I LOVE the results! I saw my Dr on Wednesday and he said everything looked great. YAY! I'M still swollen but that's to be expected. I feel so Great and I'm back at the gym going on week 2! I'm determined more than ever to be serious about my body but more importantly my health!

I'm so happy with my results! I'm BACK at the gym walking and I'm loving it! I can walk straight and I'm headed to Orlando for our family vacation! I'm still swollen as you see on this picture but I'm getting the lymphatic drainage massages so hopefully they will help.

Really like the 3rd week once he took my drains out i felt "normal" if you know what I mean! I wasn't on any medication and I begin walking better so I felt confident to drive

How was your massage and did it help your healing??

The massage was Great! But im.unsure if it helped the healing. It is designed to lessen the swelling and it didn't make a difference for me but just having my stomach massage felt really good and it seemed necessary. So if you don't go get it professionally done have your husband go in a C motion on your stomach you will love it!

I went to the gym today!! I walked 2 miles and sat in the sauna. It felt good to be back working out. I haven't gained any weight so I'm very happy about that. I needed to work out I DoNOT want to gain any weight. I won't do anything strenuous but walking a few miles a day is better than nothing.
