I am soo thrilled with my results. I’ve received soo many compliments about my newly refreshed look. My under-eye procedure (lower blepharplasty and endo brow lift) was a great experience - the entire team was so wonderful and helped me have a very speedy recovery. From consultation to the post-op care everyone was so kind, professional and made me feel at ease. Dr. Hussain is a true artist and perfectionist - his attention to detail and expertise is amazing. I healed very quickly and highly recommend these procedures.
PLEASE TAKE THE TIME to read! Dr. Omar Hussain has preformed 2 major Cosmetic surgery's on me. Most recently I had a mini facelift! In choosing a surgeon. It is not a matter of whether the surgeon can do the surgery. It's a matter of whether the surgeon can do the surgical extremely well! Just doing a good job is generally not nearly good enough that is what you will experience with Dr. Omar Hussain. DO NOT CUT corners while choosing a cosmetic surgeon! Omar Hussain, has clinical judgment, honesty, and integrity, as well as the experience. The amount of time and planning in the pre-op stages with the patient as myself will leave you feeling as important as if Dr. Omar Hussain is performing the surgery on his own family. I was left in tremendously good hands in the surgery center prior to and aftercare. All in which Dr. Omar Hussain and his assistance spent the time in setting up. Dr. Omar Hussain made sure the anesthesiologist called the night before down to to this day, his assistant has checked in with me at least once a week, the quality of service and treatment, there's absolutely none like it! Please reach out to me if you are in need of any questions, or answers!
Dr. Omar is an amazing surgeon and all around great guy. I meet him at a conference and 4 months later was laid up in surgery with him. He did lipo with fat Grafting to my face and breasts. A lip lift, and a new boob job where we removed my old saline implants and replaced them with larger silicon ones. He lipo’d my sides for a smaller waist and my inner thighs for a thigh gap. My recovery was quick and as easy as one of these things can be and he and his staff checked in with me regularly. I now have shifted all my other fillers, Botox etc with him as well. I also Recommend him to all my friends. I cant Say enough good things about my experience with Dr Omar and his staff. Go in for just one consult and you will see exactly what I’m talking about.
I was in a recent car accident and was dreading the news that my breast implants from 19 years ago may have had a rupture of some sort. Dr.Hussain has such an amazing bedside manner, he did an incredible job, better than I ever expected, and recovery time better than the first time, as well as a much more natural look! Staff was so helpful, wonderful experience.
I am a 61 year old woman who has not had any plastic surgery but am very curious. I know I need some treatment for my aging skin. Dr. Hussain made me feel comfortable with non invasive light therapy to see how I felt after. He didn't push me to try anything I wasn't comfortable with. After the session, my skin felt tighter and it was glowing. Then he gave me a lotion to apply. It was painless and I enjoyed it. I would trust him to request something else next time.
Dr. Hussain was personable, professional & very aware of my anxiety about pain. He took time to thoroughly explain the procedure & kept me comfortable throughout. He didn't make me feel rushed like he had other patients waiting. I had never had any injectables before that day and I am so happy I chose him for this. I would highly recommend him. I'm 2 weeks out from procedure day now, and I'm ecstatic about the results. My neck looks incredible already and my lips look amazing. I'd heard all the horror stories and was so nervous about bad results. I've learned now that the right plastic surgeon can make all the difference. My friend got Botox the same day and her results are are incredible, too. She has no wrinkles and she doesn't have frozen Botox face like I've seen a million times. Also the office was absolutely stunning. You really get the whole red carpet treatment there. The staff is friendly and the art on the walls is breathtaking. I'm definitely going back to discuss surgical options on my wishlist. Thank you, Dr. Hussain! I'm recommending him to all my family and friends.
Dr. Omar Hussain is the man! I went to get my Botox for the first time and Im so happy with the service Dr. Omar Provided and the result of my procedure He's very professional , accommodating and knowledgeable . He walked me through it making sure I understand everything. I will definitely be coming back and definitely would refer him family and friends.
I had lower eyelid surgery with Dr. Hussain. In the months post op, he shot kenalog into my face, I didn’t ask for this, nor did I sign consent. I expressed concern about the kenalog because I’ve read it causes dimples in the skin and it did exactly that. When I showed the doctor what happened, they wanted to charge me an additional ten thousand dollars to fix it. Dr. Hussain would not talk to me about why I was upset, he assumed it was because healing “took too long.” I tried talking to multiple people at the office including Dr. Hussain’s assistant, the scheduler, and the COO. No one would help me and made it clear that because I don’t have metastasized cancer that I don’t matter. I was treated with disrespect, my concerns dismissed and not taken seriously. This office is dysfunctional, they have poor communication between departments so nothing is cohesive which makes it nearly impossible to resolve issues. I strongly suggest against going to this office for surgery.
AVOID at all costs. Dr. Omar Hussain botched a lip lift so horrifically, I am left with a significantly drooping nostril and asymmetrical lip. Dr. Hussain CREATED a problem that needs revision and extensive regular maintenance to just look somewhat normal. Cassileth offered me a partial refund so insufficient that I would much rather do everything in my power to prevent other people from going through the same trauma that I did. The toll this has taken on my client facing work, my modeling work, my identity and ability to interact with others is unquantifiable. I went with him because he initially seemed reasonable and informative. However he did some strange things like dissolve my filler without any numbing, which is known to be unbelievably painful and strangely sadistic in an effort to save himself 10 minutes. Once he grew impatient with my questions, his demeanor shifted completely to cruel and menacing. On the day before surgery, he mocked me for seeming anxious while there was no assisting nurse in the room. He said things including: "What's wrong with you? You seem off. Are you shaking? Most people are excited the day before surgery. It's like going to Disneyland. This is so easy for me. It's like a sneeze. This is the easiest thing I do. You will not have any nasal distortion. When you see patients who have that, it is because of bad doctors who do not know what they are doing." He frequently disparaged other doctors and gave me 100% guarantees of his own results (RED FLAG). All I wanted during this pre-op was to discuss the exact mm he would remove because we had not done that. He angrily dismissed me with "clearly you don't understand what we're doing here. I thought that you with all your note taking would get it by now." He acted like I was asking him the same questions over and over when really I was addressing entirely new nuances and had expressed so many misgivings about whether this procedure was right for me throughout the process, he should have listened and reconsidered instead of pushing the sale. I know that Cassileth was formerly an all female doctor staff, so it is incredibly depressing to me that they would not act accountable enough for a doctor messing up a surgery, but also allow him to treat patients in such a degrading manner. This is greed backing his gaslighting; it's the first time I've seen a true stereotype of the "corrupt cosmetic surgery industry." This lengthy reviews is the tip of the iceberg of the deceitfulness of this doctor so you are welcome to email me if you want further information. Updated on 31 Dec 2022: I would do anything to go back in time and not ever deal with this doctor or practice. I am now about 8 months out from the procedure. I don't want to leave my house when I see my reflection. Dr. Omar Hussain of Cassileth Plastic Surgery pretty much deformed me. My lip looks almost cleft-like now because of how asymmetrical it is and how much the nostril is creased and pulled down from its former basically symmetrical position. He arrogantly made so many guarantees and promises of NO NASAL DISTORTION. I have it in writing from his own chats through the Cassileth portal. He disparaged other doctors with FAR BETTER results than his own. It is one of the most violating experiences of my life. And I haven't been spared violating experiences in other areas of life. I can assure you that having a surgery go wrong and being gaslit that you "will definitely heal correctly if you just give it time" for months, and having your face appear monstrous after being sold on a procedure that other doctors now tell me should not have been performed on me at all/was ABSOLUTELY botched... well, it's pretty much as violating as any other experience you can imagine. I cannot meet people in the same way I used to. I don't want to be seen. This has damaged the quality of my life more than I could have ever imagined. For a practice that sold itself by saying it empowered women as something woman-owned, they (Cassileth Plastic Surgery owned by Lisa Cassileth) let this man gaslight and violate without consequence. The fact that this man talked to me the way he did before surgery ... that he wasn't able to hide his temper and arrogance in such a professional setting is astoundingly disturbing. And then there's the way I woke up after the surgery. I haven't voiced it yet, and I honestly can't even confront it now, but basically I felt something was very wrong after the surgery due to the state in which I was woken up as well as the fact that I was just ushered out to my escort home without Dr. Hussain even having the basic courtesy to come back and let me know how things had gone. I have only been able to talk about it to a few friends privately because it makes me physically sick to think about. Updated on 18 May 2023: It is unreal how much gaslighting this man did when I had a feeling something wasn't right, both before the procedure when I went in to just confirm the mm he would remove and after when my healing looked horrifically asymmetrical and he had cut all the way up one side of my nose and not the other. Monstrous.
Hi! It’s very common to have eye asymmetry where one opens more than another. Often our orbits (eye sockets) are different sizes/heights. With regards to the shape of your eye, canthal laxity can be a cause of a more rounded eye and the correction requires tightening of the ligament that support our lower lid called a “canthopexy.” This can be done minimally invasively thru a small 4mm incision in your upper eyelid crease. Results are immediate, sutures are removed within 5 days, and swelling is mostly resolved within 2 weeks
Hi sward1987, In skilled hands, you can achieve excellent results a variety of ways. First, a thorough exam and review of your concerns would be required to compile the various treatment options. VASER Liposuction is certainly an efficient and effective technique to address submental fat. It is my preferred surgical technique and it can provide dramatic results immediately. Kybella is an effective nonsurgical option that may take a few rounds before achieving the desired effect over a longer period of time. Coolsculpting mini is another option that may take several rounds over time with 20-25% fat reduction each treatment. Any of these options are acceptable, but VASER Liposuction gets you the results the fastest. Sincerely, Dr. Hussain
Hi MeganLizzy, First of all, you have a beautiful smile and lip shape. I can see your teeth showing in the pictures you sent. I would need to perform a thorough consultation in person with examination to give specific recommendations. Confirming normal dentition and maxillary height (upper jaw bone) is necessary. If there is hyperactivity of the muscles that move your lips, they can be treated with Botox. If there is an adhesive band of tissue between your lips and the gums, it can be divided in a procedure known as a frenulectomy. Most likely, it is only a lack of volume which can be increased with the injection of filler. My preference would be giving you just enough to correct the deficiency without changing the shape of your lip. This would give you a natural, fuller appearance that typically lasts 12-18 months depending on the filler. The price varies by type of filler, amount. and location. This can generally cost $500-$1500. I hope this helps explain the general approach. I wish you the best! Sincerely, Dr. Hussain
Dear Georgia Peaches, I'm very sorry you're having wound problems one month out from your panniculectomy. I know these problems can be difficult and frustrating when recovering from such a big procedure. As you know, I would need to see you in person and perform a complete history and physical examination to fully understand the clinical picture. In general, once the wound opens up, it is managed by local wound care. Cultures can be sent if there is strong suspicion for infection and antibiotics given based on susceptibilities. Maintaining adequate nutrition and tight glycemic control if you're diabetic are paramount. You make a strong point that is shared by many wishing it could just be closed. This is a viable option once establishing a clean wound bed. This can be a long process depending on the extent of the dehiscence. Once the wound is healed either by secondary intention (packing until it closes) or delayed primary closure (suturing closed once clean), the scar can be revised at a later time. This can happen to anyone regardless of surgical technique and diligent postoperative care. Don't blame yourself or your surgeon. The focus now is upon doing everything possible to heal in an expeditious fashion. I hope this helps explain the general approach to your difficult situation. I wish you the best! Sincerely, Dr. Hussain
Hi Nicoleasdf, Yes, Coolsculpting can be safely performed after c-section without creating stretch marks. You should wait until all your incisions have healed and your body has recovered from the pregnancy to get best results. This can take several months. Naturally, a thorough history and physical followed by a clear understanding of your goals would guide my recommendation. Generally, if your body has already returned back to normal except a few stubborn spots, Coolsculpting is an excellent form of non-invasive fat reduction. You should see results within 2 months and typically 1-3 treatments lasting around 35 minutes will be necessary on each area to achieve the desired effect depending on your preference. The device won't hurt your muscle or your skin. There may be temporary skin changes such as redness, swelling, bruising, or skin sensitivity at the treatment site which resolve within 1-2 weeks. It specifically targets the fat, and there is no downtime. Congratulations on the new baby, and I wish you the best! Sincerely, Omar Hussain, MD
