I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a positive experience that I felt compelled to write one.
From the very beginning, the entire team was incredibly helpful and supportive. I communicated with Alif throughout the process via WhatsApp, and she patiently answered every question I had (and I had a lot!). She was efficient, kind, and always available to help. She essentially organised the entire trip for me, including transportation, hotel arrangements, clinic visits, and scheduling. Everything was communicated clearly and handled seamlessly, which made the whole experience stress-free.
As for the facelift itself, the results were exactly what I had hoped for. Dr. Ergun was professional, informative, and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and aesthetic goals, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. This was my first cosmetic procedure, and as someone who is naturally nervous about surgery and concerned about looking “overdone,” I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. The results are beautiful, natural, and precisely what I asked for.
The hospital stay was equally excellent. The staff were warm, attentive, and compassionate throughout my recovery, and I always felt well cared for.
I can honestly say I have no complaints or regrets whatsoever—and that’s coming from someone who is usually quite particular and detail-oriented. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this team to anyone considering a mini facelift in Istanbul.
