After reading almost every post on real self,I've decided to go with Doctor Nestor Mallen in DR, he was recommended to me by a friend who got work done, and got a very good job..I love Doran and yili's job but I'm going with dr Nestor...I'm going with a girlfriend whose also getting Liposculture plus Bbl done on the same day, we will be staying with a friend who is from Dominican Republic. I'll be posting my before and after Pic when it's closer to my time. thanks Realself Sister for your informative post, they are very helpful.

I am very excited for you. You are now my motivation because I will be 47 next year and want to go to DR in may of 2015 for my birthday make over. I was contemplating that maybe I am too old to enhance my body but is now very happy to share your journey and rejuvenated about mine. Thanks for the post and send pics soon as you can.

Hi Sjmark, glad I can motivate at lease one person, age is just a number as long as you're in good health and you're doing it for the right reason I say go for it, my last kid is 22yrs old, it's my time now, had a TT five yrs ago and I'm ready for lipo sculptor n bbl. Sunday evening I'll be heading to D.R from JFK , Sx will be the July 22... My nerves is taking over now but I'm ready.. Please send some Positive Energy and Prayers my way guys. Will post pics when the time come..xoxo
