Under the muscle, went from 34c to 34G so far. I’m 5’8 150lbs, mother of 4 kids. My surgery was on 1/7/2019 and couldn’t be happier with the results. I had more tissue in left breast to begin with but they look perfect now. Updated on 3 Mar 2019: I went 750cc HP Silicone, under the muscle. I was hesitant at 1st but glad I chose the right doctor for my surgery. Went from C34 to a G34 Bra size... for now still dropping & fluffing a bit. All in all the experience was wonderful, no pain by day 3.
Dr. Burnett Best Plastic Surgeon in Fresno. I'm a 33yr. mother of three; hard worker and a provider for my family. I always struggled with my weight as a child and a adult. I worked very hard to lose weight by eating better and making healthier food choices . Exercising 3-4 times a week at the GYM and running marathons. I accomplished my goal, 100LBS. I lost . I was able to maintain my weight but extra lose skin I carried on my body would never tone up, my skin had lost elasticity. I would wear layers of tight garments to hide lose skin. Then I decide to schedule a appointment with Dr. Burnett. Then I took the next step; I was afraid and worried and thought about my family if something would go wrong during surgery. I'm the only provider for my family. I took the last step the biggest decision in my life; I did the surgery. on Nov.09,2015 tummy tuck, muscle tighting, lipo on muffin top, vertical closure. this decision has impacted my life for the better. Three months later well recovered in good health. my scar is very minimal, despite all the procedures I had done. I feel and look awesome;) Staff members are very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. my follow up appointments are excellent and work well with my work schedule.
So exciting, my surgery is coming up next month. June 22, 2015. I had a gastric sleeve in 2013, I have lost 150lbs so needless to say I have a lot of extra!! My breast look like deflated balloons and it's really embarrassing. I used to be a 46DD now I am a 36B kinda sad really. I have meet with my Dr. Several times and I have chosen to go with 650cc saline implant. I am 5'7 and have a 36 measurement and he said because of my build I can easily carry that size. I will also be getting tummy tuck. I will be so happy to get ride of this apron and be able to fit in my pants comfortably. I have been stalking this page for weeks and have gotten some really good information. Sooo excited!!!!!! Updated on 20 May 2015: I'm very excited but at the same time scarred, I want this so bad but worried. I hear people say that a c section feels worse but I never had one so I don't have anything to compare it to. Updated on 9 Jun 2015: It's getting real!!!! Had my pre op today. Previously I was going for a 650cc mod pro saline implant but changed to a750!! I truly believe I made the right choice. I am not a petit girl so this size fits perfect! I will also be having a tummy tuck without muscle repair. I can't wait to be able to put a pair of jeans on and they fit right without having a front butt!! Updated on 23 Jun 2015: I thought I had a high pain tolerance but maybe not my tummy feels ok but my boobs feel like there going to pop. I started using ice packs to day and that has helped a little it. The dr said her removed 8lbs of skin from my tummy yay. Went to my post op appointment this morning and he said everything is looking good. Updated on 25 Jun 2015: Doing better as far as pain goes today. Still have pain off and on in my boobs, they are still extremely high. Trying to deal with the tiredness, I hate it. I am use to being very busy. My back has been so sore from being slumped over, I bought an awesome back massager about a year ago and it's been a life saver!!!! My husband has been my rock through this whole thing he has done everything for me!!!! My youngest daughter has been a huge help to, (she says she wants to be a Dr. When she grows up) so this is some good experience for her, she has even helped my to the bathroom when I needed it. I think my oldest is scarred to come near me! Lol going through a procedure like this you have to have good support, it is extremely hard physically, emotional. Updated on 28 Jun 2015: It's getting better everyday, still sleeping in my recliner, I am going to attempt my bed again tonight so we will see IDK. I miss sleeping next to my husband ????. I can stand up a little better still not all the way, my boobs feel a lot better but I still get sharp/burning sensation on the right side if I move wrong or something. Hope that goes away really soon. My boobs are still really high but I think the right one is starting to go down a little. They still feel tight and stuffed. My incisions are starting to itch, so I softly run across them to try to get some relief. I have had a few ppl ask me if it was worth it. At this point I would say yes. So far so good. It hurt like HELL the first 3-4 days, so if you can get past that you will be just fine. I stopped the pain medication after day 3. I just take the antibiotic and apply ice packs if I feel a little sore. I have my 1 week follow up on Tuesday and I hope some of the bandages will come off they are making me itch!! Oh and the drains, I honestly thought they would be much worse, they really haven't bothered me like I thought they would. But hopefully I will have them removed soon. Updated on 30 Jun 2015: Had my 1 week post op today and I was feeling pretty good except for being tired. My right breast is super sensitive, even clothes touching it hurts. dr says it from the nerves stretching and being irritated. He said it will resolve with time. But the issue is that when I went to the appointment he says my implants are setting to high so he gave me a chest strap and OMG it is killing my right breast!!!!!!!!! The sharp pains and burning sensations are so bad. Updated on 30 Jun 2015: So the strap was soooooooo painful I had to take it off. I will call the Dr in the Am and let him know, I feel so much better with it off. Can't time just let the implants drop/fluff? Updated on 18 Jul 2015: Monday will be four weeks since my surgery. It has been an experience, I had no idea how this surgery would affect me emotionally! I had a lot of anxiety and started to get depressed!! It sucked but now that I have gone back to work and my life feels like it is getting back to normal I feel much better!! I did get large implants 700cc on the right and 750cc on the left so I know they will take longer to drop and fluff, but man I wish they would hurry up. They are still very high on my chest. Updated on 13 Aug 2015: My boobs are finally starting to drop and round out a little bit the right one more than the left. I can't wait to go bra shopping but I want to wait longer for them to drop and fluff more. I no longer have the sharp pain like I did but sometimes the feel tender, not sure if that normal. My belly is still numb all around my belly button and incision line and it feels itchy sometimes but can't feel it to scratch it. Over all I am pretty happy with the out come just can't wait for my boobs to drop!!! Updated on 13 Jul 2016: Feeling fabulous this was the best thing I could have done for myself. I can fit clothes right!!! I'm so much more confident! I got 750 saline implants but I think I should have done the silicone. I can feel the implant on the underside of my breast. My tummy is fabulous!! I do have numbness along the incision line and around my belly button strange sensation but you get use to it.
I love Dr Burnett! He's quite but direct and I really appreciated that. I love how he showed up the day of my surgery in Jeans. Just a normal casual guy...that really sent me at ease. Updated on 14 May 2015: Day 4 after surgery and I'm feeling better but still really sore. Made the mistake of not waking up in the middle of the night to keep up on pain meds. But took them this morning and feeling good again. I'm taking a ton of supplements to help with healing and the inflammation. My worse pain us from the BA as I get burning pain on the side of my boob under my under arm. I've found that who ever helps u up and down DO NOT let them pull u up. This will cause u so much pain. Push urself up with them bracing ur back. Updated on 14 May 2015: I'm gonna try to get some after pictures tonight to post on here. Updated on 16 May 2015: Well I just went into town to get a cheeseburger at the little cafe in town. It felt good to get out of the house. A bit tireding holding myself up to eat but it was worth it. Home now back in the recliner and ready to relax! Updated on 21 May 2015: I went in for my 1 week check on Tuesday. Unfortunately I couldn't get any of my drains out as I've been too active! :( It's a good thing but yet a bad thing I guess. Updated on 22 May 2015: Sorry I haven't stated on top of doing pictures. It takes work to get pics done and of course I would alway remember to do so after I got re-dressed etc. Updated on 22 May 2015: Here are my before and 1.5 week after pics side by side. Once my breast settle I really hope my right breast will even out. But I can't complain for only 1.5 weeks post! :) Updated on 24 May 2015: I got my first drain out on Friday the 22nd! My second should come out Tuesday for my 2 week check up! I so can't wait to take a shower! Lol Updated on 24 May 2015: So I found a before weight loss pic! So I decided to add it to my side by side pics of before and after my surgery. I'm just amazed at the transformation!
This could have been a terrifying experience that was made comforting and easy to handle by the graciousness given by Dr. Burnett and all of his staff. Thanks to this office I have had a wonderful journey. I have found this office to be very professional while remaining low key, kind and understanding in this process that could have been quite unnerving to the inexperienced patient. Thank you Dr. B.
Amazing. That sums up my experience. I came to Dr. Burnett after a terrible complication with a previous b.a. with another doctor. He assessed the situation suggested his opinion and performed everything he could beautifully. I ran the risk of the problem reoccurring, but thanks to his amazing work it did not. I would highly recommend Dr. Burnett to anyone considering breast augmentation, especially any potential client needing a revision.
Wanted to feel good about my appearance after weight loss My recovery was great .... Easy.... Painless.... Dr Burnett and his staff Extremely concerned with how I'm doing... Called at least 2 to 3 times a week ... LOVE THEM! I also like when I would call they were always there to answer all my questions... :)
Before I decided to go through with the surgery I asked around about Dr. Burnett. I got nothing but positive feedback. Everyone that had contact with him were very pleased with him and his work. If it weren't for that I most likely wouldn't have gone through with the procedure. The surgical staff were just as great! I am very pleased with the results and I feel more confident now. Thank you Dr. Burnett!!
I'm getting a little older and my eyes had gotten to the point of always looking tired. People kept telling me, "You look exhausted!" My eyelids had drooped to where my mascara was rubbing onto my eyelid...Uggh! Also, my breasts were too large for my body shape/size. Both procedures turned out perfect!!! Very little discomfort and down time. In fact, I work on the computer and my down time was only a couple of days!
I wasn't happy with the 300cc saline implants I had from six years ago, so I swapped them out for 533cc silicone mod + implants (cohesive allergen natrelle). The old implants were low profile saline. I wasn't happy with the lack of fullness in the top of my chest, and even with implants I felt as though I needed a push up bra. I'm already feeling very happy with my new replacements!!!! Can't wait to see the way they drop in the next couple if months...... Updated on 18 Sep 2014: I saw Dr. Burnett and staff today for my one week follow-up. I was even more pleased with the results when most of the bandaging was taken off :-). The staff and Dr Burnett, we're very pleased with the results as well. I have no bruising, and will have VERY minimal scarring. He is truly a genius! I'm so glad I chose Dr. Burnett. As far as the post-operative bra, I don't have to wear it anymore if I don't want to. I went to Victoria's Secret today to get measured for my new size, and they measured me as a 32DDD or 34DD. This is exactly what I was hoping for. And with most of the swelling already gone, my breasts will remain at this size :-)))) I purchased a nice non-wired bra. I feel great! Updated on 23 Sep 2014: I seem to be healing well, for the most part, however, my left breast is dropping quicker than the right. The right side is also more swollen still. I want the to be symmetrical soooooo I'm kinda nervous. :-/ Updated on 30 Sep 2014: Breasts are almost done dropping, and the right breast is almost caught up with the left now as far as healing and appearance....phew! I just need to be patient. Updated on 5 Oct 2014: I started using a mild skin bleaching serum for my somewhat larger than normal areolas. I like the natural color but I would prefer them to be a little less visible....the serum is already working, even after two days of use, so I'm pretty excited! Anyone have any experience with this ? I will post some new photos soon. Updated on 15 Jan 2015: The brightening/bleaching serum DOES work! Updated on 15 Jan 2015: I've been using the Serum on for six weeks now and my areolas appear to be much lighter
