30yo breast implant removal after 7 years- 475cc silicone submuscular

After 7 years I have decided to explant. I had my original augmentation done during a time in my life where I felt insecure and lost. At first I loved them! Then I had a capsular contracture and had to have a revision. That surgery went well too and I continued to love them. After 2 years my natural breasts grew and I liked my chest less and less. Now, at 30 I have grown to hate how large chested I am. I can't even wear bras. I measure over a 34F. I am only 5'3 and 125 lbs so you can imagine how disproportionate this is. My surgeon is Dr. Zeff in Portsmouth, NH. He believes I will be a 34 C after explantation.
I can't wait to feel normal again. Buy cute bras. Wear regular shirts. Improve my posture. And just be ME! Surgery is in 10 days. I will keep you all updated.

Hi Ash, how are you doing? It’s a really big change to explant, but as you can see here on RS so many ladies are very, very glad that they did it! Yes to all the great things you are looking forward to, especially the freedom to be natural and just yourself. All the best to you! [RS bleep]

Hi I'm also planning to take mine off as I also feel they are too big and I can't wear anything normal due to the size of my implant but my surgeon says he can't do smaller due to my back and waist size so I'm really disappointed and scared of the results when extracted but right now I don't feel its the real me.

I will keep you updated! I hope my journey inspires you!

Thank you, it is decided and planned for me now, I will take my implants off next wednesday 13th. I'm French but feel a lot English since I lived in the UK for a while and still miss it :) so I had it done in Nice and I'm now a 90G, I know it was stupid of me to had it done because I was a C sometimes D depending on my weight but because of my boyfriend who was constantly on the internet behind my back watching big boobies I felt really insecure. Now I know I was wrong and I'm just scared of the results after the explantation, I hope it doesn't get too saggy. I would recommend all the ladies who would like to have implants to see a psychologist before hand because it is really important to understand why you do it, I was stupid, now I regret it because I will have these scars all my life. I still think my surgeon didn't quite understand the size I wanted, now I feel it's difficult to get dressed, find a bra and even harder to find swimsuits since my bottom is a size 5/6 and the top so much bigger !
I wish you all success, I know now that my first goal is to love myself a bit more and to ditch my boyfriend who has so much power over me, which is destrutive. xx

I'm so eager to hear how it turns out for you!! I finally found someone who has a similar body and sizes. I'm 30 years old, 5'1 in height, implants are 450cc, have had them for 6 years, and also a size 34F in bras!! I know your struggle and feel just like you! I've been wanting to take them out for years but I'm afraid how saggy they will turn out because I was a C cup before the implants. I hope all goes well and I'm excited for you! Please update your journey!!! Well wishes.

Hi, I had mine done on Tuesday! I was a DD with my implants then had another baby two years ago and grew to a FF/G!! I have hated them for over 2 years not being able to wear lots of things as I look huge, yet I’m only a size 6! I am loving my natural boobs and can’t wait to buy some new bras and get measured. I think I will be a C cup which I am very happy with! Good luck for your surgery! You will be as happy as I am, I’m sure

Bye bye boobies!

Today is the day! Explanting these ridiculously large implants! I am both excited and nervous. So happy to be natural and free but scared of the stretched skin and sagging. Also not a big fan of anesthesia so hoping that goes in my favor. I will keep you all updated tomorrow! Here are my last fake boobie pics!

Wow! Your pics look great. I’m deseperately looking to explant my implants after only a year and a half and researching surgeons like crazy. How did they remove them? I don’t see and incisions in the photos and I’m curious. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

they used the original incisions below the breast fold. he only had to open them up about halfway

Surgery went well! I barely have any pain. Not requiring any narcotics, just taking Advil. I've only takes a quick peak at my breasts when changing the wrap and I was impressed! I will post photos later of my actual breasts but for now here is me in a compression bra-- even have lots of cleavage still.

Oh that is fantastic. Have you had a peep at them yet?? What a lovely gift to give your body for xmas. I am hopefully having mine out in Jan. I just have to get a date. Are you sore??
December 16, 2017
Yes I took a peak when changing my compression bandage. I was sore today but not in "pain". This will definitely take some time tho.
