My daughter, Jia Jia, recently underwent rhinoplasty and double eyelid surgery with Dr. Chia at the Clinic, and I cannot express how grateful and happy we are with the entire experience.
Like many people, we initially considered going to Korea for these procedures because it seems to be the popular trend. However, I always had concerns about the language barrier and the challenges of receiving follow-up care from afar. In the end, choosing Singapore and Dr. Chia was one of the best decisions we have ever made.
We flew all the way from the United States to Singapore because of Dr. Chia’s outstanding reputation, and she exceeded every expectation. From our very first consultation, she listened carefully to Jia Jia’s goals and desires. She took meticulous measurements, explained everything thoroughly, and approached every detail with professionalism and precision. What impressed me most was her commitment to perfection and her genuine dedication to achieving the best possible outcome for her patients. What she promised, she delivered.
The entire team at the Clinic was exceptional. The administrative staff and nurses were attentive, warm, and highly responsive. Whether through WhatsApp messages or calls, they were always quick to answer our questions and provide reassurance. Their level of care made us feel supported throughout the entire journey.
Dr. Chia’s surgical skills and techniques made the process feel surprisingly smooth and stress-free. Jia Jia’s recovery was remarkable. By the third day, most of her swelling had already subsided, and she was able to go shopping, enjoy meals with friends, and continue her activities comfortably. The pain was very manageable and much less than we had anticipated.
What truly stood out was the post-operative care. The clinic checked on Jia Jia daily to monitor her progress and ensure she was healing well.
