Hi Ladies, I just love this site and being able to follow you guys through all of your journeys. I have learned so much from all of your posts on many procedures. It's really nice to have such a supportive group of friends to go through this together.
Well a little about myself, I'm 40 years old and I've been wanting breast implants even before I had children. I have always been petite w small breasts, well now after having 2 children and gaining weight I will finally be getting my breast augmentation as well As Liposuction of the trunk area with possible mini abdominoplasty. My procedure in in the morning ???? and I'm so excited but nervous. Our plan is to go with 325-350 silicone smooth round moderate plus implants. I'm 5'1 and weigh 135 (my goal is 115-120). Well I think I will get some rest now! (ambien is kicking in...lol) and 4am will be here before I know it!! Will update in the morning:))Updated on 14 Apr 2016:
Hi everyone, it's POD #1 and I'm home! I went into surgery around 8:15 AM, and came out sometime between 12 and 1pm, I'm not too sure. I ended up doing a Breast augmentation, liposuction of the trunk and inner thighs and abdominoplasty ( no muscle repair). My abd incision ended up from hip to hip- which kinda surprised me, I expected something similar to a a c-section scar, but it's ok no biggie. Oh and he ended up removing 4-5 Lbs of fat all together!! I spent the night at Parkplace surgical hospital, which was so great, it's nice and clean and the staff are so pleasant. I am very sore today and getting in and out of bed is the worse, but pain is totally bearable. My Dr put me on Demerol 50 mg and phenergan 25mg by mouth which seems to be working. Just a few post op pics when I got home. More to come!Updated on 15 Apr 2016:

Sorry I'm posting a day late. Pain is getting better and better each day. Boobs still look like torpedos!! Abdominal binder still on so still haven't seen the Lipo /abdominoplasty results. Will post POD #3 pics later on today:)Updated on 16 Apr 2016:
Pain is much better and getting in and out of bed is easier too. Can't wait to get out of this compression garment so I can see my abdomen! Post op appt is in 3 days!Updated on 20 Apr 2016:
Today is POD #7, I had my post op visit yesterday and finally removed the compression garment w/all of the 100 pieces of foam padding! I felt like the pillsbury doughboy! They also removed my sutures from the Lipo spots, JP drain as well as the surgical bra. What a relief, I can move finally. I'm a nurse and remove people's drains everyday but was deathly afraid to have mine removed! It wasn't as bad as I thought, just felt like a warmth or burning that only lasted the few seconds that it took to pull it out. I will see Dr Mes next week to check my incisions. I'm very beat up and bruised but love the results already, although I'm swollen. My breasts are still sore and look like torpedos but so far I like the size. I will post pics but excuse the markings from when he drew all over me pre op. Takes a while for that market to come off.Updated on 20 Apr 2016:
Thought I uploaded this pic of abd incision but it didn't load. Will retry. The lower and incision from mini abdominoplasty looks scary!!!Updated on 27 Apr 2016:
Sorry I'm not updating like I should. These were taken a few days ago on POD #10. I'm still swollen in abdomen and boobs still need to drop :))
