How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

wish I went with the younger surgeons
I'm still here but hate my left side. Right side is a bit better. It is sad that I'm thinking of how a surgeon can do a revision. I have seen my platysma in photos. No, that should not happen. If a woman is photographed from the side, she shouldn't have a 'bulge' on her neck. I didn't like that he didn't do the normal sewing the platysma together. I'd already put money down. The staff gaslit me.
Scars are much better
Scars are much better and they're pretty much invisible. I still wish I had the platysma sewn together in the front rather than pulled under the jaw. I'm 2+ years out. I don't regret it, but just wish he did the neck muscles different.
Don't go to him for a neck or face lift
Contacted the office and they don't do scar help gratis. :( I should have gone with a different surgeon. I'll be stuck with bulges at my jaw and scars I'll have to hide. Must I always wear my hair down? Most surgeons do a post tragus for women and the platysma is sewn at the front of the neck. I still have to contour because I have bulges at my jaw. I was assured by a staffer (when I asked to consult with one of his associates--I had already put $1000 down) that Dr P does beautiful work. I'm still regretting my choice of doctor. He is good with other surgeries. I'm over a year & a half out and am regretting my choice of doctor. I paid too much to be unhappy but I doubt they care or look at RS reviews.
