I went to see Dr. Michael A Janitch because I'd been feeling terribly self conscious for over 10 years about my nose. I had a couple of small lumps along the bridge of my nose from a previous surgery. I stopped wearing contacts and started wearing glasses to try to make it less obvious. Those lumps are something I've obsessed over and hated about myself on a daily basis for over 10 years. I had seen someone else, 2 years earlier, who did a minor procedure that didn't work. This year I went to see Dr. Janitch. Something that struck me about him was that when we were discussing my nose, I didn't feel embarrassed. He was able to set a tone in the room in which I was able to talk about it without feeling shame. Dr. Janitch ended up recommending a filler. It was not invasive. It was quick, with little pain, and I didn't need to empty my bank account. My nose actually looks like a normal nose! I am not a cryer, but there were real tears in my eyes when I looked at my nose for the first time. I now get to live a life where I don't even think about my nose...ever! My only regret is that I waited so long to do something about it. Thank you Dr. Janitch!

I travelled from Florida just to have Dr. Janitch perform my breast augmentation surgery. I am 21 years old and was always self conscious about my small breast size. Although I knew I wanted to get this done, it was still a scary experience for me. Everything about my surgery process was extremely smooth. I was well taken care of from start to finish. He was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions during my consultation. We discussed options and he made me feel so at ease throughout the process. Thanks to Dr. Janitch and his great team, I had no complications during my surgery. Everything he said about how I would feel post surgery was also correct. Since I am small framed, Dr. Janitch helped me pick the perfect size so I look very natural. I am so happy with the results!! I know I made the right choice with Dr. Janitch and it was worth it to fly up to WI for the surgery.

I had an excellent experience and received exactly what I wanted from my breast augmentation with Dr Janitch and his team. I am almost 2 weeks post op and I’m loving the results so far. Dr Janitch made time for my questions and concerns in both my consult and pre op. For my surgery day I was treated SO well by everyone at prevea. You can tell they work like a well oiled machine. From consult to post op I knew I could trust Dr Janitch, all I had to do was make up my mind on whether to get the boobs!

Amazing Plastic Surgeon! So glad I went to talk with Dr. Janitch about a TT revision. He wanted to make sure I’d be happy and that I was getting the results I was after. I had a full TT with MR and laser lipo of my flanks. When I went to my recheck, and my husband saw me with my binder off, he couldn’t believe the difference of how it looked compared to the first time I had it done from a different guy. I can’t wait for my final results!! Updated on 15 Mar 2022: I’m so happy I went to Dr. Janitch for a professional revision! He’s a great plastic surgeon with a great bedside manner! My only regret is that I didn’t go to him the first time, but glad I found him! Updated on 27 Apr 2022: Before any surgery. After first surgery/before revision. My awesome revision that I still cannot believe it’s me. Swimsuit buying is great this year! So ready to be on the boat and feel good about myself!

I am so glad I found Dr. Janitch. I was very unhappy with my sagging chin and he knew exactly what to do. I had laser chin lipo and the reults are amazing. Downtime was minimal for me. Great Doctor!

Dr. Janitch made me feel so comfortable with the idea of plastic surgery. He was very thorough in our consultation and extremely patient as I worked up the courage to go through with surgery. He explained everything in detail and his staff was wonderful in assisting me in any way possible. I can't say enough about how Dr. Janitch and his staff took care of me every step of the way. If I ever need anything else taken care of, his office will be my first call.

I’m on my way to surgery right now! My history is that I had my initial BA surgery in 2013 by another plastic surgeon in the area. Unfortunately, I was botched and had to go through another surgery because my right side never drooped. That surgery resulted in me having a “double bubble” because the pocket was made too low. Long story short, I found a wonderful new surgeon who believes he can remedy the issue. I was going to wait a while to have another revision done, but once I found out I had the textured Allergan implants linked to BIA-ALCL, I wanted them out and replaced. Thought it was the perfect time to relate them and hopefully get rid of my double bubble! I am scheduled for surgery today and will post updates when I’m done! Updated on 1 Mar 2020: Everything went well with surgery! My surgeon replaced my 322cc implants with 415cc implants. In addition, on my right side, he used a seri mesh to give the implant more support, like an internal bra. Felt great after surgery, but definitely was more sore the next morning (which I expected). Unfortunately, last night (post op day 1), I began to feel chilled, had a sore throat along with body aches. Want sure if the sore throat was from the intubation tube or if I came down with an illness. My temp was 101 at the highest. I called the nurse line and they said to monitor it and if it was strep, the antibiotics that I am on should help with it. Woke up thIs morning (post op day 2) still with some body aches. Temp was 99.7. Took some of my pain meds and am feeling better now, but I will continue to lay low today and monitor my temp. As far as I can tell through my surgical bra, “the girls” look great! I haven’t taken the bandage off yet, but will probably do that this evening. Praying this fever goes away and isn’t a sign of infection!

Dr. Janitch is a wonderful doctor. I saw him for a breast augmentation and everything from start to finish was a great experience. I am very pleased with my results and the care I received throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable and open and honest about the procedure and what was the best for me based on my wants and needs. His staff is also wonderful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to do a breast augmentation.

Amazing provider. He is a perfectionist and will get you the best possible outcome. He is extremely skilled and gets right to the point. He is very busy but spends quality time with you to get your questions answered. I love my liposuction results!
