!
It is very likely that you can get away with just a breast augmentation at this time. the breast implant will give your own tissue a little "lift" based off the volume and projection of the implant. This is something that should be discussed in your consultation. In my clinic, I would measure your chest wall to get the diameter that would be best and then you would be able to try on various implants in order to find the one that you are most happy with. Many of my patients that come in thinking they need a lift are satisfied with just the breast augmentation alone.
Great question! Hope you had great results from your erbium. In general, you should wait approximately 4-6 weeks after your erbium laser treatment before having Fractora. Ultimately, you can have it done once your skin has completely healed from the erbium and you no longer have any redness or flaking/peeling. The erbium laser treats more of the external superficial skin layers, whereas Fractora goes deeper and treats the deeper layers of the skin, so you should notice nice results after having them both done.
