Dr. Iacobucci gave me excellent results! I had saggy “mild ptosis” breasts after losing a lot of weight after my child. I am a fit 42yrs young :). I really wasn’t looking for a lift if I could help it. It really freaked me out but we do what we need to, right? With so much volume loss + desire for a bigger size since being picked on in youth for being flat-chested, I was ready for a solution. After going to one consultation that told me I had to have a lift with a BA, I almost did just that! I stumbled upon Dr. Iacobucci after further research on here, and I’m so happy I did! Not only do I have awesome results now, but he was able to be real with me on what I needed to achieve realistic results bigger, lifted breasts without a lift! They look great and very normal. I was made aware they wouldn’t be totally perky without the lift, but that was ok with me that they had a natural “setting.” It was a major improvement and I wasn’t looking for an extra surgery with my desire and common sense to achieve “perfection.” They are actually perfect to me! He always took his time, was very methodical and open to listening, which made my nerves settle quickly with being able to disclose exactly my wants and needs. I knew exactly what to expect going into surgery, which was planned out smoothly-but his work surpassed my expectations! Now I have confidence in not having to quell the inside voices about my droopy boobs, and I can use that thinking energy for other things! I am so happy I made this decision and chose Dr. Iacobucci. I trust him, and like many, I was fickle, scared, and not really trusting plastic surgery before this. His office helpers- lovely ladies Terri and Tara dispelled my fears with their calm and friendly personalities and I never felt judged, belittled or anything and I have quite the quirky personality. :). I honestly enjoy going to my post-op appointments as everyone there is a delight to converse with. If you have any questions you may ask me and don’t hesitate to get a consultation from Dr. Iacobucci! I have 375cc’s mentor style smooth moderate profile sub-glandular (OVER the muscle).
Dr. Iacobucci did my reconstruction after I had a double mastectomy (I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017). I could not be more happy with the process and my results. Dr. Iacobucci is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and meticulous. He was thorough in his explanation of the process, and he was very focused on making sure I got the results I wanted. My husband and I really enjoyed getting to know him and are grateful he was my doctor. I ended up getting an infection, which is not uncommon with my type of surgery, and he was with me every step of the way. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he cares about his patients and the quality of his work.
Dr. Iacobucci is a wonderful surgeon. He spends a lot of time with his patients making sure they are comfortable. I had a deviated septum and nasal obstruction that I needed to be taken care of, as well as wanting my nose to be more straight. He made sure to ask me a lot of questions and really explain things to me in-depth. It put me at ease for my surgery. My surgery (August 2015) went very well and I'm very pleased with the results! Highly recommend Dr. Iacobucci.
Dr. Iacobucci did my breast reduction. He is very meticulous and quality-outcome focused. I had a great experience with his staff as well - they are very caring and all about patient comfort. I couldn't be happier with my results!
My experience was terrific! I was, of course, scared but prepared to go through breast reconstruction after my mastectomy with a surgeon that was professional & qualified but not especially personable. What I found in Dr. Iacubucci and his staff was amazing! They have always been so welcoming and genuine in their caring that I felt very relaxed and comfortable every visit. During my 1st visit Dr. Iacubucci sat and talked with my, my sister and my son - answered any questions we had and made us feel as though he had all the time necessary to make sure we understood and were at ease with what was ahead. Every visit over the past year since then I have left his office feeling very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable doctor and staff helping me through this. I will be forever grateful that Dr. Iacobucci is the plastic surgeon that Dr. App recommended to me.
I have dreamed of bigger fuller breasts since I was a teen. I have had 4 children all breast fed and of course after that my breasts needed alor of help lol. I am 5'5 and currently 140#. Barely filling a b cup. I have had 2 consults. Both recommending a lift with implant. I really want to avoid the lift.. I plan to go for another consult or two since i have posted here and asked about dual plane or subglandular. Most answers said i should be a good candidate for either. Though alot are against complete subglandular. Maybe because of higher capsular contracture?? I just want bigger fuller breasts. I am slightly obsessed about it since i have been on here and going for consults! Anyone have "dual plane" or "overs"? Are you happy with your decision? Updated on 25 Feb 2017: I am currently day 9 post op and I feel pretty good. Just some slight soreness especially when I bend over. Other than that things are going perfectly! I could not be happier with my results! I am 5'5 140# and was a very deflated 34 b. I am still not sure what my post op bra size is but I did try a 36dd on and it fit pretty well!! Updated on 26 Feb 2017: Some afters days post op and 11 days post op. I am loving my results!!! They are already nice and squishy!
Amazing is the word that describes my experience with Dr. Iacobucci. I was pretty depressed when I saw him right after my breast cancer diagnosis. Dr Iacobucci was patient and kind and answered all my questions concerning breast reconstruction surgery. He also listened to what I wanted. I am so glad he is my dr. I am just amazed at how he was able to create something out of virtually nothing! Felt like I lost so much of myself during cancer treatment. Everyday I looked in the mirror I saw less that was familiar. After my reconstruction surgery, I feel myself again- actually even better! Dr Iacobucci did a wonderful job, not only do I feel whole again, but my clothes look even better on me now than they did before. He is a very skilled surgeon!
I had a double mastectomy and Dr. Iacobucci did my reconstructive surgery. What could be a very stressful circumstance, was made pleasant (and actually fun at times) by this wonderful man and his staff. He is a very kind and compassionate man but even more importantly, he is a perfectionist. I've jokingly told him that I would highly recommend this surgery (performed by him) to women, whether or not they need it.....because I like my new breasts better than the originals! He and his staff are extremely courteous, kind, compassionate and accommodating. I would highly recommend Dr. Iacobucci to anyone facing this surgery....or any other plastic surgery procedure.....he is the best!
Well to start off I've been wanting this done since I was about 15 (very serious). All my girlfriends got boobies and mine never came in. I use to watch Dr. 90210 and watch sooo many breast aug. episodes and just dream about the day! So I had my first son and about a year after having him, I decided I WANTED BOOBS, esp. after being pregnant and having D's!! Ahh, I was so happy and SO depressed when they left. So anyways I live down south at the time and had a consultation done, he did the 3D imaging, we spoke about saline and silicone. I decided I wanted silicone! BUT only problem, I was only 19 and FDA says you need to be 22, and he spoke with me about possibly having more children in the future, which I knew I wanted to have another in 2-3years. So after that I KNEW I was getting them, it's just was a matter of being old enough for silicone. So this past fall I gave birth to my second son and I'm now almost 23(by the time surgery happens, I'll be 23) and as I'm sure you can guess, I'M READY! Baby machine is down and I'm readyyyyy to start this journey!! I have my second B consultation here in Michigan this Wednesday and I'm SO excited! I'll keep everyone updated! Updated on 17 Mar 2015: So I've forgot to update BUT I've gone to two consultations with Dr. I and I am just so excited!!!! I'm going with 375-400cc round silicone above the muscle, moderate plus profile! I am so dang excited I wish it was tomorrow! Any tips for post op care? Updated on 17 Mar 2015: Updated on 17 Mar 2015: Def, DON'T like these Updated on 20 Mar 2015: Surgery went great! Last thing I remember was being wheeled into the surgery room and I woke up with boobies!!! I am so happy already, I'm a little sore but not as bad as what I imagined I would be. He ended up giving me 450cc! Which made me a little nervous when he told me BUT I've looked at them and they don't look too big at all! I am VERY pleased so far! Cannot wait to see them settled!!!! I'll post by before and afters soon! Updated on 26 Mar 2015: Updated on 23 Apr 2015: One month post op and they look so great! I feel awesome as if nothing has ever happened! They've started to drop a little and I'm falling more in love! Best decision I've ever made! Went from a 32B to a 32DD with 450CC's . Will post photos soon. Updated on 5 Jul 2015: Love Updated on 21 Sep 2016: Dr. Iacobucci did a great job and a year later I'm as pleased as ever! Updated on 21 Sep 2016: Love
I had a Bi-Lateral Mastectomy with expanders put in last May. I received my implants in September of 2014 and then had my first Fat Grafting. Dr. Iacobucci took fat from my hips and stomach to put into my breasts. Up to this point I have never had any surgeries before. My surgeon through out all of this was Dr. Iacobucci. He is incredible!! One of the most gentle and caring people I have ever met. After the fat grafting one of the problems that I had started to have got worse. Whenever I used my breast muscles, flexed them, the muscle would contract drastically, causing my breast to jump. It got to the point where is was becoming painful. Dr. Iacobucci recommended doing a Bi-Lateral Breast Implant Exchange along with a Bi-Lateral Neuroectomy (sorry, not sure of the spelling). He took out my implants, reached up above the breast muscle and cut out an inch of the nerve controlling the breast muscle. This procedure took care of my problem 100% on the right side and 97% on the left. No more jumping breasts and no more pain when doing anything around the house. After this I had one more Fat Grafting done, taking fat from my stomach and a bit higher up on my hips. Once again it was put into my breasts. This last procedure was done in January of 2015. I am so thoroughly happy with the way I look I am not sure that I could adequately put it into proper words. After seeing myself after the bi-lateral mastectomy I never thought I would end up looking this good. Not that I had no faith in Dr. Iacobucci, I had all the faith in the world. It was just going from something so drastic I had a hard time seeing the end result. But Dr. Iacobucci assured me over and over that everything would be ok. I knew he had a vision and could make that vision happen, and he did. I feel beautiful again and better than before. This is all due to him, the Amazing Dr. Iacobucci!!
I generally recommend waiting about 4 months after you have stopped lactating for a consultation. This allows your breasts to return to their final shape and size since there are many changes that occur during pregnancy and breast feeding. This will also allow your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to evaluate you and determine what surgical procedure will give you optimal results.
