I’ve been seeing Trish Coronel RN for several years now, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Botox, fillers, or microneedling. She’s incredibly skilled and truly cares about her clients. I had a cheek injury from when I was younger that I used to feel self-conscious about, and she’s helped me so much with it. I feel so much more confident now and I’m not embarrassed by it anymore. I’m so grateful for her and would highly recommend her! The staff here is amazing here.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Nykiel and his team from the consultation to pre-op and post-op appointments. I got my breast augmentation in June 2025 & I am so happy with my results. He listened to my concerns with the procedure & thoroughly explained everything from the surgery to recovery time. After my consultation I felt confident in choosing him to do my surgery. I am beyond happy with my results & would 10000% recommend him to anyone I know!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Nykiel and my experience with him. From the very first consultation, he made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to really listen to what I wanted. Choosing Dr. Nykiel was one of the best decisions I could have made. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Dr. Nykiel without hesitation. i had a breast augmentation with Dr nykiel. The staff was warm and responsive, and I felt supported through every step (scheduling, pre-op instructions, and post-op check-ins). Surgery day was smooth and calming, and recovery was much more manageable than I expected because I felt so prepared and taken care of. Most importantly: my results look beautiful and fit my body. i do feel like i wish there was more attention put on ME and what i wanted. it felt a bit rushed with the actual doctor but where he wasn’t avail his staff filled in and they were great :)

Doctor Nykiel is a very talented plastic surgeon. The way he can change the human body from excess skin and fat to a beautiful masterpiece is amazing to me. I'm very happy with my experience. I had a tummy tuck and breast lift done. I was a rare case; the skin on my breasts stretched so far down—almost to my belly button—that I wasn't able to have breast implants with my lift because of the high chance that my areolas would die. However, in a couple of months, I'll be able to get implants, which I'm pretty excited about. I will definitely have Dr. Nykiel do my breast implants. I'm currently almost 5 weeks post-op from my Mommy Makeover and have been really happy with my experience. Everyone in the Upland office is so friendly and accommodating; it's really nice. I love that his team is fast to answer questions and get back to you. Amanda is by far my favorite person to talk to in the office.

I have seen Dr. Nykiel over the past 5 years for multiple consultations and procedures. I spent over a year debating on getting this last procedure done. I worried, questioned whether to do it or not, but despite this Dr. Nykiel continued to see me, answer all of my questions, and was always patient with me. I have never felt pushed to do anything and he has always been completely honest with me. Even up until the day of my procedure he was on the phone with me ensuring all my concerns were addressed and making sure I was ok proceeding, considering prior hesitations I had. I am so glad I trusted Dr. Nykiel as my results are even better than I expected. He and his staff continue to check-in with me and I know I can reach out to them anytime I have questions or need something.

He is excellent plastic surgeon. I am very happy with the results of my lower body lift/ tummy tuck with muscle repair. So much that if I ever decide to get any other plastic surgery done that I would go back to him to do it . He is happy to answer all questions at consult and anytime after surgery is done .

I had a surgery with Dr. NyKiel . He and the team were exceptional in walking me through the entire process pre-appointments were very thorough and discussed potential complications and expected realistic results. After the surgery, Dr. Nykiel and the team supported me through the healing process. I am one month post surgery and I am healing smoothly. They recommended lymphatic massages which I have been doing and they have really helped in the healing. The staff, specially Amanda, has been incredibly helpful and answering questions and/or concerns that I have. The experience overall has been an amazing positive experience.
