29yoa, 34A, 3 Kids, Breast Implants C410cc

i decided to get breast implants because after 3 kids and breast feeding, i felt they just kept getting smaller. i want i natrual look, not too big but not too small either. i visited with my surgeon, Miguel Sanmiguel, and wanted an implant through the armpit but thought i couldnt get it there since i was getting a gummy implant.

so, the implants are beginning to settle down however i still have 2 wear a seperator inbetween my breasts to avoid complications.
