After years of being a caregiver, I wanted to see myself rested and refreshed. After much research I had a consultation with Dr Wilson and staff. No matter my concerns, or my questions, or how many times I would ask, they were all so kind, friendly, and professional in reducing my fears and giving me confidence in my decisions. Preop and Postop info was reviewed and discussed in a timely manner. Procedure was done in his office surgical clinic and the facility was clean with latest technology and superb staff. Dr Wilson did a phenomenal job with results achieved as discussed. Do not hesitate to choose Dr Patrick Wilson and his amazing staff to help you achieve your vision.
Dr Wilson did an amazing job on my facelift/upper & lower bleph/browlift. He answered all my questions and concerns and was so reassuring. His entire staff is amazing. From the front desk to the surgical team. It’s scary to have work done on your face but they really came through for me!
I can not say enough good things about Dr Wilson and his wonderful staff. I had my BM a month ago and love is not the word I can use for my new look. They are perfect. I got 505cc’s. About 20 years ago I had a reduction and they had stated going east and west he even corrected that.
Dr. Wilson always does great work! He has done my Botox for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. His staff is amazing as well and they always get my appointment scheduled quickly. I can't say enough good things about this practice.
I absolutely love Dr. Wilson and his staff. From consultation to aftercare, I felt comfortable and informed. Dr. Wilson is highly skilled, and his work speaks for itself. I’m glad I’ve found Dr. Wilson and his team. I highly recommend him for any cosmetic and reconstructive procedure! It all started with me researching surgeons in Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee area for some months. I’ve had consultations with other surgeons, before deciding to go with Dr. Wilson. From the moment I walked in for my consultation I knew that I was in the right spot. His staff is welcoming, kind and beautiful in every way. Once I met him it was a sealed deal for me and I went ahead and scheduled for a breast lift. I was so excited and my excitement grew more and more with each pre op visit. My actual surgery day was last week and I’m recovering just fine. Noticed results right after the procedure. It’s only been a week post op and I’m happy and excited for my breast to settle over time. I’m looking forward to having the surgical tape removed and can’t wait to see what these besties will look like 6months from now. No complications and no worries! If I may add that his facility is not only gorgeous and sleek in design but located in such a beautiful spot :) !!!
I had Mommy makeover with breast reduction (no implants), tummy tuck, and 360 HD lypo. My whole experience with Dr. Wilson has been excellent. I have been waning a breast reduction since I was in high school, and after having kids I just couldn’t stand it anymore. I researched for quite some time. I was very picky about the breast reduction results. I did not want implants and a lot of the before and after I had seen I never loved the shape or proportions that I saw. I heard about Dr. Wilsons work and I went in for a consult and ultimately decided to do a full Mommy Makeover with him. Consult: My consult was great. My husband and I found Dr. Wilson to be very knowledgeable and patient as he explained everything in great detail and answered all of our questions. I never felt rushed or that he wasn’t completely invested in the meeting. This was something I really appreciated since I had other consults that were quick with an air of pretension that left me disappointed. Once I’d decided to move forward I called to schedule my surgery and a 10% scheduling deposit was required at the time. I had 2 “preop” appts. Once with office staff for photos and general info, one with Dr Wilson to discuss the process and steps leading up to the procedure. I then had to go have lab work done, avoid alcohol and certain foods 2 weeks prior, and use a special antimicrobial soap for a few days prior. Procedure: I was very anxious the night before and day of. I had to drink a 20oz Gatorade on the way in and arrive at 5am. I was taken to a room and a nurse helped me get changed, placed an iv, and went over how the day would play out. I was so nervous I nearly bolted, but when Dr Wilson came in he put me more at ease. He is an artist and true perfectionist. He spent 45 mins marking me and making sure everything was immaculate. We draw, step back, look at it from 3 angles, go back, erase, and do it again, unit it was perfect. The process gave me a lot of confidence in him. I was then taken back to the operating room, 3-4 female techs prepped me, had me lay down, placed a mask on me and I was out. My procedure lasted 6 hours and I woke up in recovery. Recovery: Waking up and coming off the anesthesia was brutal. I was intensely nauseous and threw up, which was awful right after an abdominal surgery. This was my first time being out under so I had no idea how my body would respond. Shortly after Dr Wilson came in and went over everything with me and my mom. He rounded on my again the next morning and I was able to go home later that day. The first few days were hard, but I found that as long as I stayed on schedule with my pain medications I was fine. My first drain came out a little over a week later. It never really produced, which Dr Wilson said was odd but nothing to worry over. He said the 2nd drain was producing more to compensate for it. At my 2.5/3 week follow up appt, he looked at my 2nd drain and did not like the color of fluid production. I ended up having an infection and he put me on antibiotics for 10 days and advised I’d keep the drain until the infections was gone. That it was acting as a “lifeline” and helping to pull everything out. I am almost 4 weeks post op and still have my second drain, with hopes to have it removed at the end of this week. Results: I was thrilled and impressed with my results as soon as I woke up and they’ve only gotten better. I will post updated pictures as time continues. Updated on 13 Sep 2022: Couldn’t attach photos with my original post so posting an update to unclaimed them. Hope this helps someone like other reviews did for me. Couldn’t attach photos with my original post so posting an update to unclaimed them. Hope this helps someone like other reviews did for me. Updated on 6 Nov 2023: It’s been over a year since my procedure and I’ve never felt better or been more confidant. I’ve gone on to love another 30 lbs since my procedure. If you’re on the fence, make the appointment!
I lost a lot of weight through diet and exercise. I have a lot of loose skin, but my arms were the absolute worst. I had never been able to confidently wear any clothes that showed my arms. After much thought, research, budgeting, and debate, I decided that I wanted to get an arm lift. Dr. Wilson was the first surgeon that I had a consultation with. I'm a very shy person, but his staff put me at ease from the first phone calls and emails. Everyone there is super friendly, unlike other offices I called. Dr. Wilson himself took plenty of time with me in the consultation, answering most of my questions before I could ask them. He made sure to describe the inherent risks with surgery as well as the results that I could expect. Once I booked my surgery date, everything was very quick and smooth. Surgery day at the hospital went very well. The nurses and care team at the hospital were great. Dr. Wilson took plenty of time marking my arms before surgery to make sure that everything would be perfect. I had worried about pain after the surgery, but I didn't have much pain at all. The only thing that bothered me was one of my drains. The stitch holding it in hurt if it was touched or moved in any way. Other than that, my arms were just uncomfortable for a week or so due to the swelling. I'm about 4 months post op now. My arms are doing great. Most of the swelling is gone. My scars are starting to fade. I don't mind the scars at all, but if that's something you're worried about, I have to say that Dr. Wilson placed them really well. They're a little farther back than I see in a lot of arm lift pictures so that they don't go through the armpit, making them easier to heal. If my arms are at my side, you can only see a tiny bit of scar peeking out near my elbows. I would definitely recommend this procedure and Dr. Wilson to anyone considering it. I feel so much more confident in my own skin now. I could not be more pleased with the results. I cannot wait to schedule my future lower body lift with Dr. Wilson soon. Updated on 16 Jan 2021: Here are before and after photos for my armlift. The afters are about 6 weeks post surgery, so I still had a bit of swelling. They look even better today. I also added a picture from Dr. Wilson's instagram story of my surgery to show the skin removed. His instagram is great for seeing examples of his work.
I'm a 29 yr old wife & mother of 3 beautiful children. After years of living with my mom pouch, I've finally decided to get a tummy tuck w/ MR & lipo w/ Dr. Patrick Wilson. Upon consultation the staff, & Dr. Wilson were warm & welcoming. The really put my husband & I at ease. He answered ALL of my questions w/o me even having to ask 1st! He blew us away so we decided immediately to book w/ him. My TT is scheduled for Feb 8, 2021. I will try my best to post updates. I am beyond excited! Updated on 4 Feb 2021: So Dr. Wilson moved my date up to yesterday & I was SO excited . Currently I am only less than 24hrs post op but I have seen the pics & I am ECSTATIC ????. He did SUCH a wonderful job & the staff has been nothing short of amazing! I will post pics when I can able to snap some. I’m supposed to be showering today so hopefully I can snap some ????. Updated on 4 Feb 2021: These were taken right before I headed to surgery. Updated on 10 Feb 2021: Everything is going great! My belly button looks so natural! I love how he placed my incision. These pics really does no justice! Updated on 11 Feb 2021: I don't even know where to begin! Dr. Wilson is nothing short of amazing with his work! His staff is so sweet & attentive. I felt great right out of surgery. Any questions I had after hours he answered on the 1st call. He really went above & beyond! My belly button looks so natural I can't believe it! I'm SO in love with my results. I would recommend 1,000 times!
Not long ago, I was fit and leading a healthy lifestyle. After nursing 3 babies and losing losing pregnancy weight, I was so unhappy with my body. Regardless of my hard work, I looked deflated and unattractive. So I stopped trying. I gained a lot of weight this year. I was not in a good place mentally. I knew that I needed to start seriously researching a MMO. I found Dr. Wilson and was majorly impressed by his tummy tucks-his high definition lipo and belly button work was particularly beautiful. I could tell from pictures and reviews that he was meticulous in his work and highly skilled. It was so hard to go to that consultation and show people my body at it's worst, but he and his staff made me feel as comfortable as possible given the circumstances! My entire experience has been amazing. I had a tt with mr, ba and bl, lipo of abdomen and flanks, and the abdominal etching. The surgery was done at Huntsville's Women and Children's Hospital. Even at the hospital, every person I encountered was compassionate and friendly. Desk workers, nurses, CNA's- they were all exceptional and went above and beyond to make me feel well taken care of. I am only 3 weeks post op and already in love with my results! This surgery gave me the confidence I was missing and was exactly what I needed to get back to my healthy lifestyle. This is just the beginning of my transformation. Dr. Wilson's work speaks for itself. I highly recommend him. His staff is so friendly and welcoming as well. Just an overall great experience. Updated on 22 Nov 2020: Wow!!! I haven’t even seen the view from the back until today! I cannot believe these curves-thank you Dr. Wilson! Updated on 9 Jan 2021: Could not be happier Updated on 16 Jan 2021: This mmo kicked my butt into gear! I feel like a new person. I cleaned up my diet and I’m back to my old workout routines. I am ridiculously happy with my results, Dr. Wilson rocks!
FINALLY!! Ahhh y’all I am sooo excited. Literally sitting in shock. I have scheduled my appointment for June 8th, 2020! Less then 2 months away. First thought is what in the world and I even doing?! I know what. I’m taking some time for me. I started having kids at 20 years old. And I am finally to the place I am doing something for me. I was an athlete my whole life and carried both children out in from like a basketball under my shirt. You can imagine how much I stretched. Well I’m doing this for that. I’m currently 5’4 and Fluctuate between 147-153lbs. I’ve been stalking this site and YouTube for I don’t know how long and finally took the dive. I will be getting tummy tuck with high def lipo on the abdomen and flanks as well as a breast lift with gummy bear implants. Anything you all recommend as a things you should know... let me know! lol I welcome any and all comments!! Updated on 16 Jun 2020: I have been planning to get a MMO for the past 4 years. Every year or so I would look into it and even went on several consultantions before finding Dr. Wilson. After reviewing all of his before and afters I knew he'd be the best choice for getting the totally package. I wouldnt have to compromise and okay stomach for great breast and wouldn't have to compromise okay breast for a great stomach! And I was right! While I'm only 6dpo the immediate results on the table were amazing! I got a Tummy Tuck with MR, HD Lipo, Breast Lift, and Breast Augmentation with 250cc on the left and 350ccs on the right. The healing process for Dr. Wilson has been impressive as well! I have read about people dealing with leaking everywhere and more but Dr. Wilson is a perfectionist. I can tell he took his time to ensure the best results. From low incisions to designer belly buttons Dr. Wilson is a true master of his craft! If I had to do this over again I'd hands down choose him Everytime! Updated on 15 Jul 2020: Hi Ladies! So things have been progressing great. I have begun scat treatment, am standing 100%, swelling is down tremendously, and my boobs are dropping and fluffing! I could not be more happy with my results thus far. My belly button and right side is more swollen then my left. But that is expected!
Although not all plastic surgeons have the same post-op instructions, I tell patients they can go back to work in 2 weeks, no lifting greater than 10 lbs for 6 weeks, and no sit-ups, crunches, or core exersizes for 3 months.
A more natural result can be achieved by choosing a smaller silicone implant, avoiding higher profile implants, and placing the implant under the muscle. That being said, most of my patients that start our consultation wanting a purely natural result ultimately trade their more natural result for a larger implant after trying on anatomic sizers in the office. Keep in mind that its more common for a patient to wish she had chosen a slightly larger implant than a smaller implant..
Yes, you can perform a Tummy Tuck and Brazilian Butt Lift in a single stage. One large advantage in doing a single stage procedure besides the obvious (price, single anesthesia, single recovery, etc.) is that more fat will be available from the fat typically removed by liposuction during a TT as well as the skin flap removed during a TT to allow for larger volume fat injection into the buttocks. As others have mentioned, the disadvantage of doing a single stage procedure is a harder recovery because of the inability to lie on your stomach or back. Good luck!
In order to make you flat chested, you would likely require a free nipple graft breast reduction that involves removing the nipples completely, performing the reduction, and replacing the nipples as a skin graft. When performing a standard breast reduction, we are limited on how small we can make a patient's breast because we have to keep enough breast tissue to keep the blood supply to the nipples intact. Two of the large drawbacks to performing a free nipple graft breast reduction is guaranteed loss of nipple sensation and ability to breast feed in the future. You do not have to make a patient flat chested to dramatically improve back/neck/shoulder discomfort and rashes under breasts. You will likely be very pleasantly surprised how much your symptoms improve with a standard breast reduction. Basically think of how much easier it is to carry a half gallon of milk against your chest than a full gallon of milk with your arms stretched straight out as an analogy. I wish you the best with your plastic surgery journey!
Your description sounds like you have had an over-dissected breast implant pocket during the surgery, although a physical exam is required to know for certain. I would recommend getting a second opinion from a board certified plastic surgeon. The most affective means to correct this problem is with a biological mesh, such as Strattice, to form a hammock to push your implants back towards the center of your chest. I wish you the best with your problem.
