Dr Kaye and his entire staff have been nothing but kind to me from the start. I never felt pushed into a surgery, was never made uncomfortable, and he was honest about expectations, and I have been more than happy about my post op results so far. I am so glad I went through with my BA after years of wanting it. I have zero regrets! I would absolutely recommend Dr Kaye.
Had breast automentation with mini lift. Dr Kaye very professional. Spent a lot of time preparing me for surgery. Gave suggestions. But always your decision. Dr Kaye always wants you to feel comfortable with your precedures.
I had a breast reduction/lift/with augmentation and they look phenomenal. I could never have imagined that they would turn out so great. Im 50 years old and feel like a teenager again. Dr. Kaye and his staff are wonderful. Will be going back to him for a tummy tuck in the near future.
I had my procedure done this morning. Dr. Kaye has great bed side manner. He is very informative and game me plenty of time during my consultation. Also before examining and measuring my breasts he asked if he was allowed to touch my breasts for examining and measuring purposes. He even took notes on my scoliosis, which I completely forgot to write on the medical form. He made me feel 100% comfortable while in his office. After the consultation I did some research on him. He has scored the highest score on the American board of certified surgeons in the nation. No one has yet topped his score. And then there are the normal things you can read about him, like his schooling, and hobbies. I couldn't find any malpractice or negligence cases on him. At the pre-op appointment he went over everything I was to expect from the surgery, and the medicines I was and was not allowed to take. This was good because I have asthma and was worried about anesthesia with my allergies. He calmed my fears and helped with my concerns about it. This morning was my surgery. So last night I was pretty nervous. But when I got in his office and he came out to talk to me and my husband, I felt comfortable again. The nurse and anesthetist were very nice. They talked to me about what they were doing as they did it. I was wheeling into the operating room, then I was being woken up and told it was done. I have nice round perky beautiful breasts now!!!! I don't remember being put in the vehicle, just that I got a Starbucks on my way home and was feeling tired. I got home at 1pm and slept until 4pm. I'm feeling pretty good! Every time I stand up my breasts feel like milk is dropping (as if I were breast feeding). They also feel swollen as they did when I was breast feeding. But that is the amount of discomfort I am having. I am very pleased with my results so far. As well as my choice with going to Dr. Kaye. He has already called to check on me, and I see him tomorrow for my post op.
Dr. Kaye and his staff are the most professional and caring medical staff I have ever encountered. I am ecstatic with my results and would recommended him to anyone. All of the appointments leading up to the surgery and after have been extremely comfortable and an overall excellent experience. Dr. Kaye did exactly what I asked for and exceeded my expectations. He is a perfectionist and a great doctor.
I am a Nurse, mother of 3 , csection 16yrs ago, maintained my "fighting Weight" 202lbs for 7 yrs since youngest born. Have always teased about tummy tuck since c section and now , it is a reality. As a nurse i am the worst pt ever and i am super scared since i have actually been in surgery before and have see in person. On the other hand i also have first hand knowledge of how Great the results are....Updated on 30 Apr 2012:I had my tummy tuck on friday april 10th 2012, it is now 10 days later and i am feeling alot better , i have been taking photos along the way and will try get htem up in the AM. The first couple of daays i stayed close to home but recently i ventured out, i am reall swollen tonight and goti on here looking for remedys , i walked a mile this morning and went to class and sat in there for 3hours so i think that did it. I am so happy with the drains out, i have appt frida to get belly button stitches out it looks GREAT, i am happy with it , i havent seen my abdominal incision yet , i have just been reinforcing the tape on it , but i dont have external stitches, they are internal and sterri strips outside, great tip word of advice, use the least amount tape, bandaids etc...i have been using my garment to hold my 2x2 s in place. even my butt looks different, i dont know when i am getting the bra line completed but i am happy not to have to deal with a hurt back too.Updated on 30 Apr 2012:CORRECTION, (pain meds, lol) i went to dr. kaye...i interviewed with dr valentini, dr. bylock, and dr, boyd(paris)Updated on 24 Jun 2012:Just did my 8 weeks check up , bra line lipo in two weeks doing great!
I didn't get what I asked for and when expressing my dissatisfaction he says "I can fix it but it's going to cost you" Ummmm not only is he not getting another cent from me, I would never even let him near me with a knife again! I paid over 10000 already and got something I didn't ask for, he should be fixing it for free or giving me some kind of reimbursement back. My skin looks like It has been put through a meat grinder and is lumpy. He is very dominating, likes to argue during visits and doesn't listen to you or your concerns. I was in surgery for double the time I should have been, little more then 8 hours on a procedure that should have taken 4.
I told myself once I graduated from college and found a good job that I was going to reward myself with a new butt. Last year I escaped from a abusive marriage to my daughter's father and got myself together mentally and found a great job. I am going to treat myself and get that NEW BOOTAY! LOL! The 4800 quote includes lipo to the upper and lower abdomen and to the love handles as well with fat grafting to the butt. For the bra rolls that I am still considering doing will be 300 more. Downtime for the procedure is 3 days and you cannot sit on your butt for 2 weeks (3 weeks ideally). I am going to workout hard and lose 30 lbs before the procedure because currently 210 at 5ft 9. I don't have a bad body shape because my weight is spreads evenly. Can you imagine my soon to be ex-husband look on his face after i get this surgery? lol! Updated on 23 Aug 2012: Soooo the doctor’s office called me today and told me that the doctor does no actually do fat transfers to the butt. A miscommunication with someone new on the staff. So I have several doctors I have received quotes from. I want to stay in this area because of my daughter. She is only two and I don't feel comfortable leaving her with someone for a week. Here are some of the quotes I have received so far. Dr. Valentina Hopkinsville, KY - 5000 includes lipo to lower and upper abs and flanks fat transfer to buttocks. Dr. Jones Hendersonville, TN - 5500 includes lipo to lower and upper abs, flanks, bra rolls, and thighs around buttocks to get a better shape with fat transfer to the buttocks. I have consult with Dr. Mitchell Kaye in Hopkinsville, KY on Thursday. I hope he has a good price because he has been in the game for almost twenty years. Updated on 23 Sep 2012: So since my last review I have visit a few more doctors. Dr. Kaye - Hopkinsville, KY he has incredible results - 6600 Dr. Jones - Hendersonville, TN has incredible results as well - 5600 Dr. Valentina Hopkinsville KY - 5000 Dr from Franklin TN - 5000 Dr from Louisville KY - 11000 I chose Dr. Jones. He gives you a lot for your money. He liposuction the entire back, abs, and sections of thighs that is nessecary for a perfect shape. Updated on 22 Oct 2012: So I decided to go with Dr. Kaye instead. He was the only one with pictures of his work. I will post a picture of the brochure his office sent. Dey some good looking butts. :) I also bargained with him and he dropped 875 off the price. I already payed my deposit and have my pre op appointment on the Nov 12th. He told me to not lose weight because I have a very muscular build. I weigh 207 now but hardly have any fat in my abdomen and back. So he said wait. After the surgery I plan to work out my arms and thighs and get those tight again before the summer.
awful. I had received a very cold treatment from all of them. They wery rude and dismissive. This is not the way you treat customers. In addition they are to invasive and ask too many personal questions
I have not gotten my BA done yet. I have went to my consultation and pre-op!! My friend went to this doctor and she absolutely loved him, and I felt very comfortable with him, too! I have to get blood work done AND then it is just waiting for JULY 11th BOOBIES! I am starting with deflated breast, a larger 32A. I breastfed both of my boys, my breasts have taken a beating. They have decent stretch marks, my doctor actually said he was glad for them. My skin is 'stretchy' haha. Doctor said I had a great pinch test and he thinks they will settle well. I have some asymmetry. My nipples are at different levels, I never noticed until I took pictures. I decided to go with 390cc Saline, inframammary, and under the muscle. For my small frame, it may seem big, but I had about that size during breastfeeding and loved them. I have some good curves to help out haha. My parents are taking our kids for a week, so I hope I can rest easy. My husband will be off of work to hang out with me! Thank you to all the ladies who have posted, it helps me with my nerves!! I will keep you updated! Updated on 28 Jun 2016: I am making a list for a comfort zone after the surgery. That way it's all pretty much within reach. Anyone want to suggest anything?? Updated on 29 Jun 2016: I filled thin socks with rice! I am having way too much fun haha. This helps me with my second guessing. Having even fake rice boobs is way better than none. Takin them out is depressing lol. Updated on 4 Jul 2016: I CANNOT BELIEVE IT! I am so excited and SO NERVOUS. I have never had a surgery, I think that is why I am most nervous. I guess also worried about the sizing, if I went big enough? I get nervous when I think if my body will 'accept' the implants. BUT I am willing to go through with this major change. I have given birth twice, so I know about pain. I know this will be a little different though. I CANNOT WAIT! Hahaha! I always have said, I can change anything about my body, smaller arms, more toned legs, whatever, BUT I cannot change my breasts. I need help with that. I want to feel like a sexy woman! Give me words of motivation lol. Updated on 4 Jul 2016: Just wanted to catalogue these in here! Updated on 10 Jul 2016: Wow! I never thought the time would come! I am pretty nervous, but more so excited! I just can't wait to get the surgery done and start to recover. I'm still wanting 390cc. I am the first surgery, so it'll be an early one. My parents took our kids for the week, just husband and I! He is so excited LOL! We have my comfort zone set up, and I know he'll take good care of me! I will try to update you ladies ASAP! Can't wait to be in boobie land! Updated on 11 Jul 2016: I am feeling amazing right now. No pain, just some tightness! My doctor took such great care of me, along with the other staff. I was in an out before I knew it! I haven't had too good of a look at the girls. My husband is all about resting, eating, and taking a nap. Then maybe I'll venture to the mirror. They feel nice though haha Updated on 11 Jul 2016: Doctor said they looked great already. I'm super happy and excited. Updated on 11 Jul 2016: I am feeling really good. We got to the surgery center at 7:15, they got me back and marked up, surgery was at 8:00. I do not remember ANYTHING, which is just crazy! I remember them putting a cuff on my calf and that's it. He dosed me quick lol. Then I remember waking up and searching for boobs, my awesome nurse said oh they are there honey! We got home after a half hour drive. No nausea. I ate some soup and crackers. Took an hour and a half nap. I'm still pretty numb. I feel no pain. I just feel like when my breasts would be engorged while breastfeeding. I couldn't be happier with how they look right now. Definitely high but they look beautiful! My stretch marks even look amazing. My husband is already in lala land lol! Nipples are a little torpedo like but whatever! Haha! Yay boobs! I named them rose and lace. I mean come on, they deserve it haha. Updated on 13 Jul 2016: Yesterday I definitely had some pain, it wasn't horrible. I took my prescribes meds for sure though. Slept great last night and woke up feeling great! My breasts are still sore but now they just feel more tight. I'll start taking just Tylenol today. I am in LOVE! I know they are still super high but my goodness I love my girls!!!! I gently tried on my old bikini top and about cried with happiness. I had my post op appt yesterday and my doctor is proud of himself lol. He said wow you make this look easy! He's really happy with the shape so far. I am definitely tight, he said that'll take some time. Whatever! Haha! Updated on 16 Jul 2016: Hey, everyone! Today is 5 days post op! I have been feeling really good. I love my girls! I don't have much to update on, just continuing healing and getting use to have big boobs lol. My incisions have been itchy! That's good news, though. I have sensations on my upper breasts and nipples, my lower breasts are still a bit numb. Other than that, same ol! Hope everyone is doing great! I feel SO sexy now, like a confident WOMAN! There is nothing better than that. Updated on 25 Jul 2016: Girls and I are doing great! They are slowly settling and getting softer. Incisions looks really great! I've had some weird gurgling in my right breast and my doctor said its normal and will go away. He said it is just fluid? Anyone else have that? I notice it gets better when I don't wear a bra. Other than that, everything has been smooth sailing! I love getting dressed and looking at myself HAHA! I've never been so confident! I CANNOT wait to workout, it's really getting on my nerves. I've been going for walks but I want my weights back. Soon, hopefully for some workouts I can do. Hope everyone is doing great! Updated on 15 Aug 2016: I am doing AWESOME! Healing perfectly. Incisions are doing exactly what they should. I have dropped and fluffed! I am so happy with my girls! My size right now is a 32D. In love. They are a great size and fit my body. I love them even more without a bra, great shape! Updated on 1 Feb 2017: It's been a great 6 months! Absolutely loving my results! I feel incredible! I sadly gained some weight after the surgery, just because I was lazy lol. I am three weeks in and have lost half of it already! I bought a new swimsuit and can't wait for the summer and beach time! Here are some pictures! Updated on 7 May 2017: Hey all! I am still loving my new girls. We are 10 months post op. I haven't had any problems, besides the random muscle aches from what I think is where they were cut. Usually I feel it when I work out. Getting the surgery was 100% worth it!
Sculptra® Aesthetic is a facial volume enhancer that has a unique mechanism of action. Instead of just plumping up an area, it actually works by inducing collagen production under the skin surface; i.e. it builds thicker skin. Not surprisingly, this takes some time. We advise patients that two to four sessions about three weeks apart each will be necessary. The payoff is remarkable in most people and lasts for two to three years. It can be repeated as needed. I think of JUVÉDERM® XC as an immediate answer for the short term (6-9 months) and JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® XC as a tool for the medium haul of 12-24 months. Location also makes a difference. Sculptra® Aesthetic cannot be used in the lips or around the eyes, whereas Juvederm can. Voluma is specifically for enhancing the mid face. Scuptra is our “heavy hitter” of choice for large volume work along with fat grafting.I would not recommend using both Sculptra and Voluma. You may use JUVÉDERM® XC with either JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® XC or Sculptra® Aesthetic because these would not be to the same areas.
A facelift is a great outpatient procedure for an accredited, well equipped office-based Operating Suite. Patient selection is critical for safe surgery. Ideally the patient should have no systemic medical illness (ASA class 1) or well-controlled systemic illness (ASA class 2). The use of a certified nurse anesthetist (CRNA) or anesthesiologist (MD) will enhance patient comfort and safety. Face and Neck lifting are usually performed together and can be done with IV sedation and tumescent or local anesthesia. The surgeon needs to be comfortable and experienced with this technique. General anesthesia is another reasonable alternative, but not necessary in most patients.
