2 and 3 month mark update
The fate retention is doing very well! I think that is because of the PRP with the fat transfer.
The scars are still healing but they are nice and flat unlike my previous scars!
Overall I am very happy with the procedure. The only issue I am having is with the liposuction on my underarm. When I flex you can see dimpling and it’s pretty noticeable when working out so it does make me self conscious at the gym. They did say it can take up to 6 months for lipo sites.
The fat harvesting from my thighs looks great.
I will have another update at the 6 month mark for my underarms- I hope they look better by then!

Great Experience As a Foreigner
Dr. Hong was great but I would also like to say how amazing his team is!
I had a breast fat transfer a few years ago by another Dr. here in the U.S. before I went to Fresh PS with Dr. Hong. The scars left after the first surgery can be seen in my before photos on the inner breasts and under my buttocks. Dr. Hong’s incisions are very small and tidy in comparison. The scar from injecting fat is only the the size of a pin point.
I wish I would have gone with Fresh the first time!
I am only 4 weeks in and will post more towards the 3 month mark.
I had liposuction on my underarm and fat harvested from my inner thighs for the fat transfer. The lipo is taking a little more time to heal on my arms than the rest of my body but it can take 2 months for it to resolve.
I have gained a whole cup size since the procedure but I will need to wait a bit longer for the final result.
