I have wanted a fuller chest since I was a teen. Now at 36 approaching 37, I am ready to take this on. I have never had children of my own and never will so no issues to correct, just want more volume. Dr. Kriti Mohan and her nurse were extremely knowledgeable and took their time answering all my questions and my husband's. I am scheduled in 1.5 months. Will keep you all posted.
5'6, 166lbs... broad shoulders. Between a 32-34 b cup. (Before getting to this weight, 34a or 32b... VS bras... 145 lbs.)
Expect to do 350-375cc under muscle, mentor high profile silicone implant.

How exciting! How many docs did you consult with before choosing Dr Mohan? Also, did she recommend slimming down before surgery? Asking because I have similar stats here: 5’6 & 170lbs and I didn’t know if my high BMI would be a problem.

Sorry, I just saw this comment. I only did consult with Mohan, but my friend has gone there for both surgeries for Breast and another for tummy tuck and liposuction. When I went in the staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable. She did not suggest loosing weight, but I worked to drop a little beforehand. I was t 163 when I had the surgery. They do not want you to loose too much after as it can make them different. I only plan to loose another 10 lbs and they were ok with that so long as it was not rapid or drastic weight loss. I have to say, more breasts makes my belly look flatter.

1 week pre op

I am really excited and also a little nervous to be one week away from the surgery day. My pre-op appointment was good, but no doctor as she was in surgery. The nurse was able to answer all my questions. I received all my scripts to the pharmacy on this appointment. They also give the bra to take home and try on, scar fade gel and hibiclens to wash pre surgery. Final instructions all given.
I have decided to go with 375 and maybe even 400 cc. My original intent was 350-375 but I will let the doc and team set me upright and determine which looks more appropriate.
Will update after surgery. For size reference I’m 5’6 and 162 lbs. hoped to drop to 150 before surgery, but it just hasn’t happened.
I wanted to do the try on method with different sizes, but she does not recommend because it’s a false sense of size... ???
I did place the 375 in my bra on first visit and thought they would be just fine.

Procedure complete. Day 1

Feeling good. Appointment was at 715am. I arrived a little early, completed urine pregnancy test, then they took me back for Dr. Mohan to ask final questions, draw her measurements and discussed the option to go to 400cc HP, then the anesthesiologist began IV . I kept shoes and pants on for the whole procedure. Upon waking I was very groggy. I feel good but just a little dizzy if I stand too long. I'm Abe to go to the restroom by myself, try to walk every time the meds where off (about every 3 hours). I'm pleased with the size I chose. Pain is more uncomfortable and like I want to take a deep breath and stretch but can't. Will upload photos of before and after when I have more. Here's the one the doc took. And one I took immediately after.
