Upcoming breast aug! 34B- full C cup Allergan Inspira 250-350? 5’7” 130lbs.

Hi. Your stats are similar to mine. I opted for 335 Allergan Natrelle 410 (anatomical), full height/full projection. I started at a barely B cup which is what you appear to be. I'm glad I didn't go smaller. I wasn't looking for upper pole fullness although the Natrelle did provide far more than I started with due to the extra length of the implant. I am also physically active & the 335 size is just perfect in terms of not getting in the way as well as not appearing radically bigger than what I started with - didn't want it to be obvious to everyone. Bottom line, I would opt for the 300-350 range, especially if you're going under the muscle & will therefore lose some volume (compared to rice sizers). In clothing, the change isn't as noticeable as you might expect so anything less might be disappointing for all the trouble & expense. Good luck - keep us updated!

I would go for the bigger size if you are getting silicone. I got 345cc moderate. I started out with very little breast tissue, and got a very natural/on the smallish side result. I think 350 full profile would have been about perfect!

both look very natural. personally I think the larger on looks nice.
