Dr. Guste performed this tricky and complicated surgery with 100% confidence knowing that he could give new life to my deflated, bottomed out, sagging and ugly breasts. I had an awful experience. I had a abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks on June 19, 2020, also had an umbilical hernia repair on September 8, 2020, not to mention he also forgot to liposuction my inner thighs as well. I am now going on 9 months post op still have abdominal swelling and pain with a bulging look. Visit the doctor several time for my post op visit, Dr. Guste just said it’s normal to have swelling and it will go down. I am in severe pain everyday since the surgeries and it’s seems like he doesn’t have the right answer or know what’s going on. He just told me it’s intra abdominal fat. I wish he would have told me this before surgery that I needed to loose a few pounds. I am depressed and not happy with my results to say I paid 10,000.00 for this procedure..

I have had 3 beautiful children my oldest and youngest were both born by emergency c-sections and my middle child was a v-back. After I had my last child it has been hard to get the weight off and I finally made the move and lost over 50lbs now Im stuck with this tummy and this apron of extra skin. I had a consult four years ago in Va before I lost the weight but I dont think I was really ready but today is a new day and I went on jan 31st to LSU and had my consult and will be getting a tummy tuck with muscle repair as my muscles are very spread apart, lipo and a breast lift with implant even-tho my doctor suggested just a fat transfer to the breast I think in the long run I will be much happier with going for the implant so excited and ready to go.
