32 Years Old, 5'2, and 170 Lbs. Getting a Breast Lift with Silicone Implants, and Lipo to my Armpit and Back. Walnut Creek, CA
ORIGINAL POST
I have had extremely different sized breasts all...
WORTH IT$15,169
I have had extremely different sized breasts all my life that required me to wear thick padded bras that also had a sock stuffed into the left side (it's a lot smaller then the right breast) just to look normal in clothing. After nursing my two babies and losing 40 lbs my breasts look horrible. I plan on getting lipo in my armpit and back to smooth out areas of fat that have not budged with diet and exercise. Also I am hoping to get round, even full breasts so I can feel comfortable in my body and clothing while never having to resort to stuffing socks into my bras.

I can't believe I went in for surgery 5 days ago. I was completely calm and ready. My fiancé took me to the Concord surgery center and stayed with me till it was go time. The staff and Dr. Mele were awesome and made me feel very comfortable. I got dressed into a backless gown and sat in a comfortable lazy boy like recliner. A sweet nurse put a iv line into my arm for hydration and covered me with warm blankets. I was ready to go to sleep lol. Dr. Mele then came in and drew on me and went over what was about to happen. He once again had great jokes and funny stories to share. I have my fiancé a kiss before laying in a portable bed and the nurse put an anxiety med into my iv. That's the last thing I remember before waking up to two awesome boobs! ????
I'm not gonna lie the last few days have been ruff. I haven't felt much pain in my breasts (which is great) but my back, hips, and armpits are so swollen and hurt from the bruising. I have a good compression garment to help with swelling in my arms and upper back but I need to get a better one for my lower back and hips. Currently I'm wearing spanx and a waist trainer under the compression wrap Dr. Mele provided for extra support. I will ask about different garments when I see him tomorrow for my first post op.
Other then that I have taken all my antibiotics and pain meds and feel pretty good. I wasn't prepared for all the swelling and I hope I bounce back from that sooner than later. I'm getting married in August and don't wanna be super puffy ????. I never posted any photos so I will post some before and after shots.
I JUST WANT TO SAY I LOVE MY BOOBS! I cried when my fiancé took my garment off to helps shower and I saw them. Although they were bruised, stitched up, and swollen they were absolutely gorgeous! For the first time in my life my nipples line up perfectly on a horizontal line... Dr. Mele re-shaped my breasts beautifully and made both my over stretched areola's a lovely size. I know I have a lot of healing to do but having my boobs done was one of the best decisions I have made and I am so happy I chose Dr. Mele. I can't wait to to shop for new tops and bras... Hell I might just wear shirts without a bra for awhile and enjoy perky even nipples. ????

Thank you! How long after your procedures did you massages? My areas of lipo feel really hard and I wanna break that up.

My bruises from the lipo are changing colors and stiffening up. I think I am going to start getting massages to break it down. Iam still really swollen in my back and hips. However my boobs are bringing me great joy and I have started massaging them today. It feels strange and I have a silly fear that I will break them if I put to much pressure on them. I'm trying to be patient but I can't wait for my body to feel normal again. These compression garments suck so I hope the swelling diminishes soon. I tried a bikini top on and it felt awesome seeing no saggy boobs! I'm a happy girl ????
