8 months post up (update)
Hey you all ! Thank you for the kind words. I really appreciate everyone being supportive with me sharing. The original pictures are 4/5 months post op. I’m now 8 months post op, but still not in love with my results so I am moving forward with the revision as planned. As you all can see my butt did round out a bit and “fluff” after the 6 month mark.
Doesn’t Listen to His Patients
Went with Goldenboy for my first surgery ever. I got a bbl, lipo 360, arm lipo and bichotemy (buccal fat removal). I expressed prior to surgery that I was very insecure about my back fat, and lower tummy and wanted to make sure those areas were prioritized for lipo. I also informed him I did not want lats. I wanted to focus on hips although I knew I required multiple rounds of fat transfer to get the hips I deserved considering I have a very athletic build with no hips or fat in the area naturally. Immediately after surgery I noticed he had given me lats which I specifically said I did not want. The doctor gave me wayy to much upper butt and not enough lower butt making for an unwanted “shelf a$$” which doesn’t match the rest of my body. In addition, he did not remove enough fat in my lower stomach which caused a problem during my healing process and caused me to retain extra fluid and resolved in a seroma in my lower abdomen. Before you ask, yes I wore compression, drank water, got 15+ massages and avoided sodium for over a month after surgery in case you were wondering. Not to mention, he made incisions on my hips which are very obvious even with silicone scar cream and skin lightening products. For this reason most doctors actually make two incisions on a patients upper buttocks to access the hips as the skin on the hips is more prone to scarring due to tension (if that makes sense). Luckily my results are fixable and I’ll be going to another surgeon in January for bbl and lipo revision, but I do not recommend this doctor. I thought I did enough research when selecting him with my initial procedure, but clearly I was mistaken.
