Did a consult for a face/neck lift. I had forgot to ask some questions. I mentioned that but unless they grabbed the doc, it seemed I couldn't ask. I have concerns about jowls, nasal labial folds. I get that he had to go to his next appointment. I haven't scheduled surgery yet. I was also interested in technique. Updated on 16 Dec 2021: Surgery date is early February. Will post before photos closer to the date. I'm 48 years old. I'm always nervous when it comes to any surgery. I can work out after three weeks. Apparently, it's a low pain recovery that looks worse than it is. Updated on 7 Jan 2022: Met with my surgeon today since I forgot questions to ask at my consult. He said the face lift (SMAS) incision will hug the ear, but part of the incision will be right in front of the tragus. He said it would look like like a natural crease. In my research, a lot of docs do it behind the tragus and I asked about that, but he said that can make the tragus stick out more after healing. Has anyone heard that? I also asked about neck lift and he will lipo the neck and anchor the muscle behind the ear and that will also be where my scar will be. It seems most people have a scar under the chin. I guess my nerves are starting to get to me. He's a very experienced surgeon and does about a 100 face lifts a year (he did my eyes & nose years ago). I want to have long lasting and good results. #nerves My pre-op is in two weeks. Updated on 13 Jan 2022: I go for my pre-op appointment next week, but I'm nervous especially about the neck lift portion. He doesn't do the 'corset' technique that every surgeon I've researched does. When I asked about the muscle, he said he would anchor it at the side. Has anyone heard of this? I've already put down a $1000 that's non-refundable. Will I regret this? Updated on 19 Jan 2022: Met again with the doc since I'm so nervous. I asked about both the face and neck lift processes. He will fold the SMAS rather than cut to prevent nerve damage and for the neck lift, he will pull the neck muscle and anchor it under the ear rather than under the chin since I don't have bands. I'm still nervous, but I think I'll be nervous until I get put under. Updated on 24 Jan 2022: I cringe to post these, but that's why I'm having this done. It seems everything in the last few years went completely south on my face. Wanting a defined neck and jaw and overall more youthful appearance. My surgery is February 4. Updated on 25 Jan 2022: Just adding a few more before pictures. I'm about a week and a half out!! Can't wait, but so so nervous. Next up will be post op pix starting with recovery. I wish I could just add the photos with my previous update. Updated on 7 Feb 2022: It's Monday after my Friday surgery and I'm very numb and neck is very very swollen. The staff at Plastic Surgery Center of the South is A-one! So nice and caring. The first night was the roughest and could barely sleep. All the reviews say that a face and neck lift are low pain, but I was thankful for pain meds that first night. Since then, I've rotated extra strength Tylenol with the prescription meds and seems to be working well. Tomorrow is my first post-op appointment and some of my stitches will come out and I think I'll be going back Friday for more. I have a lymphatic massage scheduled for Feb. 18. My bruising is mainly at my neck. Hope to start more solid food soon! Updated on 8 Feb 2022: He took the stitches out from the front of my ears and will get the rest of them out next week. I’m still very bruised and swollen. I keep trying to have faith that my incisions will be unnoticeable when they heal. Updated on 13 Feb 2022: I'm still very swollen and bruised. Been taking Bromelain but not sure it it's helping. A lot of my face is numb, but I can tell a big difference, especially after looking at some of my before pictures. I go Wednesday to get the rest of the stitches out and Friday I have a lymphatic massage. I have to remind myself that I just had major surgery and to keep things slow since I find myself tiring easily. Updated on 20 Feb 2022: Sixteen days post surgery and still a lot of numbness and swelling. My neck is very tender and this past week my doctor took the rest of my stitches out. Neck is a bit lumpy. Also had a lymphatic massage and ouch! Updated on 23 Feb 2022: I hate how obvious my scars are, especially my left ear. I had hopped they would be more hidden. I should have gone to a doctor who uses a post tragus incision. I’m so sad. It has been almost three weeks. Updated on 15 Jun 2022: Had my my fourth months post op today. Still swelling and I asked how much they lipo'ed out of my neck and he said 150ccs! I didn't realize I had that much fat in my neck. I thought it was mainly saggy skin. I go again in October. Updated on 14 Dec 2022: I still wish I had a behind the tragus incision. Taking these photos made me feel bummed about the scars and didn't realize how overt they are. I also wish he had sewn the platysma at the front of the neck rather than just below the ear since I still have bulges there. I can't cry over spilt milk. Updated on 11 Jul 2023: I still wish I had a post tragus incision and wish he sewed the platysma at the front. Updated on 11 Jul 2023: I wish I could edit/add to my post, but Dr Petrosky is a wonderful surgeon in general. Anything he's done before this has been great. I really wish I had gone with one of his younger associates. I now have obvious facelift scars (don't want to have to pay to get them lasered--isn't that sort of an FU to the patient? Give me more money?). Maybe one day I'll have a revision (why should I have to do that???). I tried to get the office to let me consult with one of his partners (I had already put $1000 down) but they wouldn't let me. I should have forfeited that money and demanded to consult with a partner. I was going with experience and someone I've worked with before. Trust your gut. Dr P is a very nice man and good surgeon, but don't go to him for a facelift/neck lift. Updated on 20 Jul 2023: Contacted the office and they don't do scar help gratis. :( I should have gone with a different surgeon. I'll be stuck with bulges at my jaw and scars I'll have to hide. Must I always wear my hair down? Most surgeons do a post tragus for women and the platysma is sewn at the front of the neck. I still have to contour because I have bulges at my jaw. I was assured by a staffer (when I asked to consult with one of his associates--I had already put $1000 down) that Dr P does beautiful work. I'm still regretting my choice of doctor. He is good with other surgeries. I'm over a year & a half out and am regretting my choice of doctor. I paid too much to be unhappy but I doubt they care or look at RS reviews. Updated on 29 Jun 2024: Scars are much better and they're pretty much invisible. I still wish I had the platysma sewn together in the front rather than pulled under the jaw. I'm 2+ years out. I don't regret it, but just wish he did the neck muscles different. Updated on 7 Dec 2024: I'm still here but hate my left side. Right side is a bit better. It is sad that I'm thinking of how a surgeon can do a revision. I have seen my platysma in photos. No, that should not happen. If a woman is photographed from the side, she shouldn't have a 'bulge' on her neck. I didn't like that he didn't do the normal sewing the platysma together. I'd already put money down. The staff gaslit me.
I had breast augmentation done at Plastic Surgery Center of the South with Dr. Petrosky yesterday. Not only is every single staff member there so welcome and nice every time you go, the entire procedure was a breeze. Dr. Petrosky really worked with me and helped me agree on things that I didn’t think I wanted in the beginning only to realize HE knew exactly what I needed and how to get me there. ALWAYS trust your doctor. They are the experts at this. We just show up with a picture, tell them what we THINK we want and expect them to do it. In reality only he knows exactly how to get you to that picture and what it takes. I’m so glad I agreed to just agree with him and let him do his job. We went with about 100cc larger than I would’ve ever picked for myself but I am SO glad I did. I’m only day 1 PO but I know these results are going to be breathtaking. Thank you Dr. Petrosky and all of your wonderful staff for the absolute best experience possible. God bless you all!
I am 23 - I've breast fed 3 kids the last one quit breast feeding 6 months ago. I've always been an A and desired fuller breasts. I was super nervous at first but the end result was worth it. I went to a 400cc which ended up a full C. Day 1- After the procedure everything felt mostly tight- there wasn't much pain until 2 hours afterwards. The pain was only there if I moved my arms at all. Getting on and off the bed was the worst to deal with. Day 5- Pretty much the hardest thing is remembering to not use my arms and sleeping sitting up. My body is slowly getting accustomed to sleeping sitting up. I've taken all my pain medicine and ibuprophen is working just fine for not. They're still sitting high but are slowly dropping. week 3- I've returned back to work. There is only random moments of pain if I'm overworking myself and they have fallen nicely into their pockets. I have bought a few sports bras to wear which is nice! Now we are at 1 month and a half post op. I love them. They're soft and move nicely. I have no more pain and can sleep on my stomach again! It's everything I wanted and was totally worth it. The overall process was a lot better and less painful that I anticipated! Updated on 18 Jan 2019: 6 months post op there are still a few numb spots, but numbness is mostly gone. Sharp pains here and there but nothing bad at all. A lot more settled and a lot more natural movement. Still super satisfied, muscle movement is completely healed as well.
The office staff was very helpful, professional and friendly as was Dr Petrosky. I was referred to him via a friend/co-worker who had her implants done by him was thrilled by the results. I mainly wanted to even out my figure and most people are surprised if I tell them I've had it done. This doctor goes for natural results. I also had a rhinoplasty and U/L bleph in spring 2002 and am still thrilled with those results as well. After have a c-section and not being able to get rid of some stubborn areas, I'm going back for a mini-TT and lipo.
I have been wanting to get a 'Mommy Makeover' for years. I admit that I've let myself go, but am now a gym rat and dedicated to getting in better shape. However, even when I've been slimmed down to my old high school weight I still have some extra belly skin and love handles (never had them before my pregnancy). So I know that will not go away with just diet and exercise. I've been working out on average 7 days a week (sometimes twice a day). Trying to get as fit as possible before my surgery date and as soon as I'm cleared post-op, I'm going back to gym mode. I'll be getting a mini tummy tuck, lipo of thighs, knees, flanks, mid & lower back, belly, lower face/neck & one syringe of Radiesse. Updated on 6 May 2014: Can't believe the procedure is only 2 weeks away. I bought this from Target to supplement my CG for when I'm washing it or to wear when I'm out of the CG (I keep reading that many people do the Spanx route after the CG) http://www.spanx.com/shop/assets/shapewear/remarkable-results-open-bust-mid-thigh-body-zid38-2271/cat-38-catid-tn_lya_sw Also bought some arnica tablets for after. I've used after PS in the past and I don't know if I just don't bruise easily or the arnica works, but I figure it won't hurt. :) I've been a pretty fast healer and pretty pain tolerant so I hope my surgery mojo continues. Also adding some before pix (it's very humbling to post these--lol) Updated on 6 May 2014: It might be helpful to post my stats: 5'3" and 125 lbs with small bone structure. My goal is to get down to 120 before the surgery (not sure if that's going to happen though). My ideal weight is 110. Updated on 13 May 2014: I go in Wednesday next week. The fact that I'm having this surgery hasn't really dawned on me yet, but it's now creeping in. lol I had my pre-op last week and had before pictures taken (yikes), blood drawn and filled my prescriptions. Trying to get a lot taken care of before then. I had a Groupon for Botox at a local spa (had been there before for other stuff like facials) and am going tomorrow, getting a bikini wax Monday (thankfully I've already had my underarm hair lasered off--I hear you really don't feel like shaving after surgery) and will be doing every bit of laundry I can and a 6 mile run the Tuesday night before since I won't be running again for awhile. Also, getting my hair color touched up this weekend. Trying to be as prepared as possible. I need to buy some cotton pads (I hear they are great for the incision sites), but I've already bought arnica tablets and gel (I saw another RSer rave about the gel) and going to get pineapple to snack on while recovering. It's supposed to be great for bruising and swelling. I'm taking a week off from work (I work part time, but I'm standing for 90% of it with some light lifting) and am concerned about how I'll handle it. The treatment coordinator at the doc's office seems to think I'll be fine, but just more tired than normal at the end of my 5 hr shift. Also, concerned about how long I'll have to have a drain. I can't hide it in my clothes and don't want to tell my coworkers what I'm doing. On the positive, my blood pressure has been higher than I'd like in the last few months (I've gained about 8 lbs) and was thinking that could be the cause. At least at the last doc visit, it was down a bit though my weight isn't. :( So I guess I won't be able to get down to 120 pre surgery. Boo. Once I turned 40 my metabolism went down the crapper. Not really much 'news' to post, but just rambling and venting. :) Updated on 21 May 2014: The doc said he took out about 5900 ccs (had more fat than I thought I guess--not sure if that included only fat) and took more skin than he originally thought. VERY sore. The main thing that hurts is the incision. Took a pain pill right before leaving the office/surgery suite. The staff was WONDERFUL. I go back next Thurs. for my follow-up. No drains. Touch loopy on the oxycodone and no nausea yet. Updated on 22 May 2014: First night: not used to sleeping upright (but who is?), but one thing that came in VERY handy is one of those airplane neck pillows. It was golden. My draining isn't as bad as yesterday so far. My incision isn't as painful, but starting to feel it in my legs a bit. I dunno if it's the CG, but I can already tell a big difference in my legs. :) Tummy very bloated but I expected that. Will get around to taking pictures when I'm up to it. Updated on 23 May 2014: Hobbling around and doing a little more for myself. I washed my hair, brushed my teeth and washed my face. Hubby will help me shower tonight. Feeling a little more human. Had a spurt of energy and went up and down the stairs when I had to grab things for my hair washing. About an hour later, it took a bit out of me and had to nap for a bit. Also, on the positive side, I slept A LOT better last night. Only woke up once. Swelling pretty much anywhere there's not a CG. My breasts and arms are bigger than normal, but I assume that will all go back to normal soon. Also, skin is getting itchy. Will see the TT scar tonight. Yikes! ;) The PS office called to check on me and I asked if I could take my face CG off for work on Wed for 5 hours (I work part time so I plan to wear it when I'm not in public--lol). The woman on the phone sounded hesitant, but there is NO way I'm wearing this thing to work. The body garment, yes, but not the face one. I think I can hide the stitches by my ears, but concerned about hiding the one just under my chin. Any ideas out there? I don't feel like it's my co-workers' business if I had something done. I've tried to make things funny and light-hearted for our daughter's sake. When I'm shuffling around the house I'll say, "I'm a zombie!!" or "I'm Frankenstein! Muahahah!" Still taking the arnica montana pellets and will prob use the gel soon. I go for my post-op next Thursday. Updated on 25 May 2014: Sleeping better and feeling more human over all. Updated on 26 May 2014: Just a couple of 5 days post photos. Updated on 26 May 2014: I know my CG is partially covering my back in the after picture, but just 5 days out and amazing! Updated on 26 May 2014: I know my CG is partially covering my back but the results just after 5 days are amazing. Updated on 26 May 2014: Grr. Why won't this post? Updated on 26 May 2014: Updated on 26 May 2014: Updated on 29 May 2014: Got my stitches and and the doc put steri--strips in the place of the tape or whatever was there before. He said not to fret if they fall off. He wants me in my garment one more week and he mentioned that some people like to wear it longer or wear a Spanx type thing after the CG. He said it doesn't change results, but a lot of people do it for comfort. I go back in two weeks for my next appt. I have a voucher for lymphatic massage and tried to get an appt for when I go back, but the person who does that is out of town. :( Tried the next week (DD is at camp) and the lady is out for two weeks. Oh well. I'll figure something out. The bruising under my chin is 95% gone and I'm still taking my Arnica Montana pellets. I can't recommend those things enough. I found mine at Whole Foods. I'm also sleeping slightly propped up and also using an airplane pillow. That's also a must have for after surgery. My knees had been very swollen and they seem to have gone down, and now it's all gone down to my feet. LOL I went back to work yesterday and was on my feet for most of it (I work part time--it was a 5 hour stretch) and though I was very tired at the end of the day, I handled it. I have today off and go back tomorrow. Going to be wearing long flowy dresses and skirts until I get rid of the CG. When I came home from work last night one of the first things my husband said was that I look a lot thinner. Yay! And I'm still swollen so can't wait for the end results. :D Updated on 1 Jun 2014: Updated on 3 Jun 2014: Since my doc said I could workout at 2 weeks (tomorrow is 2 weeks for me) I did a 20 minute upper body strength workout. I did 4 min. each on back, chest, biceps, triceps and shoulders. It was nice to awaken my muscles again though I won't be doing any core or lower body soon. :( I'll have to rely on easy walks for my cardio for now. I plan on doing the upper body routine every other day providing my body doesn't revolt against it. lol My bruising is pretty much all gone and my stomach is lumpy. I bought a massager before surgery so I may try it in the next few days. I know I'm still swollen, but wish my lower face was less poofy. My jawline & buccal areas still look like it did before surgery. :( However, my legs do look much thinner. Updated on 3 Jun 2014: Ugh. I wish RealSelf would let you edit posts. I also had fillers on my cheeks and smile lines. It doesn't look like anything was done. The fillers of Radiesse wasn't cheap. Anyone have words of wisdom on this? Updated on 6 Jun 2014: Updated on 6 Jun 2014: Updated on 6 Jun 2014: Updated on 12 Jun 2014: Not a whole lot to report. He cleared me for whatever exercise I feel comfy with. He said my swelling was mostly gone and said for the lumpiness I can massage it but it will go away at about month 6. He thought my right flank was a little more swollen than the left and I still had about 30-20% swelling still in my face, but my face is more heart-shaped than round now. :) I'm also cleared to go to the swimming pool if I want. I love my mini TT and lipo results, but the Radiesse was a waste of $800. I can't tell any difference. Updated on 18 Jun 2014: It's been a month and Monday I did a 5 mile hilly walk and today I did a full Body Pump workout. Not yet ready run though. Before I had been only doing upper body (chest, back, arms, shoulders), but also did legs and abs this time. During the lunge track, towards the end I dropped my bar and did it with my body weight since the middle of my back was getting a bit sore. Didn't want to aggravate anything but still got my legs burning. Also, starting to be able to sleep more normally. I don't need as much pillow support in either sitting or sleeping. I still have numb areas and my stomach is very sensitive. Of course I have the lumpies all over including my lower face where I had lipo those most of the facial lumps are under my chin and on my lower right cheek. My doc said to be patient and they'll go away. I'm down to 120 pounds and my next goal is 115. I'm already fitting in clothes I haven't been able to wear since before I had our daughter and I know I've still got some swelling in my waistline. My next body goal is to get really, really toned arms. Even when I've been working out like a fiend and weigh less, I can never seem to get good definition on my arms. :( I also can't wait to get toned abs. Before, I had stubborn fat and extra skin that prevented strong core muscles from showing through.
I am four weeks post op, Bad NEWS..I have been to 3 doctors here in Pensacola and no one will drain my seroma. My primary care said they were too big or else he would have done it, I went to see a general surgeon and he refused, then I went to another PS here and he wanted to charge me 3K. I ended up calling Dr. Robles and sending pictures and needless to say I will be going back to the DR in a few weeks. Now check this out for all of you who are using RAQUEL...no contact after my surgery and SHE NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT THE INSURANCE...yes.. Dr., Robles offers insurance that is only $150.00 extra in case you have complications, it will cover you up to $1500.00 but you have to pay for your flight.. Not only do I have to pay for a flight I have to pay for the hospital stay. It's still WAY cheaper than the states but it's gonna cost me about $1100.00 to go back. I did contact other PS in Atlanta and they were gonna see me but it was going to cost $500-700 just to drain for one office visit. I told Dr. Robles if I came back she would have to drain and INSERT another drain...it's pointless to go back just for a draining and then I develop more seromas...so this time I don't care if I have to leave them in for a year they are staying in...Seromas are no joke and I'm already paranoid..it' looks like a tumor...plus I have fluid draining from my belly button (so gross). Dr. Robles is a perfectionist and I know she really doesn't want to open me back up because my incision is perfect but I begged her and said I had to have her word before I booked the flight..and she agreed! I makes me mad because I'm sure if I were in a REAL city like Atlanta or Virginia another PS would have no problem but since I'm in Pensacola where the population is 5...there are no doctors...or they try to get over on you because let's face it.... Who really comes to PENSACOLA, FL to have PS...uuummmm NOBODY! So when I go see Dr. Robles she has agreed to: Drain the fluid Insert drains and fix my belly button issue all for under $600.00 Just to be clear Dr. Robles is not charging me, but I have to pay for the hospital stay, procedure and transportation (trans is $100) OK so after looking at a post from Joy202 I decided to do a bit more research and I found a medical practice in Atlanta that will see me and drain the seromas for $250.00 on December 27th.... even if I have to come back to see them it's still cheaper that traveling back to the DR...I was in a panic mode because of the lack of doctors here in Pensacola that I just gave up... Atlanta is only 3 hours from me and we already made plans to go before I found this doctors...The doctors do a lot of their outpatient surgeries in their office and so their cost is lower because they don't need access to the hospital. On 12/27 I was able to get the fluid removed. There was a large knot below my breast I thought it was fluid that turned into scar tissue so when I arrived to the doctors office my blood pressure was high….like 144 over 100 high. I was never in any pain but I knew something was wrong which is why I went to see all the doctors but no one would help locally. But luckily I found Dr. Petrosky with The Plastic Surgery Center in Marietta GA. As soon the doctor came in the room he was SO POLITE and he went to work…It didn’t matter where I had my surgery to him, within 5-10 minutes of him coming in the room he was draining me. Dr. Petrosky was a bit unsure about the large lump under my breast and he did say that it was unusual. When he started to drain the lump, the blood was dark red. Dr. Petrosky said not to worry the color indicated that it was just a build up and there was no current bleeding. He said if the blood was bright red then he would have been concerned, it was a hematoma. My tummy is still numb so when the needle was inserted I didn’t feel anything. Only when he applied pressure to get all the fluid is when I was able to feel the needle. The pain was bearable I was so glad I was getting the medical help I didn’t care and told him to do whatever necessary to get everything out. After he was done I was immediately back on the flat side. I asked about getting lymphatic massages but the doctor said no, he only wanted me to continue to wear my CG all day everyday unless I am showering. I scheduled a follow up appointment with him on the 7th. It’s been a few days since I was drained, I do feel a little bit of fluid that is in both areas that were drained but I’m not sure if is was left over from the drain or if I’m still draining. BUT nothing like what I had before. I also asked if he though I should get another drain and the doctor said there was no need. Also I asked about putting a stitch in my belly button because of the leaking. The doctor explained that once he drained the fluid the BB would heal on it’s own and just to add ointment and keep it covered…I can already see a difference in my BB and it has begun to heal on it’s own. I plan to make another page for this story alone so that ladies can use Dr. Petrosky if they have complications and they don’t like too far from Georgia. I ended up spending less money by going to Georgia than paying for another ticket to see Dr. Robles. And that’s with GOING BACK TWICE…including the gas and office visit. The first office visit was $250 the next visit will run $60-125 plus I don’t have to travel out of the country…so it was so worth it!
I went to a reputable Atlanta plastics surgeon and consulted for upper eye lift and neck/ chin liposuction. He bundled the procedures and gave me a great deal, upper eyes were 1400. I drove to and from the surgery. Everything was done with local anesthesia. He did my eyes first. i think he injected the area locally with lidocaine. It was kinda scary having a needle that close to my eyes. He then opened up the area with incisions and trimmed excess muscle and fat and trimmed the excess skin away. He also used some type of cauterizing instrument burning vessels before closing me up, hurt a little (kinda like bee stings with every hit of the laser) but wasnt too painful. Sutured me up and a week later i was lookin great! he really did a wonderful job on the eyes and neck. I didnt even bruise and only had mild swelling. after a week all swelling and slight bruising had resolved. I would recommend this surgery to anyone with droopy eyes, it gives 10 years of of your looks. Just BE SURE you go to a reputable plastic MD.
Hello I'm wanting to see more picks of his bbl work has anyone had it done by Dr Petrosky I went to visit his office nice Dr everyone was I felt Relax I have saw some pictures just inquiring to see more if so please reply rate them on professional note
I was young and dumb and decided to get lipo on my tummy and outer thighs. I was 29 and 130 lbs. I should have never done that and I should have never trusted myself with Dr. Petrosky. He took about 2 1/2 liters of fat out my body and destroyed my shape. I have never been able to wear jeans again or a bathing suit that doesn’t cover my stomach or a skirt covering up my bootie. Updated on 30 Sep 2018: I was not able to upload my pictures before. Dr Petrosky removed excessive fat from my outer thighs and destroyed my shape. I was left with ripples everywhere and pain on the left leg. Every day has been a struggle to get dressed and accept my deformed self. My stomach has so much ripples and indents that it’s embarrassing to show it. I can’t wear bathing suits or pants. I was 29when he did this to me and when I ordered my records from his office, the nurse was rude and made me pay to have them sent to me. This has ruined my self esteem and there is not one single day that this doesn’t bring me down. I hope he has not done much harm to others like he did to me.
I had terrible results from my breast reconstruction By Dr. Petrosky. He convinced me to have silicone implant when I had intended to have saline initially. i have bad breast shape and scars after the procedure. Implant is leaking. Would not recommend Petrosky to friends or my niece who had mastectomy. Can't afford to repair the mess I have for breasts. Haven't dated for years as result.
Forehead lines and wrinkles are caused mainly by the action of the underlying frontalis muscle. Botox injections in the forehead weakens this muscle and gives a smoother appearance to the forehead but also limits the ability to raise your eyebrows. With a lower eyebrow the upper eyelids can appear more crowded with excess skin. As the Botox wears off, you will be able to raise your eyebrows better and get back to your normal appearance. In the future less Botox in the frontalis muscle will let you raise your eyebrows some but you may also notice a few forehead lines.
If improving the contour of your neck is your main concern, a neck lift will serve you quite well. However, a full face and neck lift will not only address the problems with your neck but also the jowls and signs of facial aging. A consult with a board certified plastic surgeon will help you decide on the best plan of action for you.
This is a very common problem and is not an emergency. Until you can see a plastic surgeon in their office, you can care for the torn earlobe with antibiotic ointment until it is healed. The torn or bifid earlobe can easily be repaired under local anesthesia in the office.
You have had a nice improvement from the radiesse injections and this is quite typical with proper placement of radiesse in the cheek area. My patients seem to maintain a nice augmentation for a year and sometimes longer. Even though every patient is different, another syringe or two of radiesse in 9 to 12 months should continue to serve you well.
The middle portion of the lower abdominal incision after a tummy tuck can have problems with healing. This tissue has the least robust blood supply and the most tension. Also if the deeper stitches used were vicryl sutures, they can take around two months to dissolve and cause inflammation and openings in some patients. With close follow-up by your plastic surgeon, proper wound care and time, you will probably be very pleased with how these incisions heal.
