I have had a couple procedures done by Dr.Paul Feldman In the last 5 years. Tummy tuck, breast augmentation, arms... and August 2021 I had lipo to the back and flanks with BBL and so glad I did!!!Very please in the results!!! He is an amazing plastic surgeon! No drain tubes and very little pain. I have tried to add pictures but they will not load from my camera on my iPhone. I have no idea why. But, anyway Dr. Feldman is the BEST, maybe if you ask for photos it will let me upload
Had breast augmentation about 10 yrs ago with saline implants and one day in 2020 I woke up with a deflated left hand side implant deflated. Was surprising and sad.Tried scheduling with various locations but no one called back. Advanced Aesthetics was the only place who actually answered the phone and I was able to schedule a consultation. Long story short, it took a year to get a surgery date but I am very pleased with the results. You tell me?! Updated on 13 Aug 2021: Went to 6 day Post-Op appointment and Dr. Feldman thought I was 3 months post-op (I assume a compliment) but so far I'm healing well and very happy with progress and overall aesthetic. I couldn't be more pleased to be honest. Hopefully, these breast implants will last me longer! *Inside joke for someone who just conducted revision due to deflation* I have another appointment in 4 days to get stitches removed. I also forgot to tell the story of how quickly they got me through the revision surgery on the first place! I got to Advanced Aesthetics, was brought in, they did their blood tests, (mind you that I had already taken prescribed meds an hour before as stated in pre-op guidance), Dr. Feldman came in to say hi and check in on me. He summarized what we were doing. I told him I trusted him. He left and they said the anesthesiologist would come in soon and let me know that its time. I literally closed my eyes for a minute thinking its cause of the premeds taken and when I awoke, they told they had finished the surgery and I could go home! Amazing! I didn't even get the chance to be anxious or nervous which is great! Lol! I did have throat pain as they warned due to breathing tube while they conduct Updated on 13 Aug 2021: See prior post + comment! Photos are 9 days Post-Op. Very happy with size and feel. I think they are where they need to be position wise and slight discomfort so far is if I have been too long upright without the medical bra. I will try to sleep without it a night every so often to give me space to breathe. Luckily, I haven't turned and hurt myself (knocking on air wood)! So far so good!
Dr. Feldman and his staff are wonderful. He has a calming demeanor which eased any concerns that I had about my surgeries. I'm extremely pleased with the results. Wished I had the surgeries years ago!
I initially wanted a panniculectomy but my janky insurance wouldn't pay for it. An ETT wasn't much more, so I did it. I'm almost 1 month post op. I'm feeling mostly back to normal. I can finally cough and not feel like I'm dying lol. I didn't need pain pills, only Advil. The scar is from behind each hip and it has healed well.
After experiencing menopause and weight loss of about 30 lbs in my early 50's , I began to notice sagging skin around the jowl area and neck, deep lines around nose and mouth. My lower eyelid area was drooping....it looked like I had dark circles all the time. Crows feet when I smiled....etc. I thought about having a face lift for about 2-3 years before I actually had the surgery. I wasn't scared or concerned very much about having it done or the results not being positive. I felt confident that my surgeon was skilled, he did my tummy tuck 10 years ago and I've never had any issues. Healing from that surgery went well. It was, by far, more painful than my facelift! Dr. Feldman took the time to answer all my questions and went over the procedure with me step by step. I watched videos before my consultation so I would know what questions to ask and what a "good surgeon" would recommend I have done to get the results I wanted. Dr. Feldman passed all the certification/schooling/training requirements required to perform the surgery. I look so much younger! I'm very pleased with the results! I healed very quickly and had minimal swelling in my neck and face. The only really painful area I experienced, waking up in recovery, was behind my ears where your glasses rest It felt like a burn from a hot curler : They couldn't give me pain meds because I was too nauseated and vomiting, AND it took the whole time 90 min to wake me up! : I was able to get meds after settling down at home and after holding down food. 24 hours later I took the nausea patch off my arm and began to feel better right away. I wished I'd had a gel eye mask ice pack, the round ones they give you don't stay in place. My husband figured out how to attach them to the bandage that was around my head : You will be sleeping on your back for several weeks. Your ears are too sore and tender for putting any pressure on them. Getting the drains removed 4 days later (had surgery on a Thursday) was by far....T-H-E MOST PAINFUL! Wished I would've known. I would've iced the area and asked for anesthesia!!! JK : It felt like a hot curling iron sitting on your scalp for 2 seconds!! OMG! and the sound it makes when the tube comes out....squishy like spaghetti coming out your head. : > It all looked creepy after the bandages came off, incisions with dried blood, swelling, bruising. My children were afraid I was gonna get an infection and some of my grands were too frightened to look at me. : Getting the sutures removed around the eyes and front of my ears was next in line for painful post-op procedures. Some areas were still numb so no big deal. The removal of sutures behind my ears was not painful. Thank goodness! I was able to drive myself to these appointments without any problems : My lower face felt like, and still does, I have a mud mask that's been left for too long on my face. Overall I'm very happy I had the work done, any pain or inconvenience I experienced post-op was all worth it! Updated on 15 Jul 2020: Many of my friends and family said I didn’t need a facelift but, we see still see our flaws and how we’ve aged and who hasn’t stood in front of a mirror while pulling back the skin on your face to make yourself look better and wished you could have surgery to fix it....? Most Attractive people want to stay attractive and will do whatever we can to keep our looks. Updated on 15 Jul 2020: Wanted to share these pictures so you know what to expect post op. Some photos are gross looking. Getting to take a shower and wash my hair was sooo nice. Wearing make up again was nice. Still a little uncomfortable sleeping on my side. Updated on 17 Jul 2020: My favorite is Derma E scar gel. It dries faster than the lotions or oil based products and doesn’t mess your hair up. Plus it works!! You will have itching around And on your ears and the other incision areas at times. Scabs will come off, with a little help, some stay on for weeks. No need to rush that process. Massaging your neck helps reduce the swollen tissue near the incision site. My skin is sensitive so using a cream while massaging that area helps. My cheeks are starting to relax and feel sooo tight. Still have numbness in certain areas. It feels weird applying makeup in those areas on my face and eyelids. Updated on 20 Jul 2020: Pictures of the incision sites. Pretty scary looking! Headbands and floppy hats do a good job hiding those areas as well as wearing your hair down. The scabs around the ears will start to come off around the two week mark.
I am extremely happy with the results of my procedure. Dr. Feldman and his entire team are very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and very well taken care of during the entire process. Dr. Feldman did such a superb job I feel and look better than I have in over twenty years. I highly recommend Dr. Feldman and his team for your next procedure.
I have always been self conscious about my breast! I didn't want big breast, just wanted to have breast period bc i was totally flat chested after having 3 kids! I love my inplants and the scars are almost invisible. The staff and Dr. Feldman at Advanced Aesthetics are absolutely wonderful. I could not ask for more! I would do it all over again if needed! I highly recommend the facility and procedure. It was super easy!!
Super easy process. I was nervous but Dr. Feldman and staff are very friendly. I didn't feel rushed thought the consult and he answered all of my questions. Now I just have to wait for my insurance...
My only regrets of having a tummy tuck and breast augmentation is I wished I would have done it earlier! Dr. Feldman did an awesome job and listened to my requests prior to surgery. After care was outstanding as well. My mistake that I made was because it was elective surgery I discounted the severity of the surgery. Pain was significant but Dr. Feldman treated that as well. I love the outcome which boosted my confidence.
I have lost 130 lbs. My boobs are toast, and I have a ton of loose skin on my stomach. I have worked really hard to lose weight, and have been maintaining for over 2 years now. Dr says I have no fat on my body, so I am hoping for a crazy flat stomach!!! I am also getting a lift, and augmentation. I hope to be a very perky full B. I am 5’3” and 118 lbs (might lose a few more lbs before surgery). I am scheduled for June 13, 2019! Updated on 12 Jun 2019: Just got back from a week in the Caribbean with my husband, and surgery in the morning. Vacation has kept me nicely distracted. Here are a few more before pics! Updated on 14 Jun 2019: Updated on 14 Jun 2019: A few before pics! Updated on 15 Jun 2019: Well I’ve got a 101 temp. My husband called the surgeons office and we’re waiting to hear back from them. And here’s a post op pic... sorry it’s graphic. Updated on 18 Jun 2019: Had my first post op appt, and it went super great. Got more pain meds which I very much needed. I have 2 spots where I get excruciating shooting pain and he injected some local anesthetic there and it made a world of difference!! I’m still very swollen, but able to walk around my house a bit more!! I compared this recovery to my csections thinking they’d be similar, and I was VERY WRONG! This has been much harder than I expected. But every day it gets a bit easier. Updated on 27 Jun 2019: Still in a decent amount of pain, and still spending most of my time in bed. This recovery has been so much harder than I thought it would be. Here are some pics. Still super swollen. Updated on 11 Sep 2019: I am feeling almost 100% back to normal. I still get tired easily (but also went back to work full time for the first time in 10 years so it could be that!), my hip where I had an open wound still hurts a bit, but other than that I feel great! I still swell up after a long day on my feet (I teach elementary kids). I’m looking forward to no swelling anymore!
Both Voluma and Sculptra Aesthetic are excellent products. I recommend you use Voluma since you have a "very sensitive and critical eye". Ultimately Your injector will have more control and finesse with Voluma. Voluma results are immediate giving the injector and the patient more timely feedback. Voluma requires a smaller needle than Scultpra so the injector can be more precise and in the rare instance when too much product was injected or it missed the mark, Voluma can be dissolved or erased.
I disagree. I do not believe you will require a "free nipple graft" because the distance from your nipple to the fold underneath your breast looks relatively short. The shorter the distance, the less risk of vascular compromise of the nipple/areola complex. Also, it appears that you may be a candidate for a no vertical scar technique because the distance between your new nipple position and the top of your current areola position is sufficient enough to avoid the vertical scar.
I believe that you will get a more dramatic result with a full tummy tuck. The risk of limiting your surgery to a mini tummy tuck is that you will be disappointed with the contrast between a tight lower abdomen and less tight upper abdomen.
Tummy tuck with or without liposuction is a more intense procedure than Liposuction alone. The typical liposuction patient should be back to normal daily activities with in 4 to 7 days. A Tummy tuck usually requires 11 to 14 days before a patient is ready to return to normal daily activities.
Yes and No. It is difficult to give you an individualized answer without any pictures. I usually do perform lower eyelid blepharoplasty with facelifts for the reason you stated above. I think your surgeon should be able to demonstrate on you the amount of skin that will be lifted and in which direction. If your lower eyelid skin bunches then a lower eyelid blepharoplasty is warranted.
