I meet the Dr Ran Talisman for a nose job and a canthoplasty, first of all there is not a lot of doctors that can do canthoplasty in Israel. I met the doctor in is cabinet in Tel Aviv. From the beginning all the staff was super professional and friendly, very important point because it was for me the first time I meet someone for a plastic surgery and I was stressed. After a healthy form, they invited me to meet the doctor. He treat me with a lot of respect and analyse what I wanted exactly to do, took some pictures and invite me to think again about everything. For the prices, the doctor invite me to meet his secretary, he is not giving prices ( very healthy relationship between the patient and him ). I have to say that I saw some doctors before him, including "famous" doctors on Instagram, I felt with all the others that it was more a business than something else. I received all the prices, it was very honest and international costs. Few weeks later I decided to do it. I can't describe all the process but what I can say it's that thee results are super natural, I look amazing after 3 month even if I know that I still have to wait for the final results but u can see already that everything is perfect. Thank you so much to Dr Talisman and his staff for all your work, and I highly recommend your work to everyone. Just a tip: You have to search to find diamonds, sometimes people that are super famous are just thief's and just think about money, in my case I prefer to choose a doctor with experience and discreet and I don't regret it :)) Noam
I have always had chubby cheeks, even after losing alot of weight my face hasn't changed. This has made me very self conscious over the years so I was looking for a procedure to change it. When I heard about buccal fat removal I knew I had to get it done, but I couldn't find a surgeon in my country(Israel) who can preforms the surgery. I have tried to contact at least 10 other surgeons, none of which even knew what buccal fat removal is!! I almost gave up till I came across an article about Dr.Ran Talisman. I booked an appointment and I was extremely happy to find out he can preform the surgery. He was super friendly and honest, he warned me the results would be subtle, which I was ok with. I booked a date for the surgery the same day. After the surgery, I've asked him to send me pictures of the buccal fat pad that got removed. At the time I thought he didn't remove enough but looking at it today, I'm so happy with the results. I used to hate my face, now I love it. I still have some fullness in my cheeks but there's definitely some noticeable definition around my cheeks. For someone who has been bothered about this for years, this is a HUGE change. Also, I've had cheek piercings at the time, which I didn't want removed so he was considerate to let me keep them, he put a dental string where the hole was and apparently there was alot of scar tissue, but he's managed to work through that as well :)
I have had a Septorhinoplasty with turbinectomy + chin implant with him at 2013. Ended up with an inverted V + open roof deformeties + he only dissected one of nasal turbinates and left my left side entirely blocked. I also had a condition where the nasal septum got sticked to the nasal turbinate which contributed to the blockage. When I came to him he said that everything is fine with my nose, he even asked if I want it to be smaller (I would have ended up like michael jackson). He is very sure of his skills and kinda cocky, he started mocking me a bit when I told me that the nose job was a failure. My mistake was to choose a cheap price over a truly skillful nose expert. I was afraid to do a revision with him, I corrected my breathing with another Dr (ENT doc), and I need to do filler every year for the nose to look good, LUCKILY the damage that he has done is fixable - so I can say that he could have [RS bleep] me up way worth...The chin implant cause bone erosion after a few years and it was crookly placed - he doesn't use screws or stitches to fix it in place. I got it replaced by another Dr from the USA (custom made wrap-around jaw implant made from Medpor/ PPE) who is expert in facial implants. My advise that you should go to the best experts for what you want/ need. Israeli plastic surgeons do mostly women or old people. If you are a young man go somewhere else.BAD result WILL take (literally) a few years of your life + a lot of money. You can end up scared for life, and he won't even remember you after 1-2 years.
I always liked most aspects of my looks before I've undergone FFS with Dr Ran Talisman (Plastic surgeon located in Tel Aviv, Israel). I went to Dr Talisman for a revision of my first nose job that looked fine, but left me with breathing problems and had some asymmetry on the right side. I also asked for a slight shave of my forehead bone (even though it was ok to begin with) and wanted to shave my chin bone as well. Now, one year post surgery my nose looks even worst than what it was with a more noticeable asymmetry, my brow bone was shave unevenly to the point where its noticeable in pictures and my chin was shaved too round and too deep inside, losing it's strength, looking way to round and almost looks connected to the rest of the jaw bone. also, I was left with a big scar in my scalp which I'm going to fix soon. Overall, I think it was a waste of money, and I liked my face better before. i would like to know if there's a way to add up permanent volume to the missing forhead bone, and if a chin implant can give me back a bit of the chin shape that was completely lost. hibased on one view of the nose, a gentle dorsal reduction might give you a better look but a real comprehensive answer to your request demand in person examination, make a consultation with a plastic surgeon at your area and discuss these issues
