Dr Zins did my facelift 8 years ago the experience and results were amazing. I was 53 years old, so had already had visible aging issues but then lost 40 pounds resulting in lots of sag! Minimal bruising, swelling. I’m thinking of having a refresh and will go back to him.

Dr. Zins and his staff were exceptional. During the consultation, I asked him many questions that I had accumulated over the past 3 years of researching a face lift. He answered each question in a forthright manner and I felt good having asked my many questions and getting answers. This allowed me to go into the procedure (facelift and necklift) feeling confident about what was going to happen. He didn't swamp me with information but touched on the important things beforehand, then punctuated certain topics on an "as needed" basis when I was ready for the next step. The most amazing thing was that they asked me my level of anxiety before the procedure and I honestly said "zero", and meant it. Dr. Zins and his staff are the tops in my book. 3 weeks after the procedure (now) and people have no idea I had this done, but all say I look rested and good. My husband can't stop looking at me and telling me how beautiful I am. I didn't do this for him, but I am glad he is happy too.

Have been researching this procedure for more than 5 years & finally got to the point where I felt it HAD to be done. I was feeling so self conscious that it was affecting my everyday life. I wanted to write a review to help others who are struggling to make this decision & it helped so much being able to hear about others experiences & preparing for what to expect. Amazing would never see anyone else I went for breast reduction was terrified I heard all these horror stories. But from the very start to end he took amazing care of me. I healed very quickly had no issues or problems.

I'm very happy with the results of my face and neck lift. This was a traditional full facelift. I had a lot of problems to address so the results are dramatic yet very natural looking. I had very little swelling and no bruising after the surgery and the incisons were so well hidden that I could go out in public a day after the procedure.By the way, I'm a 54 yr. old male and as many of you know, male facelifts can be very tricky because of the tendency of more bleeding and the precision it takes to hide the incisions. Surgery is scheduled for July 10. I am excited but also very nervous/scared. I sure could use any support that anyone has to offer. I still not sure if I want to do the hairline browlift or endo browlift my Dr said I could decide the day of the surgery. I found my Dr through RealSelf/Make Me Heal he had two people on this site that had facelifts and there results were awesome. I will post before and after pictures. I pray that everything goes well and that I have a speedy recovery. Updated on 12 Jul 2013: Hi everybody, it means alot to me for all the well wishes. You guys are the best!!! I was in surgery for 12 hours so yesterday I was kinda out of it. Doing good this morning really swollen under the eyes and my face feels like I am wearing a helmet but so far I'm dealing with it as good as you can. Dr Zins and his staff were awesome the aftercare was top notch they took really good care of me. Today I go back to Dr Zins office to get my drains taken out and I hope that dosen't hurt to have them removed. I will take some more pics today and post them tonight. Updated on 13 Jul 2013: I had a rough night last night. I had a panic attack last night and this morining due to all the swelling in my neck and eyes. I 'm doing better now, though. It has been really hard on me due to the swelling because I'm a little claustrophobic. I was so scared my eyes were going to swell shut and that was freaking me out. My Dr said I am hitting my peak for swelling and things, hopefully after today, will start to be on the downside Updated on 16 Jul 2013: Today has been a pretty good day. I went to my Dr's office and got all my stitches out today I am 6 days post op. I still have a lot of swelling under my chin but I can tell I'm loving my results so far. I put a little make up on today and boy did it lift my spirits. I have a lot of yellow bruising on cheeks and neck which the makeup has help. My husband is the best he always makes me feel pretty but I can tell he is liking the results of my Facelift. My daughter wanted have a play makeup sesson so she did my makeup today and I thought she she did a great job.
