Doctor Gartner is such a talented surgeon. His skill, knowledge and professionalism is the reason I decided to move forward with him. He put my health and safety first,which of course is one of the main priorities. He has done multiple surgeries on myself and i am amazed at the outcome. He truely values his patients and his work.My experience as a breast cancer survivor, needing reconstruction etc would have been much different if I didn’t have Dr Gardner and his amazing staff Danielle Sasso, Front Desk,Joanne Murphy, Medical Assistant,Lizzete Saenz ,RN. to guide me. The entire team was helpful and answered every one of my questions. Highly recommend.I’m very happy with my decision. Thank you Dr. James Gardner.

James Gardner, is amazing. Hands down. Very personal, professional, good bad side manor and skilled in his areas of specialization. He is very straight to the point. (Which I like). His staff is very friendly professional, good document management and always willing to answer additional questions. I was seeking a skilled plastic surgeon for a much needed Boob Reduction. During the time I meet him, my expectations was low from prior experiences with other surgeons. When I called his office his staff was so kind and spoke very highly of him and his work. Which provided me comfort! The day of the consultation, his staff was very welcoming and prompt. One nurse did all medical logging , then MD Gardner and assistant (female assistant ie a witness) joined me in the room. He was very easy to talk to, he shared his Digital portfolio ( none of the photos had patients faces, confidentiality was upheld) . After viewing Gardner work I was sold. Day of surgery he marked me up and did his magic. He was so caring and kind during my recovery process. He admitted me after my surgery, I’m honestly soooo thankful he did, because his staff was able to help with pain management! Dr. Gardner, even came in on his off day to do my 1st bandage change and remove my drains. Talk about caring. He does care about his patients!!!! For my 1st plastic surgery procedure he definitely, set the bar high. I would do another procedure with him in a heartbeat. Highly recommend him.

I was born with one breast 2 cup sizes bigger than the other, and grew up to be so self conscious with a twist in my posture to conceal the unevenness. At 17, I had a consultation with Dr. Gardner, while I was still in the skeptical/stubborn mindset of wanting a natural non surgical solution. Within minutes, he answered all my fears with a calming confidence. We decided on a right saline breast implant with a left nipple lift and I could not be happier with the result. You can't even tell!

I had a double mastectomy last year with reconstruction. I needed some fat graphing done to touch up some spots on my implants. At the same time I decided to have a tummy tuck to get rid of some loose skin. I have two kids and I am very active but have not been happy with my stomach. The procedure wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and I'm healing well. I do not regret getting it done at all. Updated on 29 Nov 2015: Feeling better every day. Can't wait for swelling to go down more. I can sleep on my side again. Still get tired and pains every now and then. Still a little swollen Updated on 12 Dec 2015: Day 24. I'm getting there! Updated on 16 Dec 2015: Look a little less swollen today. Two more days and I made it to the one month mark. Updated on 28 Dec 2015: Day 40 can't wait to get back to gym Updated on 10 Jan 2016: Updated on 18 Jan 2016: Still some swelling above incision. Dr said it will go down Updated on 27 Jan 2016: Updated on 18 Mar 2016: 4 months post and feeling great Updated on 6 Apr 2016: Feeling great and back to the gym with no more restrictions. I do stop if I feel any pain though.

Weird experience. I saw the doctor for a consult for my breasts and I was fine with him but the nurse that was brought into the room stood across from me & just stared at me and my breasts as the Dr was examining and measuring me. No smile, no communication - just staring. Other doctors bring in an assistant for risk management purposes, I'm sure - but the assistant jots down notes and is basically just In the Room. This was so uncomfortable that i WOULD NEVER return to this office. He was referred by a co-worker & my gynecologist - but I was not comfortable at all. The receptionist was sweet, the woman who took my medical history was friendly, but then after being examined, I had to speak to a woman - prob a manager since she had her own office - who didn't smile, seemed inconvenienced to have to speak with me & just seemed to hate her job. Good surgeon or not - this was an overall strange , very uncomfortable experience and I am going to seek another opinion elsewhere.

I had my first consultation on November 30th. My PS is called Dr. Gardner from summit NJ. Hes amazing and knows how to listen to the patient. Well he did the usual and took pictures and documented what needed to be sent to the insurance comonay in order to be covered. I received a phone call in about 4 weeks from the office saying that my surgery is covered! Which I am very happy about. So now i am booked for February 17th! I can not wait! Updated on 19 Jan 2016: I had on my pre op visit on Monday and everything seems great for my surgery which is in about 4 weeks. Im excited and nervous. The day before the surgery i will have to wash my breasts with an antibacterial wash and again the morning of the surgery. I cant wait for February 17th!! Updated on 15 Feb 2016: As the days are getting closer I'm getting more and more nervous and anxious. I cant wait to see what my new breasts will look like but i am not ready for the pain. Lol. I've purchased everything i need including the hibiclens which i will be using tommorow night and the day of. Updated on 22 Feb 2016: This is my fifth day after the surgery and i have some minor pains and soreness. I took my drains out on Friday and today my stitches came out. My PS told me i am able to take a shower tomorrow which im happy about. I love my breasts and how they came out. I do not know my size yet but i am assuming its a small C because they removed 2 and a half pounds from each breast. I couldnt be any happier.
