I have minor cramping but this is part of the normal symptoms. I weighed 215 the day of my consultation which was July 11, my procedure was scheduled for July 30th. I decided to start the liquid diet 2 weeks early although I cheated 3 days and had some solid food. The morning of my procedure I weighed 199. Today is Wednesday

I had my balloon inserted on 1/15/18. I was super nauseous the first two days. A lot of throwing up. I haven’t thrown up since ( at least not from the procedure). I was was on a liquid diet for a week before the procedure and I lost 8lbs. What I didn’t expect was the extreme exhaustion and constipation. Take aleast two weeks off work. Even though you feel better each day, you’ll be incredibly drained. Get off the protein drinks post 2 weeeks after procedure. They will constipate
