Super easy process. I was nervous but Dr. Feldman and staff are very friendly. I didn't feel rushed thought the consult and he answered all of my questions. Now I just have to wait for my insurance...

They didn't... it's not the Docs fault. It was hidden in my plan that it isn't covered. Like, they had to send me a form that wasn't with my original insurance packet. So I'm paying out of pocket. Good luck!
I would try and fight that and at the very least submit at least one appeal. Insurance companies automatically deny everything often you won't get approved unless you appeal at least once.
I was told the same thing by UnitedHealthcare but then I found a document online that said it is covered for specific reasons.

Some insurance may cover it only if it’s medical necessary. Your doctor gotta write you approval letter says it’s medical necessary with the right documents.
What are the right documents
I need my insurance to cover it. I’ve need one for 30 years
