After calling and getting through to the dr. He got me in right away and spent almost two hours talking. There was an office person who is no longer there who was not relaying messages to him. So he had no idea I had been trying to contacting him.
He gave me a few options to get the revision done and I am booked in a week. He was as always pleasant and helpful. I feel bad for the miss communication and would like to extend an apology to Dr. James rough.
