If your considering getting a breast reduction do it!!! Dr weiser is so nice and sweet and makes you feel so comfortable I’m only 1 week but I loveeee my results!!! I would do this all over again no pain at all just sore like a work out my boobs are prefect!
LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. JW, Miss Wanda & staff He is simply amazing. He heard what I was saying, he solved my issue and he exceeded my expectations. I am currently 2 weeks post op. More to follow. I was a 36 DD with 425 implants; we discussed options and decided to remove old implants, remove the hanging skin, tighten/ lift the pocket add mesh and new 375 implants. This was my 3rd surgery, I wish I would have met Dr. Weiser years ago. He is truly talented with a humble personality and delightful bedside manner.
Today I had a breast reduction performed by Dr. Weiser. From the consultation, to the pre-op, to the moment of surgery today, Dr. Weiser and his staff have been wonderful and did everything in their power to make me feel calm and comfortable. I am supposed to go in to see him tomorrow and I will update this site afterwards. I am experiencing a little bit of pain but nothing unbearable. His staff is so caring that the nurse even put my belly ring back in before I even woke up. I did not wake up with any nausea or vomiting just a little drowsiness. So far so good! I am very thankful to Dr. Weiser and his staff for making this process easy and giving me peace of mine. Updated on 22 Jun 2019: Didn’t sleep much last night because of how much I needed to be elevated but the hours I did sleep were very restful. Met with dr. Weiser this morning (he came in on a Saturday when the office was closed) to check on me. He removed my bandages and allowed me to take a look! I love how my breasts look right now. They’re very perky and smaller. They are still very swollen but I was told it will go down as long as I keep taking care of myself. I am very pleased with how they look right now and I cannot thank Dr. weiser and his staff enough. Pain is better today than it was yesterday. I was told I could shower but I probably won’t because I still feel extremely sensitive in my chest area. Next appointment is Wednesday, an update will be posted then ! Updated on 27 Jun 2019: Saw Dr. Weiser yesterday Wednesday. He said I looked like I was at a week and a half recovery despite it only being 5 days ! He only changed the steri strips on my bandages and said everything was looking good ! At this point I feel absolutely no pain. My breasts feel like theyre very obviously on my chest but no pain just some discomfort. Still swollen but most of it has gone down Updated on 4 Jul 2019: A little pain mostly soreness and a little swelling. Doctor weiser said I’m healing well and simply changed my steri strips and gave me the OK to drive again. I love my new breasts so far. Only a little bothered by (my left) droopy nipple and the fact that I feel as though it’s slightly bigger. Hopefully it’s just swelling and doctor weiser told me to give it a chance because it’s still recent. My nipple on that side was moved so I’m hoping it’s still working itself out. Will update soon. Very happy so far Updated on 8 Jul 2019: Although i did not meet with my doctor this week i wanted to update today because i feel as though my breasts finally evened out. They are looking more soft and natural each day! Pain is at a minimum just a little soreness in the mornings after waking up. I just wanted to say how ecstatic i am that i went through with this surgery. The amount of confidence and comfort i feel trying on the shirts and bralettes i never had the confidence to wear before the surgery is incredible. I am so unbelievably happy! Updated on 7 Oct 2019: super happy with results. recently went back to weigh lifting lightly again. thank you dr weiser and staff ! the scars are healing nicely as well. I have been using essential oils and scar tape on them. got fitted at a 32c bra. my original size was 34 d. Updated on 30 Oct 2019: Today was my last checkup with Dr Weiser. He told me I healed great and looked great. The staff took "after" pictures of my breasts and asked for permission to publicate them and i said yes! i am in love with my new body and couldnt have asked for a better result. My scars are still visible but fading dy by day. Doctor said i could do laser treatment for the scars but honestly the scars do not bother me at all and i might just leave them alone.
I had my breast reduction procedure by Dr. J. Weiser. I loving my new set of boobs. I went from a DD to a C cup. Surgery was a success. I’m here to share my journey with you guys. Dr. Weiser bedside manners was phenomenal.
Like many people on here, I had a back issue that forced my hand and my chiropractor made me take this step. After being down for 7 weeks with back issues it was time. I searched, my heart set on one female PS only to be disappointed in her demeanor and her answers to my concerns I went in search of others. She left me in tears. I loved the next two male doctors I met but when I researched their education, reviews online and their specialties, I knew without a doubt who my choice was. I am very pleased with the entire process so far. His office staff was sometimes hard to get in touch with or get answers from but in the end they were very helpful and answered all my concerns, even staying until 8:00pm to take the time to speak to me when they would not be interrupted giving me the attention I needed. My surgery was June 14th, 2016. Even though I was approved by insurance (he was the only doctor that could or would try to get me approved) I liked the intimate setting in the doctor's surgery room, so I opted to have the procedure done in his office. My husband was with me until I walked into the surgery room. There was no pressure to "hurry up" while the doctor was marking me. We joked and laughed until I went under anesthesia. His staff was very kind and loving putting my nerves at ease. Four hours later I was going home to bed. The reason the surgery took so long is that this surgeon sits you up while you are in surgery to see how you look and when he is happy, he closes you up. The table moves you up many times into a seated position until the doctor is happy. I thought that was pretty interesting as no other surgeon said they did this, but it made sense. We are upright for most of the day so how we look in that position is important. Laying down is and can be different. I saw him weekly for the first month, then two weeks and when a complication came up I was back to weekly. Now I am at the three week point. I am 7 weeks out and my scars are almost invisible. My husband can't believe how good I look, not that scars bother me but he is amazed at how well I am healing. I feel good too which is important. I lurked on here for weeks before my surgery, like so many of us do. I thought I was all prepared and had purchased supplies that others had recommended and was all ready to go but I found my surgeon did things differently and while I am glad he did, I realized the reduction procedure is unique to every doctor and patient. I had drains. Don't be afraid of drains. They are uncomfortable, yes but they are manageable. I had mine in for 6 days, surgery Tuesday and they were removed Monday. I can't imagine where the fluid would go if I didn't have them in. I think they added to my healing. Getting them out was a real harsh pain only on the left side, but all in all, it was a quick 10 seconds if even that. The drain holes have healed up nicely thanks to some Neosporin and my husband's constant attention. I had a complication in surgery on my left breast which made me very thankful I had the surgeon I did. When he attached my left areola, the color drained out, which meant there was a circulation issue. He took the stitches out and attached it differently and let it heal different from the right one. It took longer but you'd never know now. Made me think would the other surgeons have noticed and done the same or let the nipple dry up and fall off? I will post pictures and links to the items I purchased and what worked well for me. I also consulted with a nutritionist before hand for supplements and advice. I also made sure I didn't eat potatoes, chicken, tomatoes and eggplant the week before. Plus she gave me a list of supplements to take a week after surgery to get my body back to healing correctly and quickly. If you are contemplating it, sitting on the fence scared, do it. Trust me, the 8 weeks have flown by and I am glad I did it. I love how my new boobs look and how cute they are. Plus, I feel better.
I started developing breast right around the 4th grade, very early when I reached to about the 10th grade they became heavy and I'm a short girl 5'1 so they really just take over my body. When I was 16 I went to Dr.Weiser but I was too young and hadn't finished developing in and he told me to come back in a few years to say I was let down is an understatement. I'm now 19 and I wear a 34/36 E/F depending on the bra I can honestly say it's been. Journey with these boobs, everything is very restricted and I'm very self conscious about my chest I use to get called names growing up and I still do but I've learned to deal with them. I'm so happy that I finally got to come back to him and get a consultation. And my insurance covered the whole thing :)) happy happy. My surgery is set for October 20 and I'm super excited this is what I've been looking forward to for a long time. Updated on 20 Oct 2015: Today is finally here and I'm soo ready. I decided to take some pictures this morning, my surgery isn't until 12:30. Last night I really couldn't sleep I kept waking up like every 2 hours lol. My nerves started to get the best of my last night but I said a prayer and I'm leaving it in gods hands. I'll update more when I can ; I've received so many emails I promise I'll respond to them all when I can. Updated on 20 Oct 2015: I'm not in much pain, I used the advice from others that said to bring a pain medication with you so I feel more sore than pain right now. My throat doesn't hurt, and the hospital gave me medication so I wouldn't be nauseous. I love my little boobies. I will post more pictures when I can. Updated on 21 Oct 2015: I haven't had much pain I take my pain meds regularly as in 2 times a day. I went to the doc this morning and I should be getting my drains out Monday. My drains haven't really bothered me I keep a big padded gauze where the drains are coming out of the side of my breast. I have no complaints I love my surgeon he did an awesome job. Updated on 22 Oct 2015: Update :) Updated on 26 Oct 2015: I got my drains taken out today. It wasn't so bad but it definitely resurfaced some pain, felt like a suction worm being pulled out followed my a quick pain OUCH ! My doc said everything looks great. One of my breast is settling while the other is still sore and swollen so I'm being patient and letting my body heal. I'll be returning back to school Wednesday and I feel fine just a little pain so hopefully my day goes great. Updated on 1 Nov 2015: So I know I'm not suppose to be trying on bras but I couldn't help it. Updated on 15 Dec 2015:
Last year I had implants done and sadly I am not happy and ended up making an appt with another dr to fix the mess of cut lines, scars, and the fact I have no fullness, lopsided, and doesn't even look like I have implants with only 180cc of saline... so I spend 5g only to have to spend another 4g to fix it... I had to go back several times due to complications of stitching and not able to move my right arm, then the fact the implant was moving all over the place and not stable. Then cut again to correct this and another... he came very recommended and although he is a wonderful person my breast look like something out of botched.
Doctor weiser was nice enough . But unfortunately his staff is rude . Arrogant. And inefficient.. His office manager was rude and out right nasty. They never submitted for insurace approval and when called on multiple occassions will not let you speak to the person responsible.
Although I am a bit nervous, I am excited to embark on this new adventure :). Before having my child 16 years ago I was a 32D but today I am a 32H after years of contemplation, I have decided to move forward with surgery. I am planning to go back to a D cup. I am 5'3 (1\2") 153 lbs. Although I am plan to lose 10-15 more lbs. I have decided to move forward with the reduction. I really hope my weight loss doesn't affect my cup size post reduction too much. Feeling nervous! Updated on 9 May 2015: I am one day post-surgery! Initially I was to have my breast reduction done by Dr. Thommassen however due to my lack of comfort level and he opting to no longer accept payment from my insurance carrier; I chose to move forward with Dr Johnathan Weiser of Hollywood. Boy am I happy! Dr. Weiser and his staff caring and understanding of my nervousness and numerous calls and emails to his office. He is/ was compassionate and attentive to ALL of my needs and concerns. He took EVERY precaution to make sure my health and safety came first. At times the extra step/ precaution seemed tedious however, I am grateful that he was so through. MEMORIAL REGIONAL HOSPITAL in Hollywood, Fl. offered my the best hospital stay I have EVER had. My pre-opp nurse Amanda was great and I didn't even feel like i was preparing to have a life changing experience. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and at ease. It was a breeze! Thank you Dr. Weiser. I am truly grateful to you and the wonderful job you've done. You have been more than accommodating and I could not have asked for a better surgeon. Updated on 9 May 2015: Updated on 2 Jun 2015: So far so good. I am three weeks post-op last Friday. I haven't had much pain; However, I have had occasional swelling, I think overuse of my right hand/ arm attributes to the swelling. Occasional mild shooting pain as the tissues and nerves reconnect. It's really is bearable, though. The biggest issue concern I have had is finding a suitable supportive bra which will help shape me. Came across Marenagroup today and ordered a post- surgical bra which shapes, lifts and molds. I really hope this does the trick! Otherwise, I am as happy as a clam 3 weeks post-op. ' I totally recommend Dr. Jonathan Weiser of Hollywood, Fl. He staff is compassionate, caring and patient. They have helped make this experience a pleasant transition for me.
