Dr Ergun provided a brilliant service. When I first contacted him, his patient service co-ordinator, Asli, replied back to me extremely quickly. She was a delight to deal with, very friendly, and always got things organised quickly and efficiently. I felt cared for at every step. The surgery I had was Vaser Lipo – I have always been extremely slim, but with less than ideal distribution which was a big insecurity of mine. Dr Ergun did an amazing job of helping me address an insecurity that has been bothering me all my life. He was professional and I am extremely happy with my results. The healing process went without complications (helped by the fact that there wasn't much fat to remove, really) and Asli remained in contact with me post surgery. The thing I was perhaps most happy about was the Hospital itself. It was beautiful - well kitted out and exceptionally clean. The nurses didn't all speak English, which proved confusing at times, but it was never a huge issue. Anyways, I couldn't have chosen a better surgeon. I feel more confident than ever and I really do owe it to his work.

I travelled from the UK to Istanbul for chin and jaw implants with Dr. Ergun, and honestly, the whole experience has exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the communication and care from his team – especially Asli – was second to none. On consultation day, I was feeling a bit anxious, but as soon as we sat down, Asli laid down her phone with my reference pictures already open and ready for the doctor to see. That simple gesture made me feel so understood and reassured – it showed just how closely she’d been listening to me throughout the process. Dr. Ergun was professional, attentive, and answered all of my questions. He uses high-quality Implantech implants, which was important to me. I had the Terino Square Chin Style II chin implant in extra-large and the Widening Mandibular Angle jaw implants in size 10. For anyone like me who knows exactly which implants they want, I recommend checking with Asli beforehand to make sure they have them in stock for when you arrive. After my consultation, I got last-minute nerves and told them I didn’t want to go ahead. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. The driver kindly took me back to my hotel, and Asli just said to message her later when I’d had some time to think it through. That space to reflect made a big difference – I decided to go ahead and I’m SO glad I did. I couldn’t be happier with my results. A special mention to nurse Buket, who took such good care of me during my recovery – so kind and attentive – and Elif at reception, who was always smiling and friendly every time I came in. Another thing that really helped put me at ease was that everyone spoke excellent English, so communication was never an issue. All in all, I couldn’t recommend Dr. Ergun and his team enough. The level of care and warmth I experienced couldn’t have been better. And compared to the eye-watering prices I was quoted in the UK and USA, I think Dr. Ergun’s prices are very reasonable. Since end of summer it was on my mind , reaching 50 makes you think to make some touch ups for your face . Internet search for a month I have seen talented surgeons who can help me . Compared to Europe price tags Istanbul was far better budget friendly and obviously more experienced. Dr Ozge was one of the 3 surgeons I narrowed my search.His team was the fastest definitely in respond timing and friendly professionals was all time trying to assist . My online consultation with Dr himself was smooth . Brief plan is ; My midface and eyelids and jaw will be lifted . The jaw implant surgery was the easiest surgery I ever had and the result is so natural looking. Same with the hair transplant. Dr. Ergun has an eye for detail.
