So glad I found Dr. Kulick a few (ok more than a few) when I was an impulsive 20 something in search of a smaller nose. I randomly met one of his former patients who guided me in the right direction. Dr. Kulick helped me understand what I wanted- lifted tip, narrower bt my eyes, less ‘hump’ at the bridge of my nose - it was all so subtle but so drastically improved. Still, 16 years later, I get compliments on my snout- thank you Dr. K, I’d do it all again.

So the photos are of your rhinoplasty 16 years later or when you were in your 20's? Either way beautiful results. I wonder what he charges for a revision? Would be great if you could post a before to compare the results.
Hello Adele3 - To answer your question, Nose Guru posted her results that are 16 years later. You can see her before and 2 year results by going to my web site, drkulick.com and go to the rhinoplasty section. She is patient # 2021. You can also see revision rhinoplasty patients before and after results. The costs of revision procedures varies depending on the problem.
