I have been with Dr. Minoli and his staff for over 15yr!! The one major reason I have been with him so long is his bedside manner; he actually sits and listens to what you want or what you have planned. He will give HIS honest opinion and then ASK if you think that works, what u don’t like what you do like. A normal 30min consult usually turns into a hour/hour half because he cares. His staff is truly amazing, they are with from day one. Which really helps ease my fears. His anesthesiologist is AMAZING! I have come out at times (no plastic surgery) trying to hit people, super groggy for 3 days, trying to rip out my IVs, but Dr. Crowley is a true master; woke up fine (groggy the first day) but that was it. No nausea, no tiredness for days. Now, his staff....they to truly care about you and what you want the results to be. Britney, Desirae, and Shannon truly love their jobs and it shows through their compassion and diligence in their work. LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Minoli and his staff and am sure will be back soon! :)

Extremely pleased. I had a breast lift by Dr. Minoli almost 3 weeks ago. The results so far are outstanding. He has the best bed side manner of any doctor I interviewed. I personally will be going back to him for a tummy tuck.

I chose Dr. Minoli because he was not only straight forward but I could tell he was not only the most personable doctor I've met, but he also is well educated and has years of experience in his field. He made me feel very comfortable and he was there to answer all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend him for any cosmetic procedure. I would suggest going to him FIRST before anywhere else. I also tried the Dr. for Botox and Juvaderm, to fill in my lips, I was concerned I was going to come out looking terrible but again just like the rest of his work they came out natural and couldn't be more pleased. I also liked that he does all his injectables himself, I knew then I was in the best hands possible. He defiantly is a master at his craft. I must say Dr. Minoli is THE BEST OF THE BEST! If you are looking for a doctor that is caring, easy to get in touch with, with the best results this is the doctor for you! His staff is very kind and knowable. Tracy his assistant is compassionate and respectful. I will continue to visit Dr. Minoli in the future, and feel confident that when I refer a client to him they are getting the highest quality of care. I honestly cannot explain how wonderful of a doctor he is. Updated on 20 Apr 2014: My surgery was originally performed by a tv personality plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills. Within 6 years I began having complications. I was refuted to Dr. Minoli by a friend. Dr. Minoli assessed the situation and gave me time to think about my options. This time we decided to go under the muscle instead of over, reducing the "rippling" side effect. My recovery was quick and virtually painless. Took a week off work and couldn't be happier with the results. 3 years later I still am happy with my results.

Been a patient for 10+ years now, guess that says it all! Always happy with the professionalism of Dr. Minoli and his staff, and the work performed. Most recent eye lid surgery, as always caring, thorough from consultation to procedure to follow up. Never felt in anyway pressured to do any work, all elective on my part. Nice "subtle" work, I don't have that "dramatic" look you see in Hollywood so often! Most importantly, I look and feel great!

My experience with Dr. Minoli was extraordinary. His training in nasal surgery convinced me to have him perform the rhinoplasty. From the start, the consult was thorough and at all rushed. It left me confident and reassured. Now, post-op, I am thrilled with my appearance and the self confidence I enjoy.

I Never had any surgery before so I was really nervous and Dr. Minoli took away all the fear that I had. His Office is really nice and and so is the staff. He really explains everything in full detail. So that you will be fully informed about your decision and if you are making the right one.....

I had a Fat Transfer done by a PS that I am now convinced had never done the procedure before. He said a possible side effect would be a sausage deposit under the eyes but that he would don't that. Well that is exactly what he did. I had bumy lumps on both under eyes and the fat deposit from the transfer was so bad on one side it gave me a bag. Everytime I came in he told me to wait another month that it will settle. It never did. I trusted and believed him and after a year I started searching for revision surgery because I could not live wit my eyes the way they were after he botched the surgery. BTW, read the paper work carefully that you sign. Mine said after a year, I could not sue. How convenient and no wonder he kept telling me to wait. I went to several doctors who said they could not fix "that". I finally found a BH doc who did the best he could to fix what this Ps did. It's not perfect but way better than what it was. PLEASE be careful, do your research and ask for before and after pictures of the procedure you want done with other pts. I was so disappointed and now I have to live with what he did to me.

One month update! Thank you to naturalbeauty777 for reminding me to post one. I'm happy with my results, and that's really all that matters. Opinions are fine, good or bad, just means MY results may or may not be for everyone. Anyhow, SO much better than what I had. IF anyone has read my profile over the last 4 years, they'll see that my columella hanging (severely) was one of the things I hated most. So much of what my primary surgeon did made me look so manly. I have a feminine look again. When asked if I wanted any columella show at all, my answer was, NO. I had been traumatized by an ugly hanging one for FOUR YEARS, the last thing I wanted was my columella to show. I realize that might not suit others, but you're not me. Does it look natural? Possibly not, but I also didn't ask for natural. Don't assume that what YOU want, is what everyone else asks for or wants as well. If you're not in the room during consult, don't assume that you know what was discussed or desired. Noses change over TIME, read that again, (time is the determining factor) after rhinoplasty. A month after my primary my columella wasn't hanging, but by the end of four years, it sure was! It changed a ton in that time. As this is literally still brand new, it's very possible that it will look different in a year, two years, four years, etc. My only hope is that the way it changes ends up being more of refinement, that the structure is solid this time around to not end up being a pile of mush again. The last thing I want is a nose that falls down my face. For now, I'm going to be positive and grateful that my nightmare is over. I hope the same for the rest of you who have had to go through what I went through. It's literally a nightmare. Lift each other up. Don't put each other down. May you find YOUR surgeon, that makes YOU happy with YOUR results.
