I had an awful experience. I had a abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks on June 19, 2020, also had an umbilical hernia repair on September 8, 2020, not to mention he also forgot to liposuction my inner thighs as well. I am now going on 9 months post op still have abdominal swelling and pain with a bulging look. Visit the doctor several time for my post op visit, Dr. Guste just said it’s normal to have swelling and it will go down. I am in severe pain everyday since the surgeries and it’s seems like he doesn’t have the right answer or know what’s going on. He just told me it’s intra abdominal fat. I wish he would have told me this before surgery that I needed to loose a few pounds. I am depressed and not happy with my results to say I paid 10,000.00 for this procedure..

My weight before was 138 only a 4 pound drop. But a TT isn’t a weight loss surgery. It’s a loose skin and muscle repair surgery.
I still feel like I could lose 5 more pounds of fat and I’d like to add 5 more pounds muscle... so I’m eating low carb and high protein diet most of the time. What is your diet like? Do you think the doctor actually did the MR? Your TT looks good and belly button but your upper abs should be way flatter and almost concave slightly and only the lower abs should have some swelling. Are you over doing it physically during the day? Are you eating a 500 cal deficit yo lose fat? Do you exercise? Are you staying away from sugar and carbs? Those foods can be causing inflammation . Stress can cause bloating as well. If your doing your part to heal and eat healthy then if after 1 year your still unhappy I’d demand a revision. But lose another 10-20 before as it could be visceral fat.
