Dr Chia is warm, professional and super meticulous.
Before deciding to do my surgery with her, I consulted 2 other (male) doctors. I’m glad I did so because she pointed out something that the two other doctors did not (that one of my eye is more strained than the other) - which convinced me to go with her instead.
During the procedure, I was sedated so there was virtually no pain (an acquaintance who did her surgery elsewhere mentioned that her doctor did not do so, and simply flipped her eyelid over to jab with the anesthetic ????????????). They also thoughtfully gave me Intravenous antibiotics (?), and prescribed it after my surgery too.
Post surgery, questions are always prompted responded to via text. 1 month in, am very pleased with the results! Highly recommend :)
The clinic environment is also soothing. I was always quickly attended to and staff are personable.
