The experience was excellent from the consultation to the 2 month update! Everyone was very friendly and informative. I never left feeling unsure or with more questions. The team was attentive and made my experience very much worth it.
He was kind and informative. Very calm and reassuring. The office was professional and welcoming.I felt very taken care of throughout the entire process. I have lots of post op swelling but that’s to be expected. He did good work!
Dr. Viscardi does an amazing job. He is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. Very easy going and makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend him. The surgery went ahead of schedule and was very short and sweet. I went home without much pain.
Recently I had a Bodytite done on the back of my arms and am very happy with the results.. Dr. Viscardi & his team were amazing from the 1st appointment to my post opp.. very professional & made me feel comfortable.. my surgery day went so smooth despite my anxiety.. if I ever have another procedure I definitely wont have as much anxiety.. I really was in good hands.. thank you to Dr. Viscardi and his amazing team
Tomorrow I go for my two week post op appt. No regrets and I feel like I am doing very well. I chose Dr.Viscardi of Center PC after seeing a patient’s review. She is a nurse as am I - so I knew she would have a medical prospective as well as her experience as a patient. Dr.Viscard’s credentials and experience speak for themselves. I appreciated the time he spent at the consultation and pre op visit. You read many reviews where the patient has felt rushed or did not have their questions answered. Definitely not the case with him or any of the office staff. The office runs very well with each staff person well versed in their job. I was able to ask several questions, share my doubts, and concerns and always received a prompt and caring answer whether in person or on the phone. I knew what to expect, where to go and what follow up there would be on the day of my surgery. I appreciated having all my post op garments, prescriptions, instructions etc ahead of surgery. I knew who to call after surgery if I needed any help- which I have not needed. The unexpected part of this was not only finding a skilled surgeon, but finding one with a great bedside manner and sense of humor. This has meant a relatively pleasant recovery thus far. I too, highly recommend Dr Viscardi and this office.
The first 48 hours after my surgery was no fun! Pain level was a 10. Todays has been 1 week and I am doing g much better! Very excited to see the results! Thank you Dr and staff for making me feel comfortable and safe for my surgery
Dr Patrick Viscardi at The Centre P.C. in Mishawaka. I loved everything about the experience. They called me within 24 hours of me submitting a consultation request on their website. They got me in for my consultation within 3 weeks of that call. They gave me an itemized proposal of the surgery along with a few surgery dates that I was able to choose from. When you schedule the surgery, you have to put down 10% of the cost of the surgery. I was scheduled within 5 weeks of my consultation. They are great with communication and are really attentive to your needs. I was told that my pre op appointment should only take 45 minutes. I was there 2 hours. I walked in with a notebook full of questions. They answered them without making me feel rushed out the door. I do want to mention that I have been researching this surgery for years.
I am at 35-year-old mom with two kids. I am 5'7" tall and 125 pounds. I consider myself small framed so I was surprised when my surgeon suggested I do 440cc implants. He explained to me that all your measurements can change even if you're small framed and you're tall you can handle a bigger implant and it will fit your body better. I saw this was true when he ran my 3-D imaging. To be honest the scan after pictures looked how I looked when I was breast-feeding my daughter. I am a 34B now and in a 34C in Victoria's Secret bras, we all know how that sizing goes. I am pretty sure I'm going to do the Mentor Xtra Moderate Plus. My surgeon is running the spring fling specials right now so I received a quote for the Xtra Implants for the same price that the traditional implants usually run. We have decided to go over the muscle as I have adequate breast tissue to allow this and it will give me a better end result. What I communicated to the doctor was I wanted a more Womanly shape but I also wanted to fit inside my clothing and still look thin but was better boobs. I will keep you guys updated. I am attaching my scans with 3D imaging and how I look in a 34C (VS) now with a lot of help from the push up! Updated on 26 Feb 2020: Today I had my preop appointment. The nursing team and patient coordinator really took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I had any questions answered. We confirmed the size, the doctor remeasured me, and made me feel at ease. I was given all the instructions and walked to the surgery center so I would feel comfortable next week on where to go. I was given ice packs and the two prescriptions for pain relief and an antibiotic. I also had my preop pictures taken. T-1 week. I am nervous and excited. I go from feeling proud that I am doing something for myself to embarrassed. I am sure this is normal. A neat perk that they do is give you credit at the spa. On Friday I get to go and have my consultation at the spa and decide what to spend my credit on. It will be nice to relax. I made rice sizers and I am attaching a picture of me with 440cc in a rice sizer. I will see how close it is soon! Updated on 27 Feb 2020: I picked up a few severely discounted bras from Target! My Dr. thinks I will end around a 34 D but as he said and we know, you cannot accurately guess it, but, I took a chance. If I am wrong, no biggie, I got three bras for $12! We will see how these look 3-4 weeks from now! Updated on 1 Mar 2020: I finished all my laundry, cleaned the house, bought my lounge pillow and filled my prescriptions. I don’t really know what to expect, all I know is my friends that have gone through a BA have been able to recover quicker with an over the muscle implant. I am more excited than nervous and I am mostly nervous about going too big. I am working tomorrow and Tuesday and then I have to check in for surgery on Wednesday at 11 AM! Updated on 4 Mar 2020: I had my last sips of water at 8! I am showered up with no lotion or deodorant on. I feel like my face is going to crack. LOL. I have to be to the hospital at 11 and surgery starts at 12:15. I’ll update you all after. Updated on 4 Mar 2020: Everything went like clockwork today. I got to the hospital at 11 and I was wheeled to the surgery room right before noon. They gave me a pregnancy test, and they put a motion sickness patch behind my ear. The doctor inserted 440 cc Mod Plus Xtra in over the muscle. I was told I had a rough time waking up and freaked out on them and was sobbing. As soon as they grabbed my best friend, I calmed down and I don’t remember anything before her coming in. I spent an hour in recovery and then we drove to Panera and got some Mac and Cheese mmmmm. I ate as then took some Advil and fell asleep. Now, the feeling? It feels like I have a blocked milk duct and am engorged. My incisions are sore. I am not in pain, just uncomfortable and swollen. I have a post op appointment tomorrow and 11 and I can hopefully see how they look! I am loving what I see so far. I feel better walking around then laying down but that’s just because I am so swollen. Ice is my best friend! Updated on 5 Mar 2020: I am still uncomfortable but still ok just to be on Advil. I started my antibiotic and Bromelaine and Arnica this morning. I am very bloated, too. My belly is huge! Ha The biggest tip I can give everyone is to make sure you have strong abs before surgery. I have had no issue getting up and around by myself. I need help opening our heavy door and opening bottles. I do not think I’ll have any issue going to work Monday. I feel better walking as sitting than lying at an angle. I have my post op appointment in an hour and half. Updated on 6 Mar 2020: Today, I woke up and immediately felt less pain in my side boob area and arm pits. I was very excited to take a shower but it ended up terrifying me. I didn’t want shampoo or body wash to go near my incisions. I couldn’t wait to get out and put this ugly but comforting surgical bra back on. I know you shouldn’t wish your life away but I am really looking forward to these boobs feeling a part of me and for the incisions to start healing. I am very happy with the size and very glad I do not have more upper pole fullness. My clothes are fitting fine! Phew. An added bonus, I have always been embarrassed of my rib cage. It is quite large and these new boobs has made me so much more proportional. I have thicker thighs, skinny tummy and large rib cage. With the implants and surgery bloat I am up 10 lbs in one day Updated on 7 Mar 2020: Today is the third day and the most uncomfortable I have been. My swelling doubled today, I feel sharp pains in my left incision and I am still very bloated. I feel heavy and sad. It’s hard to imagine that I will feel like myself again but I know I will. The swelling is the worst on my side boob and it’s hard to put my arms down. I also probably did too much today, activity wise. I hope I wake up feeling better. Updated on 7 Mar 2020: Holy swollen boobs. Updated on 8 Mar 2020: I pushed myself too hard today and am paying for it with swelling. I can feel swishing in my right breast and am getting shooting pains in my incision. The swelling was better when I woke up but is back with a vengeance. I am heading back to my desk job tomorrow so I will sleep in the recliner tonight. I found I was able to dress myself to hide what I did. None of my extended family noticed anything at a baby shower I went to today. I am still feeling down and like I miss my natural body. I cannot wait for these Breasts to feel normal. I didn’t take any pain pills today and I finally was able to go to the bathroom and feel much better with my bloating. It’s about 50% resolved. My current stress is wondering how to get this dang surgical marker off. Smh. Updated on 11 Mar 2020: My bruising is very painful. I am anemic and expected some bruising but didn’t expect the bra band to hurt so badly on it. The doctor said I can put something between the bra and my skin or choose any bra as long as it doesn’t have a cup or underwire. I tried a few different bras but nothing seems to feel better. I am back to work and doing fine besides the bruise pain. My boobs are heavy and hard but look fine in clothes. Updated on 8 May 2020: I sometimes forget I got augmentation! The pain was gone completely (and the bruising) by week 4 and I felt normal again around week 6. I am a 34 d or 34 dd depending on the bra. This bra pic is a Lively bra 34 D and it’s a little small. Covid19 helped me slow down and heal perfectly. I am very happy.
42 yo and had my first mammogram that showed DCIS. My choices were 1) lumpectomy with radiation and tamoxifen for 5 years. 2) Mastectomy. Opted for double mastectomy with immediate reconstruction because I wanted to take the bad stuff out and not put harmful things into my body. I didn’t want my health compromised from medications that could increase my chances of getting other cancers. I have children to raise and I want to be the best version of my for as long as I can. So far I am very happy with the results. The worst of the recovery was the first 5-6 weeks. My reconstruction looks amazing and totally natural. But going into the surgery we didn’t know if I was going to come out in expanders, implants, or nothing at all. It all hinges on blood flow. Preparing for each possible outcome was very difficult for me. I am over 7 weeks out and starting to get back into the swing of things. It’s now that I seem to be more sensitive to what I just went thru. Which in turn has made me more appreciative to my loved ones and life that I have.
I will be 40 next year - after breastfeeding 2 boys and losing 60lbs I am finally ready to do something for me. No matter how hard I tried with exercise and diet I could not lose fat in certain areas. After speaking to a plastic surgery consultant, as well as the plastic surgery, I decided now is the time. My surgery was yesterday, 7/20. Today’s day 1 post-op. After having so many procedures I thought I would be in quite a bit of pain - in all honesty, I’m only experiencing a little discomfort. The target area of discomfort is definitely from the scar revision. Everything else is manageable. The toughest part is getting up and down, which right now requires someone to help me. The pics I have included are pre-op with markings all over me - as well as a pic of the top of my breasts from yesterday and then this morning.
Our tattoo removal laser works by fragmenting the ink in the tattoo so that the body carries it away in the lymphatic system. Our Picosure laser fragments the ink into sugar particles and is the fastest tattoo laser in the world. Sessions required depends on the size of the are, the colors in the tattoo, and the placement of the tattoo. 6 session are recommend and the cost varies from $2500-$3500. Or you can pay as you go and that would be $450-$700 per session. Again this is based on the size, color and placement. Good Luck!
Look for surgeons/dermatologist or Medical Spas with great reviews that focus on Botox. Bring these photos to show and speak with your your injector on the result you want to achieve. If you are unhappy with their result let them know ASAP, give them a second shot. It may take a couple times to get the desired look you are looking for.
Hi Sorielle, First I would urge you to have a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, however, I am happy to see you are doing research. By looking at your photos, you do have a bulge, which could indicate your muscles have separated and need to have this fixed. A tummy tuck can show dramatic results by reducing the appearance of a protruding abdomen that does not respond to diet and exercise. Tummy tucks are particularly beneficial to women who have had multiple pregnancies which have stretched their abdominal muscles and skin to a point beyond where they can return to normal. Tummy tucks are also very helpful to those whose skin has lost elasticity related to age or weight loss. Abdominoplasty cost between $8,000-$9,500 Regarding the stretchmarks, yes some of the stretchmarks will be removed but not all of them. If you have a manger concern about stretchmarks, Dr. Ronald Downs did invent a home medical device that is FDA cleared for stretch marks. You can take a look at that device on Strialite's website, or you can go to your local surgeon to see if their are laser treatment options you could have done.

As long as you are not taking pain medication, small amounts of alcohol should be fine. However, if you are taking pain medication I would wait a couple days, until you are fully off your medication that was recommended for you by your physician.
