I wasn't happy with the 300cc saline implants I had from six years ago, so I swapped them out for 533cc silicone mod + implants (cohesive allergen natrelle). The old implants were low profile saline. I wasn't happy with the lack of fullness in the top of my chest, and even with implants I felt as though I needed a push up bra. I'm already feeling very happy with my new replacements!!!! Can't wait to see the way they drop in the next couple if months......

I saw Dr. Burnett and staff today for my one week follow-up. I was even more pleased with the results when most of the bandaging was taken off :-). The staff and Dr Burnett, we're very pleased with the results as well. I have no bruising, and will have VERY minimal scarring. He is truly a genius! I'm so glad I chose Dr. Burnett.

As far as the post-operative bra, I don't have to wear it anymore if I don't want to. I went to Victoria's Secret today to get measured for my new size, and they measured me as a 32DDD or 34DD. This is exactly what I was hoping for. And with most of the swelling already gone, my breasts will remain at this size :-)))) I purchased a nice non-wired bra. I feel great!

I seem to be healing well, for the most part, however, my left breast is dropping quicker than the right. The right side is also more swollen still. I want the to be symmetrical soooooo I'm kinda nervous. :-/

They look so good. I'm actually going from 275mod+ to 425hp. I hope there is not too much fullness at the top then, but I needed to switch to hp b/c of my bwd. (plus he recommended me not go over the 425. I was sort of hoping I would be joining the 500 club. LOL

Surgery was this morning. Ended up going w 475hp. I'm a little worried about the hp, but I really don't mind as long as it's not overboard. I have looked at a lot if pics of women w the brand I got, Natrelle 20, and I was pleased with the majority of them. (Hopefully I'll be in that majority). Also, I did want some upper pole, so to achieve I needed the hp. Either way, it's done and now just a wait and see how they d&f game.
