2.5 year follow up
It’s been just over 2.5 years since my surgery, for all those asking I have attached updated photos with all the swelling subsided. Everything I said in my original post I stand by completely, Dr Yaremchuk is without a doubt the best plastic surgeon in the world!! The results speak for themselves. Thank you for everything Dr Y, I am truly forever grateful!

Implant Design
Design attached. Implant size as requested was big with prominent Ogee curve, and cleft chin which is visible under certain lights. There was also 8.2mm anterior projection in the chin. Feel free to DM for any more questions or pictures.

Great! Usually, Dr. Y lets you choose between silicone and porex. Do you know which implant material he used in your case? Why did you/he make that choice?
Yes I requested Porex. Simply because I didn't like the idea of an implant that never becomes a part of you. Porex also allows for tissue ingrowth which ensures better implant fixation and in my oppinion looks more masculine.
