Update 1 year post opp

It’s been over a year since my procedure and I’ve never felt better or been more confidant. I’ve gone on to love another 30 lbs since my procedure. If you’re on the fence, make the appointment!

Couldn’t attach photos with my original post so posting an update to unclaimed them. Hope this helps someone like other reviews did for me.

Worth every penny!

I had Mommy makeover with breast reduction (no implants), tummy tuck, and 360 HD lypo.
My whole experience with Dr. Wilson has been excellent. I have been waning a breast reduction since I was in high school, and after having kids I just couldn’t stand it anymore. I researched for quite some time. I was very picky about the breast reduction results. I did not want implants and a lot of the before and after I had seen I never loved the shape or proportions that I saw. I heard about Dr. Wilsons work and I went in for a consult and ultimately decided to do a full Mommy Makeover with him.
Consult: My consult was great. My husband and I found Dr. Wilson to be very knowledgeable and patient as he explained everything in great detail and answered all of our questions. I never felt rushed or that he wasn’t completely invested in the meeting. This was something I really appreciated since I had other consults that were quick with an air of pretension that left me disappointed.
Once I’d decided to move forward I called to schedule my surgery and a 10% scheduling deposit was required at the time. I had 2 “preop” appts. Once with office staff for photos and general info, one with Dr Wilson to discuss the process and steps leading up to the procedure. I then had to go have lab work done, avoid alcohol and certain foods 2 weeks prior, and use a special antimicrobial soap for a few days prior.
Procedure: I was very anxious the night before and day of. I had to drink a 20oz Gatorade on the way in and arrive at 5am. I was taken to a room and a nurse helped me get changed, placed an iv, and went over how the day would play out. I was so nervous I nearly bolted, but when Dr Wilson came in he put me more at ease. He is an artist and true perfectionist. He spent 45 mins marking me and making sure everything was immaculate. We draw, step back, look at it from 3 angles, go back, erase, and do it again, unit it was perfect. The process gave me a lot of confidence in him. I was then taken back to the operating room, 3-4 female techs prepped me, had me lay down, placed a mask on me and I was out. My procedure lasted 6 hours and I woke up in recovery.
Recovery: Waking up and coming off the anesthesia was brutal. I was intensely nauseous and threw up, which was awful right after an abdominal surgery. This was my first time being out under so I had no idea how my body would respond. Shortly after Dr Wilson came in and went over everything with me and my mom. He rounded on my again the next morning and I was able to go home later that day. The first few days were hard, but I found that as long as I stayed on schedule with my pain medications I was fine. My first drain came out a little over a week later. It never really produced, which Dr Wilson said was odd but nothing to worry over. He said the 2nd drain was producing more to compensate for it. At my 2.5/3 week follow up appt, he looked at my 2nd drain and did not like the color of fluid production. I ended up having an infection and he put me on antibiotics for 10 days and advised I’d keep the drain until the infections was gone. That it was acting as a “lifeline” and helping to pull everything out. I am almost 4 weeks post op and still have my second drain, with hopes to have it removed at the end of this week.
Results: I was thrilled and impressed with my results as soon as I woke up and they’ve only gotten better. I will post updated pictures as time continues.
