For Scars to make them flat and fade, use Dermatix Ultra Advanced Scar Treatment. I have used this since 2.5 weeks PO and now at 3.5 months PO, my scar is doing great. It has silicon gel in it that helps with healing, fading and flatting the scar. I posted my scar photos, it really does work. Much success on your TT journey.

No it is not over the counter, you have to order it online or purchase it from a PS. I get mine from my PS, but I also see it online. Google it and you see you can buy it from Amazon and other places.

I'm scheduled with him for may 23rd but im still kinda scared and i have been doing consultations with other doctors

I completely trust dr. Gardner. I had my breast implants done by him also after another dr. Messed up bad.

Thank you. Yes I am able to work out and I still wear my spanx boy shorts but Dr said o could stop wearing binder at 2 week appointment.

I know me too. I am cutting out a bunch of carbs and seeing a difference

I am eating smaller portions trying to stay under 1500 calories and also trying to eat more protein and less carbs. I am doing a 3 day diet called the Military Diet and it works, you lose 6 to 10 lbs in 3 days and it's eating low calories, vegetables, fruit and protein.

That's great. I don't really need to lose anymore weight now I'm just trying to maintain .
