My surgery was a BA and went from 32a to 32d with gummy implants under the muscle. I'm super happy with the results! I had a great experience with Dr. SanMiguel and staff in Monterrey. I visited Monterrey from the US and do not speak very good Spanish, but Dr. SanMiguel and staff were fluent in English, friendly and very knowledgeable. I was also able to WhatsApp one of the doctors with any questions or concerns and she responded very quickly. She provided thorough instructions on the tests I needed to complete prior to the surgery. On the day of my surgery, the staff was very accommodating even with the COVID restrictions. I stayed in Monterrey for ~1 week after my surgery, got my stitches out and then flew back to the US with no problems. My only comment is that I have not been contacted by the doctor for any follow up, but for me it's ok because I have not had any issues and have recovered very well. Next time I visit Monterrey I plan on having a follow up with the doctor.
Estoy algo anonadada de que El doctor San Miguel no tenga reviews aquí, es el doctor más increíblemente bueno que he conocido. Desde la primera cita fue muy amable y muy bueno y honesto conmigo, yo le dije lo que quería y el me dijo lo que yo necesitaba. Es una persona que te inspira confianza con solo hablar con el un momento, yo iba a hacerme una operación estética de nariz y el me recomendó que aparte de eso me pusiera un implante en la barbilla.. cosa que al principio dude pero luego termine agradeciéndolo. El día de la cirugia llegue temprano, me hicieron un tratamiento de acupuntura laser para aumentar mi umbral del dolor y prosiguieron con un tratamiento de oxigeno, el señor que me hizo este tratamiento en la clínica era un doctor yo creo de 60 años muy bueno, incluso hizo una oración por mi mientras estaba en ese tratamiento. La operación fue como magia, así me gusta describirlo. De repente dormí y al despertar ya tenía mi nariz operada, lo mejor es que me vi al espejo y no tenía ni un solo moretón en mi rostro, no tenía ningún dolor y tampoco tapones dentro de mi nariz (esto fue una de las principales razones por las que fui con el) he conocido gente que le operan la nariz y quedan como si las hubieran golpeado. Conmigo no fue así, yo solo tenía una venda en mi nariz. Los siguientes días fueron igual, sin dolor, prácticamente puedo decir que no entendía porque tenía que estar en cama si no me dolía nada, el implante de mi barbilla dolía un poco pero pues así reacciona el cuerpo con implantes, no tiene nada que ver el doctor y era un dolor soportable; yo podía comer, tomar etc. El resultado después de dos años puedo decir que ¡me encanta! nadie piensa que tenga nariz operada pues me quedo muy natural, mi nariz no esta dura, no me duele cuando tengo gripa y tengo que estar con los pañuelos para todos lados, la puedo tocar y es suave, cosa que sé que muchas personas con nariz operada no pueden hacer. En conclusión, recomiendo ampliamente a Manuel, es de las mejores personas que conozco, todos en su clínica son personas demasiado buenas y simplemente no confiaría jamás en otro doctor que no sea el para hacerme algo estético.
I had always been happy with my size 32 b breasts. I am a confident woman. but after 3 babies things change. Instead of gaining breast I just reduced to a 32 a cup. so I decided to get implants. I wanted a 32 b size (my original) yet ended getting a 34c. At first i got so depressed I couldnt forgive myself for dooing it. now I am happy with my results yet not sure it was my best decision.
i decided to get breast implants because after 3 kids and breast feeding, i felt they just kept getting smaller. i want i natrual look, not too big but not too small either. i visited with my surgeon, Miguel Sanmiguel, and wanted an implant through the armpit but thought i couldnt get it there since i was getting a gummy implant. Updated on 19 Apr 2018: so, the implants are beginning to settle down however i still have 2 wear a seperator inbetween my breasts to avoid complications.
