Wonderful experience--I'm a new person
He is very thoughtful, attentive, and caring and has some mad surgical skills. LOVE Dr. Carlino and will go to him again in the future for anything else that I want to tweak. He gave me an extended tummy tuck, muscle repair, and breast lift with no complications ( after having twins and losing 100 lbs.). I can't say enough good things about this surgeon and his staff.
After my baby I lost weight an definitely breast tissue. I want to be fuller without being over the top big. I’m considering Allergan 250-350. I’m hoping to get more upper fullness and also some more projection. I work out and like running so I don’t want anything that will interfere too much with my fitness. I just had my preop Tuesday, and I am currently worried about size. I want to make sure that I get enough fullness and projection without being too big/small.. which I guess
I'm a faithful client.....
Dr. Carlino has done 8 cosmetic procedures for me since 1996. He coordinates with other doctors if needed-in my case- a hand surgeon and a dermatologist. Blue Cross/Blue Sheild referred me to him. I like that he can do any cosmetic procedure you want, but he can also work on accident victims to correct medical conditons that require plastic surgery. He is very observant and thorough in the pre-op stage so that you are prepared and comfortable with your recovery. He's the

54 Years Old 2 Children - Raleigh, NC
Dr. Carlino has been great from the beginning with the consult to now post op. The best bedside manner I have encountered, very professional and caring at same time. I just love him. I have been telling people about him since I first met him. His staff is superb as well. Other thN this bump in the road with wound opening I have no regrets on having surgery. Updated on 11 Jan 2016: I am so happy with my new size should be 36 D once I completely heal.
Ok, so let’s be honest, I’ve really been thinking about this since I was in third grade. I can remember setting in the bathroom and squeezing my fat roll and thinking, “I could just cut if off and it would go away.” Thank goodness my mom was a nurse and I knew I could bleed to death; if not for the fear of dying, I think I really would have. I’ve struggled with my weight since I can remember, I KNOW in second grade my parents put me on a diet. Over the years I've lost 100lbs

Thought I Had It All Figured Out (Breast Implants & Inner Thigh Lipo) - Raleigh, NC
Hi All- I have a BA and inner thigh lipo scheduled for 11/6. I originally had a mini TT scheduled as well, but really don't need it per se, just wanted the saggy baby belly to go away. SO, I though I had it all figured out- was going to get the Sientra "gummy bear" implants because they look more natural and aren't as obvious. But then I started reading the Q&A section of this website and I'm feeling unsure. I'm getting really freaked out about leakage and autoimmune problems
