I meant to do a review pre-op as well, I am currently 3 days post-op with a breast augmentation + fat graft surgery done by Dr. Lee.

Initial thoughts are that the clinic and Dr. Lee are very hospitable and will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. They have wonderful interpreters there that make the process easier for foreigners.

Main communication is through WhatsApp, they're pretty good with responding within 24 hours if not the day after.

Dr. Lee will give recommendations based on your body type for you to choose from. He gave me 3 options and I chose out of the 3 what I felt was best for me.

The surgery was quick and relatively painless. There were small stitches where the fat was taken from my thighs as well as small stitches where it was grafted to. The fat grafted area will bruise which is normal. I can't wait to see how well the implants and the incisions heal!

Wearing the ace bandage for another few weeks. Had my stitches removed today. The incision sites are healing and will start scar ointment in a week to help scarring go down.
Swelling has gone down some and minimal pain in the chest. Worst part is the back pain. Bruising is still prominent on the legs from the fat graft but that's normal.
Dr. Lee was very helpful giving a timeline for when I should be fully healed.

I chose Girin Plastic Surgery because after much consideration Girin was the most responsive and involved in the aftercare of patients. They are also trustworthy and have won awards for their work in plastic surgery so I felt comfortable going to their clinic and putting my trust in them that the surgery would turn out great.

I had considered getting a breast augmentation for years because my breasts have always been small and not proportional to my body. I had gained a lot of weight after having my firstborn and had 38D size in bras. Once I began losing weight and lost 80-100 lbs, the volume in my breasts was also lost. I wanted to look more proportional and not have my breasts so widely spaced so I could feel confident in my body. I began with a 38A/B prior to the procedure.

I had my pre-op appointment for a breast augmentation + fat graft surgery with Dr. Song at Girin Plastic Surgery on December 18th, 2023 when I first arrived in Seoul.

There were small stitches where the fat was taken from my thighs as well as small stitches where it was grafted to. The fat grafted area will bruise which is normal. I can't wait to see how well the implants and the incisions heal!

The results are looking better and better each day. I look back at my before photos and see the difference. I haven't had many issues since the surgery. Occasional pain and tightness, but overall healing great. Only thing I noticed is that when I lay on my back there is some slight lateral displacement where the implants look wider set. But from what I read that can happen regardless. The incision sites are healing great. I have been applying scar ointment and patches to keep them soft. The breasts themselves feel softer and they've definitely dropped some since the last update.

I'm able to wear a bra at this point. The implants have settled nicely and my breasts look and feel softer and fuller. The implants aren't noticeable, and there's no pain. The scars are healing nicely. I tried on a bra for the first time since before surgery. I began with a 38A cup prior to surgery. I tried on and bought a 38D cup bra that fit perfectly.

I'm happy with the results. I'm able to have better cleavage than I did before, though in the future I definitely will go slightly bigger but not too much.

I forgot to include these photos in my update. Here are more photos at the 3 month post-op mark without a bra or clothing. I've included a before and after side by side photo at the end of the photos. There is a notable difference between the two.

I chose Girin Plastic Surgery because the consultation and the surgery process was smooth. I contacted them through kakaotalk to get a general consultation. I sent them a picture of my eyes without makeup and the English consultant usually recommended to see if it aligns with what I want for my eyes. I showed them a celebrity pic that I wanted to emulate. They responded to me very fast, and I decided to choose this clinic. Most people asked me if I was mad all the time because of my pointy eyes in the end. The surgeon, Dr. Song kindly explained about the surgery method. Everything was trustworthy because their English staff and the doctor explained everything in detailed. Dr. Song told me that I only needed lateral canthoplasty , and I was surprised because he didn't recommended me more unlike other clinics. This is a picture of me before and after (1 month). I am thankful to Dr. Song because I don't have to waste time putting makeup for my eyes. Many people asked me where I did my eye surgery because it was a huge, successful change for me.

I study abroad in the states and visit my home country every year. During my visit this summer, I finally made my decision to get plastic surgery done. I do not know if it’s a thing in the states too, but I got lateral canthoplasty done from Dr. Song Hoon. Thanks to my parents, I was gifted with double eyelids but my eyes were just too “cat-eye” looking and I do not like cat eyes. I know numbers of clinic that performs this surgery and has great results but the after result did not satisfy my likes. I wanted to have my outer-corner pulled down like puppy-eyes. I came across girin clinic through this Korean plastic surgery app and patients who have got their surgeries done at this clinic was bragging so much of their results. After reading few reviews and reading their website on their secret method of lateral canthoplasty, I decided to give them a try. Because I paid with cash, I had no extra charged fee, which I could get tax refund but I was just too lazy, I didn’t have any issue with payment. And since I could speak Korean and English, when Korean coordinators??? were too busy, Ivy, English coordinator came and kept me busy. Overall I like my result. I now don’t have to put concealer on the bottom lashlines to make my eyes look round ^_^

I was in one of the plastic surgery kakao open chat, just to eyeballing to get some information. I was aware of the fact that there was someone who got their surgery done at girin and got botched. But when I was doing researches on their clinic, I liked most of the results and found out that they were working hard on advertising themselves to foreign patients on facebook, instagram and blogs. I decided to give them a call. I didn’t get the fastest replies from the clinic but Ashley (the girl I talked with from the clinic) laid out all the possible surgeries with their quotes and was very friendly. 

It was easy to book an appointment with them, unlike some other clinics. When I went to their clinic, it was very clean and neat. There were individual sofas and phone chargers next to every sofa, which I really appreciated while I was waiting for my consultation. The waiting was about 5 minutes and Ashley came to greet me in the lobby. While we waited for the consultation room to empty, she double checked the areas I wanted to get a consultation. After we entered the room, the consultant came in not long after and LET ME TELL YOU, CONSULTANTS IN GIRIN ARE BEAUTIFUL. Talking to the doctor was pleasant. Some other clinics didn’t let me ask questions to the doctor straight ?????? The consultant and coordinator made sure I didn’t ask the doctor anything and ask them instead after seeing the doctor, which I thought was very rude. Like I would rather talk to someone who specialized in this field, not “well-trained consultant” if you know what I mean. I got carried away, but anyways, after talking to the doctor, I immediately booked a surgery date and paid my deposits first. I liked how they had different methods of lateral canthoplasty. They explained that most of the clinics just perform “lateral canthoplasty” like its name which has a possibility of relocating, but girin’s 7mm canthoplasty is “lateral + lower canthoplasty”, which has 0 possibility of relocation. I had ptosis correction revision, epicanthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty. I went back to clinic on the surgery date at 9:10am and got ready for the surgery and the last words I remember hearing at the surgery room was Ashley telling me to relax and try best to fall asleep and don’t panic if I ever hear sounds because I will be in light sleep. The recovery process wasn’t bad. I just wore sunglasses everywhere LOL Removing the stitches was kind of rough. 

I think it took about 2 weeks for me to look normal and was ready to go back to work. And it’s been about 2 more weeks.

Hello . I am European girl who is came to Korea for exchange student.
First of all, even though I am happy girl; friends of mine always asked me the question "you looks exhausted" instead the greeting.
I know I look older and seems very tired 'cause of my fatties on my lower eyelid bag, dark circles.
One of my friend recommended me to visit plastic surgery clinic together to have a consultation about the surgery.
At first, I laughted and denied to go plastic surgery clinic because I was kind of negative person of that.
Actually European's culture is not that familiar with plastic surgery :(
But next day, my thought changed because if I go back to my country, I have to go for my job interviews.
I want to be look clear and smart image at my first meeting appearance.
Since I searched many clinics , I choose Girin Plastic Surgery because my friend highly recommended here.
She showed me the picture that her mom did lower eyelid bag fat repositioning and double eyelid surgery in Girin.
My friend helped me to make book for consultation.
Luckily, they has English translator.
